I was unsure walking up to the building about how "hotel-like" it would be but the building is so charming and the hotel staff was very responsive via WhatsApp. We enjoyed that there was a contintental breakfast every morning and felt like we were in a hotel but then had some of the experience of being a local when you walked out the door.

Beautiful apartment, clean with comfortable beds. Small but usable kitchen. Large and modern bathroom with huge shower. Only issue was a slow drain in shower that caused a little flooding. Very helpful and polite front desk person. Would definitely say there again.

Not bad, but the hotel is very old and in need of renovation. Cleanliness is very good, but I wouldn't recommend the ground floor rooms in the building with the pool, as they lack privacy.

Excellent hotel, away from the chaos of the seafront and clubs. By car you can reach the motorway or the center of Sanremo in just a few minutes. Spacious and spotless room. Note the extremely kind and helpful staff for every request. The only flaw is the temperature of the shower water, not hot enough.

We stayed at the hotel in early August. The hotel is conveniently located on the first line and has its own beach. The staff is incredibly friendly and customer-oriented. We highly appreciated the work of Marino, Giovanna and Elisa. They are very welcoming and always ready to provide useful information. Pretty sure this is the #1 hotel in Sestri. The sea view from our room was absolutely unbeatable waking up to that view felt magical. The rooms are beautifully unique, full of character, and every detail feels special. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel right at home. Not the most amazing experience here. The air conditioning was not working properly during our stay and we were met with condensation from the staff. They did fix the AC our second day. They rely on WhatsApp to communicate with you during your stay and expect you to respond quickly. Overall, the room was fine. It was the staff who left us not feeling welcome or wanting to return.

The hotel is clean and quiet as described. The first night the AC was not working properly and our room was quite hot in the middle of summer. The next morning we talked with the staff who were condescending and explained that because the rooms have tall ceilings and because the building is old, the rooms only cool down so much. This hotel is in the most beautiful setting. It’s a little dated but that adds to its charm. The waiting staff are really helpful and friendly. The food is amazing. It’s a short walk to the lovely town of Taormina and the bus station is right behind so convenient for getting around. Not great for those with mobility issues as there’s lots of steps and located high up.

The room is great and also the location. There is no lobby so one has to check in at the other Miramare hotel - we did not know that but its close by so no problem. There is a kitchenette but no utensils, so utterly useless really.

Beautiful place, very kind owners, we stayed 2 days in this property and we had a very good time, clean and convenient to reach the center, during this period breakfast was not served due to renovations, but nearby there is an excellent ice cream bar for a stratospheric breakfast.

It was lovely to be greeted by the owner of this property, who was welcoming and extremely kind in advising us on transportation, places of interest, and good places to eat. The property offers clean and well-equipped rooms and more. We highly recommend it.

Lovely place with nice sea view with check-in hours to be respected and they've tried to make us pay 15€ for dodgy parking on check-out when nothing have been said or written for an extra cost so I said that I wouldn't pay for it !

In general, our stay was nice. The room was very clean, but very, very, very small. Finding the reception was complicated since we had to register at the Miramar (far from the suites) because there was no one at the reception at the San Remo luxury suites. The included breakfast was out of this world, and we really enjoyed it. I still recommend for a one night stop like we did.

Beautiful location, swimming pool and restaurant open area for a relaxing staying

Such nice and cute hotel,the balcony view is wonderful with the pool and small garden. Breakfast was good,gluten free options and vegan milk options were no problem. The rooms are pretty and cosy. The beach is very near (5 min walk). Nice place also for the kids (pool has a lifeguard).
