We booked transfer through the hotel (kiwi travel) where we were left stranded at Catania airport on arrival and had to make our own way there as the driver didn’t turn up (2hr drive by taxi). The beds are uncomfy and are two small single beds pushed together, the staff knew little to no English and it was very hard to communicate. The staff by the pool were very loud and allowed no peaceful stay as the red haired lady would shout through the microphone to people who stood 2 metres away from her. However the food was good especially the fresh pizza and the views were amazing, the hotel however is placed in a very remote area with nothing around, the nearest town being a 20 min drive away. WiFi was 2 euros per day and you had to pay for bottled water considering we had all inclusive.

Place was nice, great view and friendly people. Food was good- great pizzas. However, double bed is two single beds put together and is quite uncomfortable to sleep on. One very annoying red haired woman who shouts through a microphone when she talks to people 2 metres away from her. Decent music, but not very peaceful as lots of noise, especially very late at night on some occasions. Would recommend for families with children, but not as a peaceful getaway. Bosh.

It is certainly not the first time we have chosen to go to this magical place... Beautiful sea, immense and always spotless swimming pool, open spaces, excellent food and the staff is always very kind and very professional. Nice nice nice

Gorgeous sea. Very beautiful beach. Unfortunately stray dogs.💩 Beautiful structure, but 20 years behind the times. Like the bathrooms. Wooden shutters, broken or without handle! Room entrance door that can be pushed down with a shoulder. Very noisy refrigerator. Dining room, without acoustics, no more noisy, enough to cry! Cafeteria ! If you want to relax, Licata ugly is isolated from everything, therefore not a tourist place. If it didn't have the shop inside the structure, it would be even worse. The swimming pool is beautiful. Everyone should learn to greet, except the waiters, who are polite and kind people. It's a shame because the view of the bay is remarkable, but there is work and fixing to do!!! Strength and courage!!!

Excellent structure: strategic location a few steps from the sea, equipped with a large swimming pool for adults and a smaller pool for children with water slide. Compact structure allows you to reach all spaces within a few steps. Reception, bar, restaurant and cleaning staff of excellent competence, professionalism, kindness and availability. Comfortable, spacious rooms equipped with every comfort with breathtaking sea views. Cuisine of excellent quality and quantity, wide choice of both meat and fish. Strongly recommended for a relaxing holiday, suitable for groups, families, couples and friends.

Very nice, fun guaranteed! The room is very nice, the only flaw is that the doors open easily and it is a bit dangerous. In the restaurant you can eat very well, the same thing as in the pizzeria. I love this place

Everything was ok, we slept very well, the food was varied and the breakfast was plentiful. Large swimming pool with a slide for children and clean, very kind staff, if I have to criticize the TV you couldn't see it. The clean sea

Disaster, totaly wasted vacation. DO NOT GO THERE.
* No free Wi-Fi
* All Inclusive is very poor - no fresh juice, no drinks, no fruit during day, no snacks during day, only water, beer, bad wine and disgusting sweet chemical drinks
* Incredibly lazy and reluctant staff
* Disgusting smelll from the waste pipes in the bathrooms
* Room equipment (hair dryer, AC) not working
* Loud music playing on the beach and at the swimming pool all the day
* Mess all around the hotel, wild dogs everywhere, no walks possible
* Noise in the morning becouse of a reconstruction
* No free Wi-Fi

Everything was perfect. Specifically:
-Big and clean room.
-Nice and helpful staff.
-Great food. (Big variety, especially at breakfast. A lot of fish.)
-Beatiful beach and sea.
I read the reviews before coming and was a bit scared, however, I havent experienced anything described in them.

Splendid location, it had never happened to me to look out from the balcony of the room and see the sea. Spacious room, very clean sea, well-kept and very large swimming pools. My 7 year old son told me it was the best holiday he had ever had. Menu always varied and very good, top restaurant. Finally, the staff is always kind and helpful, a special mention to Salvatore (restaurant) and the receptionists Giulia Ilaria and Alessia.
