We used the hotel for the weekend, we booked on the day of arrival. The owner was very nice and helpful, he immediately confirmed the booking of the suite. He allowed us early check-in because the room was free. We appreciate it very much. The room was clean, everything worked as it should, large modern bathroom, balcony with quality seating. Breakfast sufficient, coffee for breakfast excellent! The staff was very helpful and respectful. We parked in front of the hotel without any problems (during this period).
We will be happy to return. Thank you for your stay.

The hotel is amazing. This is my fourth time to stay there & I absolutely love it. The hotel is very clean, the staff are extremely friendly & helpful, the location is ideal. Also the breakfast buffet is delicious with a very wide variety. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Thank you for your great hospitality during my stay at Rossini hotel. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and always there for you, trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Shuttle service exits to transport you, to wherever you want and whenever you want. The breakfast is delicious, the location is central. You keep hearing Bonjorno with a smile from every single staff you meet there. Dear Staff of Rossini hotel, you will all going to be missed, until we meet again ♥️♥️♥️.

Absolutely the best hotel in Lignano. It may not be the flashiest but the staff and accommodations more than make up for that. This hotel is very family friendly. The staff is very nice and tend to every need. The spa is excellent. They didn't just add the minimum to get an extra star. This spa has a large Jacuzzi and numerous kinds and numbers of saunas. The restaurant serves an excellent breakfast that will be sure to satisfy and the lunch and dinner there rivals the other restaurants in Lignano for quality and price. Located a short walk from the beach with a private prime spot with greater spacing compared with other hotels of same star rating. Also located in a prime spot from the main boardwalk. Pool is very nice and clean and can be used until midnight. Bicycles are free to use and towels for the pool are included depending upon your room.

There were too many negative things to mention but the one most important thing I should say about this hotel is the lack of smiles and good attitude both from the staff and the owners. From the check in and through the moment you walk out they make you feel like you've broken their Ming vase or something like that. Not sure if that is required because of a specific customer base that stays at this establishment or if it's an atmosphere set by management, but we constantly felt like we were walking on eggshells.
In addition: bed was uncomfortable, AC blows directly at your head when you're in bed, however you try adjust it, lots of things in the rooms needed repairs or were repaired badly. One good thing about it - spacious shower; unfortunately that was not enough to make up for the 4 stars of the hotel, therefore I cannot recommend it to anyone. Oh, shouldn't forget to mention the urine odor in the room and the fact that it was as dark as a dungeon.

If you want to discover real Italy, Pensione Ornella is the right place for you!! Why do I actually say this, you may ask me? Some people, who weren't there would even say that it is "just" a one star hotel, what can be special about this place?
The heart of the hotel is family Sandri, who operate this place for years! They are originally from Lignano and know every corner of this beautiful little city. To welcome guests and to do everything for them is their passion! After entering the hotel you will notice it very soon! In Pensione Ornella you will be treated as a guest, not as just a number! You will receive attention and care which really comes from heart, and feel the true italian hospitality! If you have any questions or problems, family Sandri will always do their best to help you. This attitude towards guests is a real luxury, which you often do not get even in much more expensive hotels. In Pensione Ornella I feel always very comfortable and welcome - like at home!
Is Italy really about a big luxurious rooms filled with all type of electronic devices? For me the real Italy is about people! In Pensione Ornella you will discover true luxury - wonderful Italian family with glowing eyes for their job, professionalism, experience and a heart for every guest!

The kindest family hotel in whole Lignano.Papa's omlett is excellent, Alessandro is the best host and mama's heart keeps

Very good service, I'm happy that I stayed there. Everything was very clean. The rooms have an air-conditioning, that works gerade. And if you need a help, you have only to ask.
