This was the worst service I have experienced in Italy. The team that managed breakfast was rude, condescending, and incompetent. We lodged a formal complaint with both the manager and director, but received no follow-up or resolution, despite our attempts to chase them for a response. I will not be returning to this establishment."

Look at other hotels. The service at breakfast was terrible. Rude staff, poorly stocked / topped up and very very slow.

Worst service I have experienced in Italy. I will not come back. The "gentleman" (grey hair and moustache) that dealt with breakfast was rude, condescending and incapable of doing his job. We complained to the manager and director but no feedback was offered even after chasing them

In addition to the excellent location in which it is located, everything else DEFINITELY NOT! 1st night stay, entered the room we immediately notice that the cleaning leaves something to be desired, fan in the bathroom broken, refrigerator ditto, we point out everything at the reception and they tell us that they were already aware of it, no other room available. We decide to stay, but at the time of payment (since the services that were listed we could not use them) not even the courtesy of a "discount" or any apologies for the inconvenience. Too bad because the structure is in a great location, with a beautiful sea view but, I strongly advise against, there are other accommodations that are certainly more comfortable.

Wonderful restaurant with terrace overlooking the beach. Excellent food, wine and friendly staff. A very relaxing experience.
