Really nice stay but the planes disturbed us because they land directly up to this place.

A very lovely place to stay. The apartments are very spatious and clean. The domain is huge and well maintained. They offer all the necessary facilities. So it is just perfect to relax and enjoy a nice holiday.

A very nice place. Airport is nearby and planes are loud to hear but the rooms are very good and the pool is really great. The bistro is very good as well. If you don't mind the planes, I can recommend the place.

Hi,
Our family stayed here for 1week period on last week of May.
It was everything very nice: super apartment in first floor with exit straight to the yard table (very comfortable, especially with kids for breakfst or dining), apartment is fully equiped with everything you need, nice pool area, playing grounds, owner was very helpfull with recomendations about surrounding and beach locations.
Of course it's better to have the car, as distance to the city main street about 1.5km.
As season not started yet, it wasn't overcrowded, so we rest very well and had nice holliday in Tuscany.
And really could recommend to stay in ""La Fattoria di Tirrenia" for everybody.

Relaxing holiday immersed in the green! Cottage cozy, well organized, clean, reserved and silnzioso. The staff is friendly, helpful and engaging evenings well-organized and fun. The kitchen is great. Well connected to beach, urban centers and tourist destinations. Try it!

The swimming pool is perfect for relaxing in.
A lot of charm, actually.
And even if we see the refinery a few miles, and that planes flying over (pretty low sometimes !) the property, I spent an enchanting stay.
NB : the beaches are located 3 km from the property.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at La Fattoria. The kids loved the soccer pitch, table tennis and swimming pool. The location is very central and beautiful. Our cottage was new, clean and modern, very spacious and bright. As we tended to eat in most evenings we would have liked more crockery and cutlery.

What a fantastic place to stay. The grounds are beautiful with a little animal farm, which our 1 year old daughter loved. Special thanks to the staff who were all very welcoming, friendly and gave us tips and tricks on where to visit, making our stay even better. I don’t often want to revisit places, but here I would.
