I booked this place with high expectations, but
it's overall old.
And the cleanliness isn't great.
There are fewer bugs than expected,
but there are rats in the garden.
Contrary to the description, there's no indoor pool.
The shared outdoor pool is small.
The power goes out at night.
It takes 50 minutes to get to downtown Ubud due to traffic.
The shuttle bus is also old.

Breakfast is served, not buffet-style.
Breakfast was satisfactory.
The private pool is too deep for children (1.8m).
The massage was okay.

The hotel is built along the mountain, and the villas are very private. There are two restaurants, one on the top of the mountain and the other at the bottom of the valley. You can try both restaurants for different views. The food tastes pretty good. The hotel service is worth praising. When the air conditioner broke down in the middle of the night, someone came to repair it immediately, and also brought temporary air conditioners and fans to relieve the high temperature. The hotel has a free car to pick up and drop off at the center of Ubud, which is very convenient for travel.

Property is a little aged but it's clean.
The living area of the villa could do with a little more lighting.

Service was good. Staff friendly. Free afternoon tea was nice. There's Shuttle to centre too. Can easily grab there too.

Highly recommed the spa. We enjoyed the couple massage v much... masseuse were v skillful...

The a la carte breakfast is perfect, the room and the swimming pool are in good condition, the hotel is a little off-site, the only thing I am not satisfied with is that the hygiene details are not in place. There was a problem during the stay, and Ctrip followed up and solved the problem in time. The relevant staff of Ctrip are very responsible in this regard.

The hotel is built along the hillside. The mountain villas and river villas are at the bottom of the valley. The environment is good. Afternoon tea and dinner are average.

There are plenty of activities to do at the hotel, and you won’t feel bored staying at the hotel all day! The staff greets with a smile and remembers every guest, the hotel breakfast is delicious! Will come again if I have the chance!
