I was for 3 night and i can tell thet it wasnt a good experience. I give 3 stars only for the location but for the other things i wasnt not happy. The room are in old aredacion and there was a smell of old things. The lifts didn't work all the time and you must to past at dhe workers lifts. The wifi didn't work all the time. The breakfast was very poor and the room wast clean . This hotel was 4 star...
Great! Easy to find, super clean and quiet, great breakfast, and great gym!!!
Poor pillows. No water. No coffee cartels or boilers.
We booked this hotel through booking, just for a night. The area of the hotel is good IF you have a flight to catch up very early. Because it's very close to the airport. The hotel is not modernized, it's not updated. When I read some reviews they said it's not clean but we found out ours is clean, the bathroom is spacious , the bed is comfortable but it's outdated. The bad thing is the fridge is...
I spent a night here and I appreciated the cleanliness and space of the rooms, great location near the airport but in particularly I enjoyed the efficiency and kindness of the personnel! The director is amazing and the staff, managed to arrange a dinner for 150 people in few minutes! Congratulations.
The gentleman at the front desk had to move me three times to get a room with a working air conditioner during the June heat wave across Europe. This meant managing three luggage on my own. Then, a plumber had to called to fix the non-working toilet. Finally, the dinner (Caesar’s Salad) at the restaurant was sadly unlike ANY such salad I’ve eaten in my 71 years.YUCK! The large window was broken and...

Rooms are great, service at reception was great. Unfortunately not enough staff, plates or food to cater at breakfast for the huge number of guests in August. Not walking distance from the Centre
Very basic hotel, just for those who are looking for a sleep. Only 2 elevators for this high building hotel and the day that I was there the one of the elevators were broken. I had to wait minimum 10 minutes to be able to use it. They didn't provide iron and board in the rooms their is a common one next to the reception. I'm a business traveller and this is important to me. I had to wait again for...

Very friendly reception staff. They speak French, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The service is efficient and clean. The only downside is that the sheets aren't changed every day... there's just a room cleaning without changing the sheets. Good stay. Close to the city. I recommend it.
Dear Novotel Genova City, As a employee in Accor Hotels, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Novotel Genova City. The reception staff, restaurant team, and management were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. Your warm hospitality and excellent service truly made my experience memorable. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure everything...
Always very comfortable. Professional and overly kind staff and you feel immediately "homey". Rooms spotless, functional with "sweet dreams" beds and plenty of pillows. Never fail !!

This Hotel was , without a doubt, in top 1% of places I’ve stayed. The service is amazing, the room is beautiful and well appointed and the free continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. We are staying two nights before leaving on a Transatlantic cruise.
We love it so much! We have chosen to stay here before and after the cruise because it is so close to the cruise terminal. Everything is so elegant, staff very amabile, rooms, the last floor terrace, bed so comfortable! We definitely want to come back and stay again here and spend more time in Genova which is so beautiful. ⭐️😍👏
The service from the staff was great, they helped with a rental car and taxis and were very pleasant. The lobby area is inviting and the President Suite was large. The mattress is old with big dips in it, very bad for my back. There are mechanical shutters on all windows which is nice for keeping it dark in the morning. The restaurant is just above the room and they were moving tables and chairs...
The good, the bad, and the ugly. Set your expectations - this hotel is definitely NOT 5-star. The service at reception is nonexistent. I.e no help with bags to the room, no greetings upon leaving or returning, no explanation of any hotel information, no apology for the broken spa, and no question about our stay once checking out. Pretty much felt invisible the whole stay. The rooms are rundown...
Everything is in accordance with Europe. It is surprising that there is no shoe horn, as well as shoe care products

