We reserved the entire Masseria for my daughter's wedding at the end of August. The beautiful architecture and view, gorgeous and unique rooms, the amazing food, and the friendly and attentive staff gave us an experience our family and friends will never forget. I went down to breakfast the morning after the very late wedding celebration and you never would have known there was a party-everything was cleaned and ready for the pizza pool party!

I had the pleasure of dining there on Ferragosto evening and was truly impressed. The atmosphere was welcoming and romantic, perfect for a special night out. The service was impeccable; the staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with our requests. It was an extraordinary culinary experience. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, and the flavor was simply delicious.

We spent Ferragosto night there with friends, and everything was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious, from the raw seafood to the pasta and all the other courses. The music was fantastic, and the ambiance of the church with the DJ always creates a truly memorable atmosphere! Definitely a night to repeat! Thank you.

The menu was perfect, and the raw fish exquisite. The lemon mousse (vegan) was a big hit with all 20 guests. Huge compliments to the chef! The setting and hospitality were beautiful. The staff were attentive and professional. A special thank you to Paola, Giusi, and Erica for their patience and dedication in accommodating all my requests. It was a perfect dinner, a truly memorable birthday celebration! I will definitely return and highly recommend this spot, with its panoramic sea views and nestled in the refreshing coolness of Selva di Fasano.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this masseria. Its setting is truly atmospheric and deeply connected to the local area, complemented by elegant and refined hospitality. The rooms are extremely comfortable, with some even boasting private pools. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner featured incredibly fresh ingredients. Much of this property's success is due to Paola's kindness and professionalism, along with the efficiency of the entire Borgo Ritella staff.

This Masseria is incredibly cozy and charming. It boasts delightful surroundings, along with impeccable service and hospitality. Its location is excellent: while it offers a peaceful retreat from the city, it provides easy access to the region's roads for exploration. Our entire stay was absolutely flawless. I wholeheartedly recommend spending time at this wonderful place.

A charming Masseria nestled on the hill above Fasano. The renovation was nothing short of perfect, beautifully respecting the local Mediterranean style with exquisite attention to detail. It's an ideal location for anyone seeking a relaxing escape. The rooms are spacious and perfectly reflect the Masseria's authentic style – truly a must-see! A special mention must go to the warmth and hospitality of Paola, the owner, and her entire staff.

My wife and I visited this masseria during our stay in Puglia. The setting is beautiful; it would be even more atmospheric in the summer when you can dine on the terrace with sea views. The food was excellent, and the service was good. We had a mixed starter, a first course, a main course, two glasses of wine, and two coffees, totaling 103€. The cover charge was a bit high at 5€ per person. Overall, a highly recommended experience.
