Volabus costs 10€ for 24 hours pass and you can use metro, ship (Novabus), bus with that, and 30 mins to de Ferrari

I was for 3 night and i can tell thet it wasnt a good experience. I give 3 stars only for the location but for the other things i wasnt not happy. The room are in old aredacion and there was a smell of old things

The bad thing is the fridge is not working , because we would like to put some water to bring for tomorrow's beach day. The security lock is not functioning. The receptionists , are not welcoming

I spent a night here and I appreciated the cleanliness and space of the rooms, great location near the airport but in particularly I enjoyed the efficiency and kindness of the personnel! The director is amazing and the staff, managed to arrange a dinner for 150 people in few minutes! Congratulations

Compare to price it is better than I was expecting. The location is really good 5 mins walk from the airport

They speak French, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The service is efficient and clean. The only downside is that the sheets aren't changed every day

there's just a room cleaning without changing the sheets

I had to wait minimum 10 minutes to be able to use it. They didn't provide iron and board in the rooms their is a common one next to the reception. I'm a business traveller and this is important to me

I had to wait again for my turn to use the iron for about 25 minutes, holding my clothes and walking around the lobby. This hotel is not up to the Novotel standards

Everything is so elegant, staff very amabile, rooms, the last floor terrace, bed so comfortable! We definitely want to come back and stay again here and spend more time in Genova which is so beautiful

This Hotel was , without a doubt, in top 1% of places I’ve stayed. The service is amazing, the room is beautiful and well appointed and the free continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had

We love it so much! We have chosen to stay here before and after the cruise because it is so close to the cruise terminal

We are staying two nights before leaving on a Transatlantic cruise

The restaurant is just above the room and they were moving tables and chairs around 7am. Once we called to ask for quiet they spoke with the staff up there and they made it better. The location is not wonderful

It is a dirty area of town with a train station and bus stops near by. Quite a lot of homeless there, lots of trash on the ground. Not very many restaurants and fewer shops

My favorite boutique hotel ever! It is so quaint and quiet and right in front of the sea. I love how small it is with just a few rooms. The staff treat you like family and are always very helpful

Our rental car’s battery was dead. Paolo immediately drove to the parking area a kilometre away and was able to boost our car with his cables. What a service! Mille grazie Paolo per tutto

Our first room was on the street side, but they moved us to the waterfront as soon as a room was available. The view from our room was fantastic, we were literally right on the water

And the complimentary breakfast with the view is wonderful! And there are so many things to see and do within walking distance

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel San Terenzo. Once we made our reservation, they kept in contact with us prior to our arrival

The staff was amazing! Paulo, Lara & Debra were all helpful. They provided so much help & direction, which if you read on, you'll understand how important that was for us

Word!!!! - DELICIOUS!!!! We have eaten at a variety of establishments and this is up there - you have to try for yourself!! The pool was so peaceful and tranquil and hardly ever busy

It's location is on the shore of the beautiful bay or Le Grazie overlooking all the boats and the village and mountains beyond. The checkin was welcoming and straightforward. The staff are pleasant and professinonal

In the evenings dinner is served by the sea, across the road. Outside, the pool is excellent and is of a good size with an ambient temperature. The hotel was busy, so sun loungers were in short supply

Breakfast, which is served in the restaurant, is waiter service and consisted of plenty of fruit, cakes, pastries, ham/chese and delicious coffees made by an excellent Barista

Much of the time, there is a pool attendant/life guard in attendance. You can walk around the bay to shops and restaurants. There is no private parking available, so you park on the road and also a disused football pitch

The room, though small, had a lovely private ground floor terrace with furniture, overlooking the sea, which is only across the road. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom, again small, but had everything required

Great Hotel We had a very good stay in the room with a view enjoying the good restaurants, the nice SPA and the swimmingpool

We got very good service also for planing our excursions and visits to local restaurant in Rapallo. The shuttle was a very good service. From a sustainability-wise, we could have used towels and sheets a bit more/longer