We loved our stay at Hotel San Terenzo! Beautiful location, comfortable room, and outstanding service. Lara made all the difference — warm, attentive, and truly exceptional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended! Adri & Dany
We were there last year. Still wonderful but breakfast was a little sparse. No eggs and bacon like last year and little rolls. Lara was particularly excellent!
Wonderful boutique hotel. Special mention to Paolo . Our rental car’s battery was dead. Paolo immediately drove to the parking area a kilometre away and was able to boost our car with his cables. What a service! Mille grazie Paolo per tutto.
My favorite boutique hotel ever! It is so quaint and quiet and right in front of the sea. I love how small it is with just a few rooms. The staff treat you like family and are always very helpful. And the complimentary breakfast with the view is wonderful! And there are so many things to see and do within walking distance.
We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel San Terenzo. Once we made our reservation, they kept in contact with us prior to our arrival. Our first room was on the street side, but they moved us to the waterfront as soon as a room was available. The view from our room was fantastic, we were literally right on the water. I stayed at the Best Western Porto Antico for one night in September 2024. I only stayed at the hotel for about 7 - 8 hours (for a night of sleep) so my experience was limited. This hotel is amazing. It's location is on the shore of the beautiful bay or Le Grazie overlooking all the boats and the village and mountains beyond. The checkin was welcoming and straightforward. My husband, daughter and I have spent a long weekend here and it has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Well technically, we haven’t left yet but I wanted to write this review whilst I can! We wanted to stay somewhere that was traditionally Italian. Where do we start? Firstly, let’s start with check in, we were greeted by two lovely ladies and to our surprise we could check in early...
Our third stay at this hotel and as ever we leave feeling relaxed and well looked after. This hotel has the most beautiful views of any we have stayed in. It is picture perfect Italy. Rooms are basic but spotlessly cleaned every day, in fact the whole place is very well maintained. Wonderful staff, great balcony view and so helpful all the time. Really enjoyed their restaurant. The food, wine and service was excellent. Rooms were spotless cleaned every single day. Enjoyed our visit to Le Grazie very much. Super cute harbor and great view from the hotel.
Disappointed with our 5 day stay at this hotel. Unfortunately the promenade outside is under construction which will be fabulous when finished but atm there are views of diggers and workers. The restaurant serves mainly fish with very few alternatives for non fish eaters. Room 309 is very small with twin beds and the view out of the window is non existent. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable...
Great location by the marina in La Grazie (not Portovenere proper which is a 10 minute drive away at the other side of the peninsular) and it is a pleasant walk around the bay. There is street parking outside - not a problem in winter, but I suspect that finding a park in summer might be harder. The rooms are large and spacious, the shower in the bathroom, less so. La Spezia is a short drive away....

Great service, location and wonderful staff
Absolutely loved my stay at Grand Hotel Bristol Spa Resort! The rooms were elegant and spotless, the views over the coast were stunning, and the spa was a true highlight — incredibly relaxing and well-maintained. Staff were warm and attentive throughout. One of the best resort experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!
Great Hotel We had a very good stay in the room with a view enjoying the good restaurants, the nice SPA and the swimmingpool. We got very good service also for planing our excursions and visits to local restaurant in Rapallo. The shuttle was a very good service. From a sustainability-wise, we could have used towels and sheets a bit more/longer. The late night music on the veranda was a bit disturbing...
Amazing The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff very friendly and we felt so welcomed. Perfect with the shuffle-service. The breakfast was great. We would love to go there again.
Beautiful hotel overlooking the Italian coast. The spa and pool were huge selling points. The pool is huge and overlooks the ocean. Their beach club is very secluded and peaceful! It's also only a short walk into town. The restaurant also had gluten free pasta and breakfast, which I appreciated! Highly recommend staying here.

Small but lovely clean rooms, with clean towels and sheets, good water pressure. Some pieces of furniture could be easily removed for creating more space 😅 The staff is helpful, we had a tasty breakfast, it was a good one night stop for us. The city is another story, we had a long walk to the center and discovered a dirty and maybe a dangerous Genoa😳
Good hotel, right next to the main station of Genova. The building looks historic and the elevator was very unique - really loved it. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a decent view! Breakfast had decent choices and were filling. Staff were friendly, and told us the places to go in Genoa! Location-wise, there are plenty of little bars and restaurants around. The only missing thing was a supermarket...
A VERY DECENT HOTEL. Clean, kind staff. I had the executive room. Good price. AND VERY GOOD COFFEE. CONS: THE LOBBY CLOSES AT 23.00 AND YOU MUST ENTER THROUGH THE SISTER HOTEL. THE ELEVATOR GETS STUCK BECAUSE OF DUMB GUESTS!!!!!!!!!!! NOTHING IS WORSE THAN CLIMBING 4 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS AT MIDNIGHT CAUSE SOMEONE FORGOT TO CLOSE THE DOOR OF THE “ANTIQUE” ELEVATOR
We were very happy with our selection of hotel. This hotel is located right next to the main train station and at walking distance to the city center. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was delicious!!! Staff spoke English well and were very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel to friends and family
We really enjoyed our one night stay! The bed was comfortable and we stayed in a corner room, which had two windows that opened up to a nice view. It made for a lovely breeze through the room. The shower was wonderful and the hotel is located in a convenient, very walkable area. Would recommend!
Not recommended. I stayed in a room on the second floor. The next day, I found a lot of ants on the floor. I reported it to the hotel and they said they would deal with it. When I went back at night, I found more ants on the windowsill... Although I was given a new room, the room was smaller... And the mattress was uncomfortable and had a pit. I was sore all over after sleeping for two nights.

