A nice hotel with very professional and nice customer service! All the receptionists (especially Alessandro) were so helpful, smiling and welcoming. The breakfast was full of choices plus some Genoese flavours

Upon my arrival at the AC Genova Marriott, the front desk was extremely helpful, especially Laroslav. I don't speak nary a word of Italian unfortunately

There is a small supermarket downstairs, open until 10 o'clock, which is convenient for shopping. The highway is very close, which causes the problem of vehicle noise at night. The hotel should provide free earplugs

The spa and pool were serene escapes, perfect for unwinding, and the entire property was simply stunning. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the service

Staying there again and again a great staff super service restaurant is amazing. Few is incredible rooms of spacious walls very clean high-level of service.

The Excelsior sets the standard to be met by others. Our room overlooks the sea from the balcony

We spent a week of our honeymoon here and had a wonderful experience. The staff was professional, attentive, and classy. Our room was comfortable, we received relaxing spa treatments, and enjoyed the hotel sauna & pool

The location is incredible, the staff makes you feel like at home. The spa is great although there were no sunbeds available for most of the time i was there. The only shortcoming is the breakfast.

We had a wonderful week stay at the Royal sanremo hotel. We enjoyed the classic old charm of the hotel, the stunning view and heated swimming pool designed by gio ponti. The staff was extremely kind and helpful

The pool which we were looking forward to was poorly maintained with large brown stains at the bottom of it and yellowing tiles

We've had 2 night stay. Experience is wonderful and charming. Place is historical. Stuff is very polite and welcoming. Left with a very good memories and will come back

I was for 3 night and i can tell thet it wasnt a good experience. I give 3 stars only for the location but for the other things i wasnt not happy. The room are in old aredacion and there was a smell of old things

The room was sufficient, shower well and air condition good. The included breakfast was standard with a good coffee

The bad thing is the fridge is not working , because we would like to put some water to bring for tomorrow's beach day. The security lock is not functioning. The receptionists , are not welcoming

The location is very good right at the coast line but the road in between the hotel and the beach is pretty busy so even though you have a sea view room as we had you will be able to enjoy the sound of the sea only during night hours starting from around midnight till around 5 am

Wonderful place nearby seaside(25 meter! !!) Wonderful setting for eventi and also for lovely week end. Arenzano is a nice place for two But also for Families. shopping promenade parks blue sea And green mountains

Overnight halt, exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, easy & secure parking, good room with very comfortable (firm) mattress, functioning a/c, sea view, good breakfast, so superb value for money

The staff is very friendly and will park your vehicle serving as a valet parking. The breakfast is also very good especially bread such as bruschetta

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us

Great location on the beach! We were able to easily walk for dining and shopping and the train station was close to take day trips to other towns.

The sea was two times, the rest of the time was swimming in the large pool

Beautiful views from the hill top position and we were grateful for the funicular lift to sea level. Our first room was poor and needed updating. We immediately asked to be moved which could not happen until the next day

The roof top pool and bar are fab and enjoy far reaching glorious views. Breakfast was plentiful and nice. Would definitely come back for a longer stay

The hotel is located in a nice little town on the top of a hill by the sea. Very nice views and good food served at the hotel restaurant. It even has a cable car that takes you down to the seaside walk.

For me it is not comprehensible as a 4 star hotel, I would give it 3 stars at most. The two swimming pools were unkempt, paint peeling everywhere

The hotel was satisfactory, though it did not particularly stand out. My primary reason for selecting it was the presence of a swimming pool. However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre.

Always very comfortable. Professional and overly kind staff and you feel immediately "homey". Rooms spotless, functional with "sweet dreams" beds and plenty of pillows. Never fail !!

Easy to navigate if you have a car or use the only company Taxi services in Genoa (at their mercy). 10-15 minutes to Airport by Car, minutes from the Ferry Terminal and 15 minutes from the Cruise Port

The hotel was good, outstirk of city, breakfeast is italian, so really good ! . However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre which is not great for shopping and visiting.

They speak French, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The service is efficient and clean. The only downside is that the sheets aren't changed every day

We stayed five nights at this hotel in Imperia. The staff were very helpful, and the location was great for restaurants and shopping. Our room was comfortable and we slept very well there. We would recommend it.

All good clean and spacious room and nice staff. Location is perfect if you’re in town and want to explore. The only thing was the other guests were bit off but can’t blame hotel for this.

Access to the clown museum or Villa was a very easy walk and fabulous to see. A bonus was the view and then an easy walk into the port for dinner with plenty of choices and a 5 minute walk back to the hotel

Christina at the desk helped us a lot in directions taxis etc but all others did as well. Hats off to the Manager & Excellent Teamwork we'll be back again to see Museum Grock

The location is perfect centered & all the Staff were focused on Happy Guests. The Breakfast is The best huge Buffet we've ever had anywhere

A great stay and lovely staff

Unfortunately due to the noise levels we wouldn’t stay here again, a shame as there is a lot to like but we left feeling exhausted

There also was no bar or restaurant in the hotel and while breakfast was fine it was very expensive

However, the location was a disaster, it was central and incredibly noisy with mopeds roaring around late into the night and early morning, the noise insulation was really poor

When we asked for our car upon departure, the staff thoughtfully asked which direction we were heading in —but then parked the car facing the opposite way, which is not a huge problem, but not sure why they asked the question in the first place!! After two days, we checked out six days earlier than planned

When my husband volunteered that we were leaving early as it hadn’t felt special enough for a honeymoon stay, the response was simply “I am sorry for that. I hope you are able to fix this in the near future

In terms of example - we chose a £200 bottle of champagne in the bar on our first evening, but it was always poured for my husband first and without a napkin, which led to drips on our clothing every time we were topped up — an unfortunate oversight

We were fully aware of this and still decided we wanted to relocate and had rebooked alternative accommodation. The lack of curiosity or desire to try and rectify things was extremely surprising to us

We booked Hotel Miramare for our honeymoon and made sure to inform the staff of this twice in writing ahead of our arrival. Unfortunately, this was not once acknowledged on arrival or during our stay

We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Villa San Giuseppe. It has a very convenient location right near the beach, where the hotel offers free use of lounge beds

The cleaning staff ensured we daily returned from the beach to a sparkling clean room, which really enhanced our holiday experience

Loved this hotel. It was a pleasure to come back to after hot days at the beach and exploring the nearby coastal towns. The rooftop bar was a great way to enjoy aperitivo in the evening.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The beach and the train station are five minutes away on foot. Also the hotel has a new rooftopbar with wonderful views of the city.

We stayed in a sea facing room with balcony. Bathroom too small but excellent cleaning and wonderful view. Friendly and helpful staff apart from the lifeguards, definitely not friendly

This is an older hotel but very clean and the beds are good. Front rooms have seafront views The beach side pool is delightful and seawater. No bar service poolside but there's a little cafe next door selling drinks

Had a 3 day break at the end of March with my wife. This 3 star hotel gives 5 star service. Food was wonderful, room was clean and functional. Service from everyone was excellent and always with a smile

3-star hotel (for me it's worth 4) on the sea of diano marina, family-run, ALL the very kind staff, from the reception to the waiters to the girls who clean the room! Very efficient on services for children (cots, high chairs, food etc etc)

The spa is so tiny and more a children’s playground than a spa. The pool isn’t heated so it was really cold to swim. Additionally there was some construction at the beach so we couldn’t even hear the waves

Lovely large room overlooking the sea. I also enjoyed the trekking experience and being able to get free bikes at the hotel was nice. The waiters in the restaurant are so hardworking and friendly