Absolutely loved my stay at Grand Hotel Bristol Spa Resort! The rooms were elegant and spotless, the views over the coast were stunning, and the spa was a true highlight — incredibly relaxing and well-maintained

The bathroom was cool looking and much more spacious than expected. The location could not be better, right on the edge of the city center, so everything was within walking distance

What really sets this place apart is its location — it’s right next to a mall with plenty of restaurants, making meals and shopping incredibly convenient. Being able to park for free was another huge bonus

Stayed over for 3 nights in June 2017. Really nice place, the rooms are clean and look great, there are some shops around too (unfortunately they open pretty late and close early)

This hotel is not in the centre but is great as a stop over and has public parking just outside. Shopping mall on your doorstep and a bit of a long walk to the centre but it’s ok

The amenities were amazing, there was like 4 different types of saunas and even 4 different types of showers (who knew?) and being able to jump into crystal blue waters and then order a beer to my pool lounge which was next to the rocks was pretty sick

Only thing maybe that I should change is, make a bigger pool. But since I am a sea watter and beach person, I don’t care. But quite some people liked staying at that pool

Really the best hotel we have stayed in in Liguria. We were even able to check in at 11:30 a.m. without paying an extra charge. The hotel is very well equipped. It is right in the middle of Genoa by the harbor. 1A!

At every juncture the front desk was extremely professional. The breakfast exceeded expectations with an incredible assortment. The room had good city and harbor views and is quite secure

You pay 20 euro / daily for a sun bed, but the organization of the pool services (bar and service) justifies the price

Great friendly personnel. Close to beach. But rooms smell bad, lots of noice every morning and you have to pay 10€ per sun chair at the pool even though you stay at the hotel…

Great hotel with great service. The pool is fantastic, and is cleaned ocean water (you can still taste te salt!). Great little bar and just a great spot in the sun!

Always stay here for business and it has been my 3rd time. Staff were nice and room was great. There’s not much restaurants nearby so need a car to go somewhere

A nice hotel with very professional and nice customer service! All the receptionists (especially Alessandro) were so helpful, smiling and welcoming. The breakfast was full of choices plus some Genoese flavours

There is a secure parking garage. It's just a few minutes down from scenic Nervi and the waterfront. A giant Coop (like a Walmart) grocery store is next door, which is perfect for stocking up on snacks and anything else

Faultless experience! This beautiful hotel has the best views of Santa Margherita and Portfino. Our suite with balcony and sea views was spacious and beautifully decorated with 2 bathrooms and a separate sitting room

We stayed at the Hotel Petit Royal with b&b accommodation. The hotel is located in a strategic point with breathtaking views and easy access to the beach via stairs that lead directly to the seafront

It was interesting to stay in a hotel from the 19th century. Although the years have left their mark, the hotel is charming with a beautiful view of the sea

The hotel is in an excellent location, a walking distance from the beach, the view is just breathtaking. We spent 13 days in August 2020

Nice hotel in a really great place. We lived in a quadruple room with sea view in August, conditions were good, the main minus - a refrigerator absence (which is a must-have in a hot place like Ospedaletti)

The structure is dated with many flaws and is currently undergoing renovation. However the staff is very kind and caring and makes you forget the flaws. Close to the sea and the seafront promenade

Beautiful hotel in centre of Rapallo. There is construction going on but we heard no noise inside. The only downside for us was the spa/swimming pool. It's really small compared to the price.

I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb

A bit of the walk from the train station, if you have an early flight I would suggest taking a taxi but if your flight is during the day and you have time definitely not a bad walk to the airport maybe 15/20 min walk

Everything was exceptionally clean, and I appreciated the many power outlets and the daily bottled water. Overall, everything was great. My only suggestion would be to add disposable slippers

The design of the lobby and room was beautiful, and my room was very spacious — especially the bathroom with the walk-in shower

The is a clothing store opposite ❤️ would of loved to stay an extra day and see Genoa as it’s close to the train station too

The synthetic flooring tends to squeak when walking, either barefoot or in shoes, and slippers would make the stay more comfortable — and quieter for the neighbors below. Thank you for a wonderful experience
