Overall it was fine. Our first set of towels had mold on them and we had to ask for toilet paper. The daily breakfast was delicious and everyone was very helpful.

The property is run Down and unsafe, no elevador, gate is locked, they insulted me and scream at me, dirty with broken glasses on the Windows and they are busy re tu g scooters and ignore cliente, nedless to say , i did not stay, they could not even find my reservation. This place is not worthy to be in expedía, took 30 minutes to open the door, if you check in late : Dear Guest

There was A/C but not working and when I talked to staff/manager then she said today is sunday and you have to wait for one day to fix it.
Next day even they fix the A/C but still not working properly.

A very family-friendly and pleasant hotel, very formal in their attention and treatment, when I say family-friendly it is because it gives the impression that it is run by parents with their children and family. As for the room we chose in the photos, it was not the one actually assigned, they gave us a room that was too small, with only a small hanger and 5 hooks, it had no shelves or closet for clothes, we stayed 5 days and we had to have our clothes thrown almost on the floor on top of our suitcases and it was quite cramped, the room also did not have a refrigerator or freezer, let's say that we did not spend much time at the hotel but we did find the space in the room a bit cramped.

Don't rent at this hotel. It's a complete scam. The hotel is old, run-down, expensive, has no minibar in the rooms, the air conditioning doesn't work, and the smell of sewage and mold. The staff are in a bad mood, the management is family-run, and everyone has a bad attitude. The parking garage is terrible. The bathroom has no window. The bed is old. The hotel is falling apart.

The surrounding area of the hotel was stunning, but my experience was disappointing. I had paid for a sea-view room with a private bathroom, but instead, I was given a room where the ‘private’ bathroom was across the hallway and locked—only if you opened the bathroom window could you see the view I paid for. When I raised this issue with the staff they showed no interest in checking my booking or helping resolve the matter. The hotel itself is in need of some care and attention- The bedding and furniture felt basic and low quality. While there are beautiful views just around the corner, it’s quite a distance from the main area. Overall, we were left with the feeling that we weren’t particularly welcome.

Great location and pool, room comfort was lacking
The pool and the location of Porto Salvo were the highlights. It is walking distance to Sorrento but much quieter and calmer.
We were dissapointed in the AC, it barely worked and couldn't cool off the room. The room was also much smaller than pictured.
If you do stay we cannot reccomend highly enough renting a vespa from the gentleman who works at the hotel. He had by far the best prices and the vespa was excellent. He was very helpful and great to deal with.

The staff were very accommodating. The breakfasts had an excellent variety and included homemade specialties.

Please get a fan for the room. Also what hotel has a separate bathroom from the room? That should be clearly advertised and get a discount on the room

It’s the worst hotel we had for the last 20 years. They give us bathroom outside the room. It smells very bad. I will find a complaint I want my money back.
