It’s a fine place. Located close to the train station, was easy to find. Also not that far from the coast. The room is clean and neat. No balcony. I also expected a terrace with sofas as shown in pictures, but there is a parking instead.
Coffee machine was not working. From dishes only plastic caps were provided.
Overall stay felt very fussy, because of communication with staff.
The place is very quite, wich is nice.

Reasonable stay taking into account the accommodation and prices charged.
We had to check-in until 19h30 otherwise we needed to pay 30€ what was not foreseen.
We were 3 people, we stayed in a small room, with little practical space or necessary sockets for the 3 of us (and one of them was broken), but with an excellent bathroom. There was also no space to hang/dry wet clothes but madam Franca was kind enough to lend us the drying rack.
At breakfast we stayed on the balcony and it was amazing, really comfortable. Related to the food there was a lot of sweet and packaged food. I really missed healthier options.

The management staff are lovely to communicate with. The breakfast was sub-par, grocery store plastic wrapped foods, not really a breakfast. The photos are a bit misleading, other than the breakfast area there was no outdoor sitting space and not all rooms have balconies. We were also charged double (€20) for city tax, whereas their advertising on ******* says (€10). Overall I would not stay here again or recommend it to friends or family.

Me and my cousin stayed here during our trip to Sorrento last week. It was a last minute book but the owner was so sweet to us! When we arrived it was early in the morning so we did not have breakfast yet - the staff immediately made us feel at home and made a plate of food for us to enjoy. The villa itself is extremely beautiful and well maintained. The room was also very clean. The staff is so sweet and really make you feel welcomed. HIGHLY recommend to stay here, if I visit again I will definitely plan on booking with Relais Francesca.

My wife and I stayed at Relais Francesca and it was excellent. The hotel is in a great location few minutes away from the train station. staff are really friendly especially Christina, who assisted us in finding great excursions.

It is very nice, quiet and clean b & b. Staff at the Reception very friendly and helpful. After many places that I stayed this is one of the best. Good quality and price!!!

This is quite an old with a breakfast and looks far better in the pictures. The entrance is quite majestic and the smell of blooming trees and flower Is amazing. The only downside was the breakfast. Absolutely horrible. The orange juice was pure concentrate, ham and cheese smelled end tasted as if they have been around for ages. Do not have breakfast here, just go out somewhere else.

Just returned home after a fabulous time in Sorrento. Relais Francesca was a wonderful place to stay. Extremely clean, comfortable room and breakfast was good. Staff very helpful. Location was great right beside train which took a few minutes to Sorrento. Piano de Sorrento is a great location and very cheap to eat out. Would highly recommend hotel and location.

Booked at short notice due to being stranded in the city. Last check in is 9:30 but the guy at the front desk said it could be extended for a few (he was very helpful and friendly). The rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was generous. There are also orange and lemon trees in the courtyard which make the whole area smell really nice. Overall a very good value overnight stay.

Laundry van left a dent on the hire car, there goes the excess! Google maps location sends you too far down the road. It's tricky getting a car into the drive way as the road is busy and the gate needs opening. Rooms are very much basic and functional, clean and tidy. Continental breakfast provided, no cooked breakfast.
