Worst hotel experience, only good was location near lift. Rude personal and hotel full of stupid rules. No recommations, dinner and breakfast from 70's, could not stay working in lobby after leaving room at 10 am. Could not take eny drinks to spa area, even water. There was not any water to spa visitors. Personal was checking spa area while visiting there, and it was not allowed to use soap or shampoo in spa shower.

Basic but ideal for B&B
Went for a last min Friday-Weds ski trip. This was one of the few hotels that could accommodate those days without breaking the bank - c€95 pn B&B (conti breakfast + cooked eggs on request).
Traditional decor but fine for a basic trip. Room was sparse but bright and clean with a great view. Good shower. Didn't try evening meals but with so much choice in town there's no point. Brilliant location nr Clotes or 10min walk to Sportinia lift. A bit of street noise through the double glazing but I always pack earplugs! Would definitely use for B&B again.

Spent a week on half board here for skiing. It is in a great location very close to the clothes chair lift. The food was in the main very good and was prepared and presented in typical Italian fashion.A salad buffet followed by a pasta course and then a meat or fish course finished with a good choice of deserts. The service was very good with a good selection of Italian wines from 20 euros a bottle which seemed reasonable. The rooms are very dated with large wooden furniture and headboard with a top shelf that makes it impossible to sit up and relax on the bed. Space was tight but manageable The bathroom although dated had a fantastic shower. House keeping was regular and we never went without clean towels. Given the cost of the spa we never used it!20 euros each per day is far too expensive. We have stayed at numerous Italian hotels where a weekly rate was a lot lower. Although the reception staff are friendly the hotel "vibe" is slightly over the top with rules and regulations dotted all over the place and in your room. They still had the COVID perspex screens up in reception and in the bar. We had one drink in the bar on the first night and never went back. Our room was on the front overlooking Via Clotes ,it had great views over the town but suffered from noise when the bars closed this went on till the early hours. Overall the hotel was ok but lacked any real Italian flair or style. We thought it as adequate

If there was an award for the worst customer service, this hotel would win hands down. From the moment we arrived, the staff made it clear that guests were more of an inconvenience than anything else. Requests were ignored, complaints were dismissed, and any interaction felt like we were being scolded rather than served. The most absurd moment? They actually fabricated a noise complaint against our group, claiming other guests had been disturbed in the restaurant—despite the fact that we weren’t being loud at all. Instead of creating a welcoming atmosphere, the staff seemed determined to make our stay as unpleasant as possible. Service was nonexistent when we needed help. One of our rooms was freezing, and despite multiple requests, they did absolutely nothing to fix it. Another guest in our group had a generator roaring outside his window and was basically told to deal with it. And when we checked out, one of our friends, wasn’t even allowed to sit in the reception area while waiting—she was told to leave the hotel entirely. Even the children weren’t spared. They were accused of stealing simply for placing something in a pool table pocket, asking for ice cubes, or requesting the correct number of foosball balls. To top it all off, on the day of departure, they demanded €10 per person just to take a shower after skiing. The only good thing? The short walk to the ski lift. But unless you enjoy being treated like a nuisance, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Not bad at all, a bit dated but can't complain about the food and the service very good. Would come again and not far to the skiilift.

the hotel was lovely and the family staff are all really helpful and just found them to be nice people so much nicer than all those other hotels 😉

While this hotel is in a really great location, it is unfortunately fairly out dated. Most of the facility and rooms feel worn down, however the place was generally clean. The rooms were fairly hot, causing us to have to keep a window open at night, but since it is so close to bars, this made it difficult to sleep because of the noise. The bed was also very hard and difficult to sleep on, but this may be personal preference. The Wi-Fi was horrible, would not stay connected, and was incredibly slow. The catering was generally good, with dinner consisting of a multi course meal which left me full. Breakfast was continental and wasn't great, but not terrible. There is a free rom to hold your skis and boots which was nice to have. Overall, if location is what you are going for, this place can't be beat. If comfort and amenities are your interest, then I would consider possibly somewhere else.