Very nice old hotel. For the price though we were expecting much more.
The hotel is stunning, renovated from an old palace; it's straight out of a James Bond movie. The rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. The restaurant is Michelin-starred, and the food and service are truly excellent. It's very popular, so reservations are generally required, and guests staying at the hotel are given priority. The hotel offers valet parking, which can be reserved by phone or email...
The hotel is located in the heart of Genoa. It is very simple and elegant. Valet parking is very convenient. The breakfast is rich, especially the drinks. The hotel's staircase is very beautiful. The room facilities are also very complete, although the bathroom is a little small.
Good location and clean rooms. Overall a pleasant stay experience!
The hotel is in a prime location and is very convenient for walking to attractions. The hotel lobby has a very beautiful spiral staircase and is equipped with an elevator. The service is very good, the breakfast is rich, and it is Michelin in 2018. The room is spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout and complete functions.
The hotel is in a good location, on the main street, but it does not have its own parking lot. It is not convenient to park at the gate. You need to park in the independent parking garage at the back, which costs about 10 euros a night. We stayed for a short time, but the room was very good and we slept well. We got moved around rooms although we specifically asked for two twin rooms. They blamed their main booking centre. We had to sleep in different bedrooms and could t unpack properly. It was a nuisance. The restaurant staff wasn’t helpful and a bit rude too. Not happy. The lifts take forever but the restaurant food was fab.
A bit of communication issues. Liked the room but would have liked some water in the room. The rooftop bar was lovely and the service great. The restaurant service was not so great. Overall, I would choose again.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was small but very functional, and everything looked brand new. We even had a partial sea view, which was nice. I had an excellent stay here. The rooms were spacious, clean, and truly comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. What really sets this place apart is its location — it’s right next to a mall with plenty of restaurants, making meals and shopping incredibly convenient. Fantastic location. Hotel is faded glamour and is tired. Room nice, view fabulous, air con brilliant, shower 🚿 no water pressure. Breakfast OK. Pool is really lovely. Staff nice. They need to sort the sunbed issue. 10 euros per day is not a solution to not enough sunbeds. Beach is 3 min walk and is very commercialised in San remo. We'd stay again tho.

It's halfway up the mountain in Genoa, a little far from the attractions, about a 20-minute walk. There's nothing fun in Genoa, so it's suitable to rent a car and drive from the beach. The town next to it is quite pleasant.

Very beautiful, convenient transportation, good service. But the laundry service is not good. I sent a piece of chocolate to be washed, and it was returned to me as if it was not washed at all. Parking is difficult. The front desk asked you to park nearby, and I got a ticket for two days.

Great service. Manuela in reception was so helpful and professional.
Clean and good location but hard to enter parking
Location is great. Walking distance to subway. Breakfast spread is good, for the price that you pay during the summer season.
good location, clean room and comfort bed, 15 mins walk to city centre, 10 mins walk to cruise terminal
Our stay was amazing, the hotel was clean and the staff were really friendly. Good location and the breakfast was also nice
Breakfast quite nice, have a variety of food choices, enough supply 5mins walk to metro which offer free services during non-peak hour Next to huge supermarket, Esselunga View from a higher floor will be great Have kettle👍 少數有水煲 早餐算多款,有不停供應 鄰近大型超級市場 5分鐘步行地鐵站
