the manager sold me a package to the gili islands including all transport from the hotel to gili T. he said the company that arranged the package (ANJANI) was his friend's.
1- he took 150k cut of the package (I payed 350k instead of 200k)
2- he said it was a speed boat to lombok but instead it was a 5 hour slow ferry
3- ANJANI scammed us all (over 30 passengers) with 100k extra because "there was no boat for today and need extra money".
4- we had to pay another 200k for a private boat after a very chaotic and scary experience with bus drivers, agency workers and all sorts of locals trying to scam us over and over.
breakfast was ok.

just water in the toilet, a bit weak but we can take a shower!

Good hotel for the price without that. It's a pity there was no more place, so I would still live

The Mojitos are amazing! Great photography on the walls, owner has a gallery closer by. Pop in and have a sneaky peak!

It was ok. Had better tasting indonesian food elsewhere. Staff were very welcoming though. It is still a nice place to have a drink.

We just had the best experience at Bollero. The service and attentiveness is top notch, everyone was so polite and welcoming.
The food and atmosphere is exactly what we were looking for after a long journey from Lombok.
To top it off the Happy Hour special on cocktails is a great deal, with a truly good pour and mix for every drink we had.
We plan to return at least two more times in the last three days we have left here in Ubud.
