We were disappointed. Bath had one light which dimly lit. What 4 star location has plastic glasses in the bathroom. Extra charges for clean pool towels seemed excessive. Staff was friendly. Best part was the nightly entertainment. Violin and piano player was absolutely excellent!!! Location was convenient and their shuttle to Santorini an appreciated service.

Staff not friendly, did not look at their customers. Beds were hard.

The hotel was very nice, but there were some issues. There was some exceptional staff members that went above and beyond; Angelo in the dining room and Carmen and Joseph at reception. Some of the other staff members at the reception were very hard to deal with. The hair dryer in the room kept shorting out and the air conditioning didn't work so well. The pool was very nice as well as the lounge areas

Lovely hotel with great restaurant We stayed as a family of 4 for 5 nights and had a lovely, relaxing stay. Being able to order a La carte in the evening was a great treat. The shuttle bus to Sorrento was helpful. Responsive and kind staff. We had a lovely holiday. Thanks.

Really wanted to give this 3.5 stars but the system won’t let me. Good points: well isolated from traffic noise. Aircon on all the time. Pool and loungers well located and sufficient. Breakfast. Transportation service into Sorrento. Not so good: internal noise insulation poor, i.e. noise from adjacent rooms (particularly toilet flushing). Don’t bother having dinner there as other local restaurants...

The location is pretty convenient though it’s not exactly at the center of Sorrento, shuttle bus service was excellent and it takes only 5-8 mins to city center. Service from the staff is keen and proactive, room which we chose is double size room and it was big and cozy. Pool is clean and broad, enough space for sunbathing. Amazing hotel, I highly recommend staying here if you are in Sorrento. The staff were amazing, always going out of their way to help and extremely friendly. I would also suggest trying the restaurant in the evening as we had a lovely pasta dish here. Would come back here again for sure. Thanks x

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were made to feel very welcome by friendly staff and management. They assisted greatly with tours and local knowledge. Room was a bit basic, no tea/coffee or table on balcony. No chair in room for sitting at dressing table. Lack of towel rail/hook in bathroom. Was an economy room but I would consider these basics. This hotel has been amazing!! could not recommend enough! the rooms are nice with a gorgeous balcony view, the rooftop is insanely gorgeous, the breakfast has so many options from delicious desserts to eggs and homemade bread, and the staff has been nothing but helpful!! is a bit of a walk from downtown sorrento, about 15/20 mins, but we preferred being a little bit further as it’s less crowded!

This quiet little hotel is a small hidden gem about 1.25 miles from the main square of Sorrento. We loved staying Aquae Romanae. This place is but maybe a min away from the train station. The unit is perfect for two people, has its own balcony, most importantly, the AC worked and the staff was very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Sorrento.

Our stay at Aquae Romanae was truly wonderful. The space is beautiful, very comfortable, and full of character. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The room was amazing. The bed super comfy. The views from our terraces were great. We ate at a great trattoria that the hotel manager recommended. The hotel is a little tucked away which we missed a couple of times.

The hotel is a little bit far from the town but walkable. The room had a weird smell to it. The breakfast was good but with very little options.

Our room was a lovely size, very light, nice size balcony. Clean there was meant to be 2 single beds, fortunately it was a bed they could seperate, as only slight mistake! Breakfast you could have a cooked breakfast, or a continental, personally found the bacon quite greasy, and scrambled egg didnt look so appetising. But enough variety, staff were all friendly and helpful, would go here again.

The room was clean, the hotel is away from busy streets so not much road noise. 15-20 minute walk from main town square so great location. We are a college that is staying in area for two weeks. This is a great base which have done breakfast, pkt lunches and evening meals for us. We are one week in and have had a great time. Next to the ocean and with easy access to the beach. Parking on the street, but be mindful of free parking hours. Our room had two balconies on the 5th floor. I will come back to this if there is a little more room upgrade in the bedding and toilet.

Reasonable budget stay in Sant’Agnello Stayed for 2 nights, staff were friendly and sorted issues quickly. The included breakfast was good and had an overall homely atmosphere. Downside was the air conditioning didn’t work properly and the room was quite warm.

