Had a great experience at this hotel. Perfect location just a walk down the stairs to the beach or up the driveway into town. Staff was amazing. Room had an electric shade and looked right out to the water. AC was a bit slow to cool but worked otherwise. Definitely would come back

Hotel and its staff are excellent. Rooms are clean and comfortable with gorgeous views. Breakfast excellent. Pool and beach were excellent. I would return and give this hotel high recommendation.

Fantastic place with a breathtaking view!
Wonderful place, what a view! Super friendly staff and the brekky was awesome. The pool area is quiet and not crowded at all, and the private beach is clean and beautiful w a beach bar. Best place without competition during our trip along the coast. Private parking. Everything was top notch!

Cocktails and food at this hotel are exceptional, rooms super clean Staff incredibly warm and kind we felt at home and looked after very well

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The location on the grounds are beautiful and compact. The check-in process was smooth, the staff is extremely friendly. The pool side is overlooking the ocean. The bartender in the lobby bar did an excellent presentation of a Negroni, which we appreciated. There is a shuttle every hour to take you to town versus a 10 minute walk. The only negative is that the staff at the pool side were not as responsive as the rest of the hotel. The shuttle could run more frequently, though they were very accommodating. Make sure you get the WhatsApp number as they respond promptly to all requests Or was a excellent day and we would recommend this hotel.

5/5 service very beautiful bar and exceptional view!! Very kind bar tender Domenico! When I come back to Sicily I will come here again! Very easy to get to town and very nice views of the beach! Would recommend this accommodation highly to anyone considering!

The location overlooking the sea was excellent. The room was pleasant- a junior suite. Service was very pleasant and efficient. It was the start of the season so not many guests. Comfortable bed. There is no private beach as advertised. Looked like they may be restoring it? No real criticism, just “ corporate” is not my style. Very good value for money. Disliked the constant background “pop” music in the public spaces. The balcony was adequate

Not all the rooms have balconies vs what’s claimed and the hotel stuff told us that booking via booking.com will get you a worse room allocation vs booking via the website
Very disappointing experience from what is considered the best hotel in Palinuro.
Our room had a lot of bugs in the bathroom! The hotel reply was "We are in the countryside, what do you expect?". They didn't manage to fix the problem it even after 2 days.
The restaurant staff is very rude and unfriendly. When our friends (hotel guests) wanted to join us for lunch the waiter told us they will only add 2 chairs and not a table because they were not going to eat. (the restaurant was empty)
Air conditioner is old, doesn't cool the room down below 25 degrees and is pointing straight at your head at night.
The hotel is a joke, doesn't deserve any of the ranking it has, and it gets 2 stars only because of the location
