The best service! Everyone was very friendly. I had a great stay. The hotel was clean and the food was really good.

We all loved our stay all the way through the 5 days. The staff has been cordial and helpful, especially one of their managers, Mr. Greg, went beyond the call of duty and helped us when we had some personal challenge, without even taking a wink. We even chanced to meet and spend some time with the owner’s family as well whose hospitality and pleasant nature truly reflects what one expects in such a pleasant and quiet villa, in Ubud. It’s one of my second homes that I’d visit again.

The staff is very friendly. All services at the hotel are significantly more expensive than just 100 meters down the street.
Unfortunately, our toilet leaked, and the safe was unusable.
The free shuttle to town is fantastic.
And yes, there are ants on the buffet, but they're also protein 😉

This place has one of the friendliest staff I have ever met. It felt like visiting a family villa as all the staff members take care of you like their family. The place has amazing views of rice terrace and we enjoyed the views sitting by the pool. They also offer free shuttle service to Ubud Palace which is a big plus.

The hotel is a bit old, breakfasts are poor, but the helpfulness and responsiveness of the staff make up for these nuances. The hotel restaurant has delicious food. A free bus takes you to the center of Ubud and back. Walking distance to the center is 25-30 minutes.

The hotel decoration environment is not bad, the price is cost-effective, the disadvantage is that there are too many mosquitoes, ants are still crawling on the table, the bed is also relatively damp, the overall environment is relatively primitive, the front desk waitress is very nice

Such a lovely place! We had an amazing time at B.Saya in Ubud. The Staff was extremely polite and lovely. The Rooms were amazing, on our arrival we even had a flower arrangement on our bed, as well as two water bottles that were free of charge and regularly refilled. The food was also great, even though we mostly ate out since the hotel was very close to Ubud city center. We also rented scooters from the hotel, which was super uncomplicated and easy :) all in all amazing. Thank you guys for making our stay so special!

Best traditional Balinese food we've had here in a month. Ordered two fish dishes, coconut rice and vegetables. Delicious with and nice view/setting.

Restaurant is part of a hotel, has a cool design and has a wonderful view over the countryside.
Prices are ok -> paid 440k for 2 (drinks and main course)
Quality of the food depends on what you choose. My girlfriend had octopus and it was really good. I had the duck which was not good seasoned.
If you need a driver to get there it will cost you ~70k-100k to get there from the city center. So it’s better to go by scooter.

The best of Balinese cuisine dining at Mr. Wayan with the most picturesque backdrop.
The food is absolutely marvelous showcasing the most authentic and the best of Balinese cuisine. The crispy duck is a must eat.
We were only there for lunch and the view was so beautiful. Next time round would stay in the villas there.

Very good food in a beautiful environment. Prices are higher than in Ubud but that is what the hotel/restaurant seems to aim for. It's good to go there though.
