A nice hotel with very professional and nice customer service! All the receptionists (especially Alessandro) were so helpful, smiling and welcoming. The breakfast was full of choices plus some Genoese flavours

Upon my arrival at the AC Genova Marriott, the front desk was extremely helpful, especially Laroslav. I don't speak nary a word of Italian unfortunately

There is a small supermarket downstairs, open until 10 o'clock, which is convenient for shopping. The highway is very close, which causes the problem of vehicle noise at night. The hotel should provide free earplugs

I was for 3 night and i can tell thet it wasnt a good experience. I give 3 stars only for the location but for the other things i wasnt not happy. The room are in old aredacion and there was a smell of old things

The room was sufficient, shower well and air condition good. The included breakfast was standard with a good coffee

The bad thing is the fridge is not working , because we would like to put some water to bring for tomorrow's beach day. The security lock is not functioning. The receptionists , are not welcoming

The hotel was satisfactory, though it did not particularly stand out. My primary reason for selecting it was the presence of a swimming pool. However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre.

Always very comfortable. Professional and overly kind staff and you feel immediately "homey". Rooms spotless, functional with "sweet dreams" beds and plenty of pillows. Never fail !!

Easy to navigate if you have a car or use the only company Taxi services in Genoa (at their mercy). 10-15 minutes to Airport by Car, minutes from the Ferry Terminal and 15 minutes from the Cruise Port

The hotel was good, outstirk of city, breakfeast is italian, so really good ! . However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre which is not great for shopping and visiting.

They speak French, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The service is efficient and clean. The only downside is that the sheets aren't changed every day

We could set the temperature exactly as we wished, which definitely earns the Bristol Palace a big thumbs-up from us! A generous breakfast is served in the magnificent setting of the Giotto Restaurant, making it a wonderful place to start each day

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I visited the restaurant and was really impressed by the place. The interior is beautiful and full of character, with elegant details, grand staircases and a very classic atmosphere

We had a wonderful experience at this property in Genoa. Great location within walking distance of all the palaces. Incredible artwork at the Palazzo Rosso. Rooms are gracious with high ceilings and spacious bathrooms

We had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Marina. The location is perfect for restaurants and sightseeing. The room is comfortable with a great view.

It's a waterfront, and it's surrounded by beautiful places such as a pirate ship, which is built on the 20th century to make movies (I called it colombos ship) As well with a good restaurants, aquarium,and many things The room that we booked was big with a big terrace and great views to marina

Location near port, but a bit far from city center. There is a bar, restaurant, small gym. Personnel is kind and helpful. Breakfast has enough gluten free options. Considering price/quality is highly recommended

The hotel is in a good location near the airport. It has a comfortable large bed, air conditioning, and a clean bathroom. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, which is convenient if you have several suitcases

A bit of the walk from the train station, if you have an early flight I would suggest taking a taxi but if your flight is during the day and you have time definitely not a bad walk to the airport maybe 15/20 min walk

Close to the airport, less than a 20-minute taxi ride to the city center, well-equipped rooms, abundant breakfast, reasonable price, excellent!

Camogli is a real gem and this is the best hotel there! Superb location, particularly if you like sea swimming. My wife is gluten free and they were very helpful at meal times. Breakfast was excellent.

Hotel Cenobio dei Dogi had all of these characteristics and more. In addition, we really enjoyed the private beach with wonderful swimming

We had the unfortunate experience of having our bags stold on the train. But the hotel help me worked with the US embassy and the local police to find two of the three bags stolen

The location is very good right at the coast line but the road in between the hotel and the beach is pretty busy so even though you have a sea view room as we had you will be able to enjoy the sound of the sea only during night hours starting from around midnight till around 5 am

Overnight halt, exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, easy & secure parking, good room with very comfortable (firm) mattress, functioning a/c, sea view, good breakfast, so superb value for money

The staff is very friendly and will park your vehicle serving as a valet parking. The breakfast is also very good especially bread such as bruschetta

Kind of ok. The sea view side is very loud, the casino side probably has much more quiet rooms. This hotel needs renovation, but it's clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Valet parking made it easy to travel there by car. Soundproofing was excellent even for a first floor city view room. Don't be deterred by city view rooms also--the view (at least in the room I had) is not bad at all

I stayed in NH Hotel on a business trip in La Spezia. The location is good being near to harbor and from the terrace the scenic views are beautiful. The breakfast and lunch are also good

Nice 4-star hotel at the town centre. Large carpark nearby at EUR18 for 24-hour. If you only park from 8pm - 8am, you can park just outside the hotel (free) or at the car park at EUR0

Minuses: the staff on the beach is very unpleasant, hotel guests who came only to swim for half an hour without buying a sunbed are asked to leave things almost on the road and are forbidden to sit on a towel by the sea for 5 minutes

  Staff were very helpful however, we requested for a higher floor and with sea view which they accommodated they also accommodated and prepared a breakfast box as we were due to checkout very early before the service started

We also didn’t swim or access the private beach; the price of 50 Euros for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella seemed a bit expensive

What really sets this place apart is its location — it’s right next to a mall with plenty of restaurants, making meals and shopping incredibly convenient. Being able to park for free was another huge bonus

Stayed over for 3 nights in June 2017. Really nice place, the rooms are clean and look great, there are some shops around too (unfortunately they open pretty late and close early)

This hotel is not in the centre but is great as a stop over and has public parking just outside. Shopping mall on your doorstep and a bit of a long walk to the centre but it’s ok

We had a wonderful week stay at the Royal sanremo hotel. We enjoyed the classic old charm of the hotel, the stunning view and heated swimming pool designed by gio ponti. The staff was extremely kind and helpful
