The best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. They helped us navigate the Amalfi coast including buses, trains and tours. We had a shuttle that would take us from and to Sorrento. The food was super delicious and they even prepared 2 mini birthday celebrations for me and my dad. A special shoutout to Olga who received us the first day, but everyone was equally nice and supportive throughout our stay :)

From the moment we stepped through the door the staff were so friendly and helpful.
They go above and beyond for your stay to be acomfortable.
The breakfast is delicious, lots to choose from & freshly made.
The room, we had a room with a bunk bed, was very nice, clean, spacious. Comfy beds and pillows.
They offer a shuttle bus to and from the center for €10 per person for your entire stay.
The staff were very accommodating, with times and needs.
Highly recommended! Would love to stay here again.

My boyfriend and I booked a room next to the elevator. After requesting a room change, we were given a large room, which we were very happy with. However, the air conditioning wasn't very effective in either room. Even at 19 degrees Celsius, there was still no wind. My boyfriend is afraid of the heat, so he didn't sleep well that night. However, their breakfast was really delicious, the service was excellent, and the pool and garden were also very nice. The hotel also provides a paid shuttle service.

This hotel is beautiful. It smells wonderful, the rooms are clean, the staff are wonderfully helpful and the grounds are stunning. Excellent breakfast too

It was one of the best hotels in sorrento. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful interior and garden, clean and tidy rooms. Definitely recommend.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and warm service. Located in a very quiet and peaceful environment. Good breakfast and beautiful garden.

The room is spacious. Our room is at ground floor (next to a garden) with a window positioned so high that you cannot see any view. It is generally clean. Service is warm and Antonio the driver for the shuttle is so kind. We stayed there for 3 nights. But on the second night, the manager (I guess it should not be the owner) held a birthday party in the garden. The music was very loud. But we can tolerate as it was still early in the evening. The noise seemed calming down at midnight. We finally fell asleep but were woke up by the music again , unsure if it was 1 or 2am. My husband went out to the front desk. It took quite a while and the staff finally moved the party guests from the garden to the restaurant. We then able to sleep again. This is a good hotel and I hope the owner should look into the issue and not to damage hotel reputation.