Reasonable stay taking into account the accommodation and prices charged. We had to check-in until 19h30 otherwise we needed to pay 30€ what was not foreseen. Me and my cousin stayed here during our trip to Sorrento last week. It was a last minute book but the owner was so sweet to us! This is quite an old with a breakfast and looks far better in the pictures. The entrance is quite majestic and the smell of blooming trees and flower Is amazing. The only downside was the breakfast. Absolutely horrible. The orange juice was pure concentrate, ham and cheese smelled end tasted as if they have been around for ages. Do not have breakfast here, just go out somewhere else.

The hotel was in a good position. It is between near to both port and train station. Staff were so kind and they kept our luggages before check in. The room was so clean with lots of facilities. Air conditioner was perfect. The noise level was not high. Below the hotel is also a supermarket.

Great location near the center of town and easy walking distance to the Sorrento station and ferry terminal. The room was efficient and spotless, the breakfast service was excellent and the staff were helpful and kind at all times.

First room was too small, but Theresa made it right on third day. Theresa was very nice and accommodating, but the other reception girls could be a little friendlier. I was going to find another hotel, but Theresa saved the day.

To go downtown just take narrow street photo 1 by the hotel, then make right at the street with a big wall photo 2, it's just 15 minutes walk from Sorrento downtown. We stayed @la pergola for 5 nights from September 13 it was great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall I give it a 9 out of 10. Stayed at this hotel for 11 nights last July and had a lovely time. Most of the staff seem to be related and were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the shower and they moved us straight away, no hassle. The front of the hotel isn't particularly outstanding and the roads are a danger due to erratic scooter riders but once you go in, the lounge, patio and pool areas are really nice...

It was ok. Top tip: make sure you ask for a room with a sea view otherwise you will be on the road side which is most unpleasant, dirty and smelly from all the cars, scooters and motorbikes. They charge €150 for that "upgrade" but if you want any sleep, it's a must. Cheeky to charge that, but a week without sleep wasn't an option. It's hard not to love this place. We were on a package our, as I suspect most guests are. First impressions weren't great - the rooms were small and very dated, bathroom tiny. Dinner was from a set menu chosen at breakfast time and only served between 7 -8 pm. Location is on THE main road, it's a good 20-30 mins walk from town and it's not a pleasant walk - apparently pavements and pedestrian priority...

A lovely family run hotel where all staff make you feel welcome & special. Very clean everywhere. Great location for trains, buses, shops & bars. Excellent prices for food & drink in the hotel. 100% recommend this hotel. The young barman remembers your drink ;-).

We had a wonderful view from our balcony. Pool was refreshing. Staff very helpful with any of our needs or requests. We would definitely stay there again next time we visit. 6 day stay.

The entire property was so incredibly clean, all but 1 of the staff members were so polite and very helpful. Th terrace room was stunning and by far the nicest of 7 hotels we stayed at during our tour of Italy. Cannot recommend this hotel enough for the room size, maid staff, cleanliness, and overall relaxing vibes. Would stay again!

Nice quiet area with a peaceful pool. A good 30 minute walk to the main square in Sorrento so you do need to have good mobility (unless using transport). Breakfast was “ok”. Lacked a bit of atmosphere as a villa not a hotel but that should be expected. Could have done with a nice bar area inside the villa.

We loved our stay at Relais Villa Savaresse! All of the staff are so friendly and kind. We liked that the hotel was small, so it felt like all of the guests were friends. Always space around the pool and was great to have towels provided. Breakfast was really great, the cappuccinos were excellent. The walk into Sorrento is fine, only 20-25 minutes but there are nice restaurants only a short walk away

The property is beautiful and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and really nice. The only thing that would make it better is if the swimming pool opened earlier and close later since we never got to use it as it opened when we were out exploring the city.

I was absolutely impressed with the villa — everything was on the highest level! The atmosphere, cleanliness, comfort, and service exceeded my expectations. It’s clear that the owners care about every detail. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!
