Volabus costs 10€ for 24 hours pass and you can use metro, ship (Novabus), bus with that, and 30 mins to de Ferrari

I was for 3 night and i can tell thet it wasnt a good experience. I give 3 stars only for the location but for the other things i wasnt not happy. The room are in old aredacion and there was a smell of old things

I spent a night here and I appreciated the cleanliness and space of the rooms, great location near the airport but in particularly I enjoyed the efficiency and kindness of the personnel! The director is amazing and the staff, managed to arrange a dinner for 150 people in few minutes! Congratulations

Compare to price it is better than I was expecting. The location is really good 5 mins walk from the airport

They speak French, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The service is efficient and clean. The only downside is that the sheets aren't changed every day

I had to wait minimum 10 minutes to be able to use it. They didn't provide iron and board in the rooms their is a common one next to the reception. I'm a business traveller and this is important to me

I had to wait again for my turn to use the iron for about 25 minutes, holding my clothes and walking around the lobby. This hotel is not up to the Novotel standards

Much of the time, there is a pool attendant/life guard in attendance. You can walk around the bay to shops and restaurants. There is no private parking available, so you park on the road and also a disused football pitch

In the evenings dinner is served by the sea, across the road. Outside, the pool is excellent and is of a good size with an ambient temperature. The hotel was busy, so sun loungers were in short supply

Breakfast, which is served in the restaurant, is waiter service and consisted of plenty of fruit, cakes, pastries, ham/chese and delicious coffees made by an excellent Barista

Well technically, we haven’t left yet but I wanted to write this review whilst I can! We wanted to stay somewhere that was traditionally Italian

We got very good service also for planing our excursions and visits to local restaurant in Rapallo. The shuttle was a very good service. From a sustainability-wise, we could have used towels and sheets a bit more/longer

I would like to praise the breakfast, which is very rich in Europe, with a full range of varieties. The breakfast room is also very beautiful, like a room in a movie

The amenities were amazing, there was like 4 different types of saunas and even 4 different types of showers (who knew?) and being able to jump into crystal blue waters and then order a beer to my pool lounge which was next to the rocks was pretty sick

I just love the vibe! Old charm and attentive service. Only thing that could be better - arrangement of sun beds in beach club. Sun beds shouldn’t be booked with towels for the time they are not actually occupied

We had a wonderful week stay at the Royal sanremo hotel. We enjoyed the classic old charm of the hotel, the stunning view and heated swimming pool designed by gio ponti. The staff was extremely kind and helpful

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon trip through Europe. It is a lovely hotel, with excellent service. Clean & tidy and it is within walking distance of the main parts of town.

While complimentary internet was available, its speed left much to be desired. Faster internet was available at an additional cost, but it was relatively expensive

You pay 20 euro / daily for a sun bed, but the organization of the pool services (bar and service) justifies the price

It is better to see with your own eyes once than to hear 100 times. True, we did not have time to taste the pool

Hotel is faded glamour and is tired. Room nice, view fabulous, air con brilliant, shower 🚿 no water pressure. They need to sort the sunbed issue. 10 euros per day is not a solution to not enough sunbeds

The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city, and the on-site amenities, including the fitness center and delicious breakfast buffet, added to the overall convenience

Always stay here for business and it has been my 3rd time. Staff were nice and room was great. There’s not much restaurants nearby so need a car to go somewhere

A nice hotel with very professional and nice customer service! All the receptionists (especially Alessandro) were so helpful, smiling and welcoming. The breakfast was full of choices plus some Genoese flavours

There is a secure parking garage. It's just a few minutes down from scenic Nervi and the waterfront. A giant Coop (like a Walmart) grocery store is next door, which is perfect for stocking up on snacks and anything else

If I were to find one small fault to the AC Genova Marriott, it would be its location that is a bit of a distance from the center of Genova. I would recommend the AC Marriott in Genova Italy

It's halfway up the mountain in Genoa, a little far from the attractions, about a 20-minute walk. There's nothing fun in Genoa, so it's suitable to rent a car and drive from the beach

Rooms out of this world beautiful and equipped with all your needs. Room was ready two hours before check in and we were treated like royalty

We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and it was good, with a very friendly service. The location is convenient, just a couple of blocks away from the cruise terminal. It is a walking distance to downtown Genova

Very good location, just in front of the Ferry Terminal and outside the city centre, reachable by a 25 minutes walking or by subway (the journey takes 8 minutes; and the station is 500m far from the hotel/residence entrance)

Faultless experience! This beautiful hotel has the best views of Santa Margherita and Portfino. Our suite with balcony and sea views was spacious and beautifully decorated with 2 bathrooms and a separate sitting room

I was very well greeted by a very nice front desk staff including Anna and a colleague who lent me a charging cable for my phone and then I went to get some food in the lobby/bar while I decided if I was going to stay, time during which I got myself a nice burger and a beer to take advantage of their specials menu and watched some Italian soccer while at it while listening to amazing Latin music

Overall the site is a hidden gem in Genova that provides its customers with a true Genova experience for a fair price and a versatile management and place where you can get fun and quiet time at the same time - all this with a good wifi and a nice breakfast, hence why I recommend it

We had a fantastic stay at Britannia Hotel Genova! The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk from the train station and close to all the main attractions

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. What really stood out were the amazing common areas

It was cold when we arrived but inside the hotel the temperature was ideal, the room was so pleasant that we didn't even need to turn on the heating but I believe that those who are cold would be very warm

Beautiful hotel in centre of Rapallo. There is construction going on but we heard no noise inside. The only downside for us was the spa/swimming pool. It's really small compared to the price.

The hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely

One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed

Fantastic Stay at Grand Hotel Portovenere! 🌊 I've just had the most magical 3-night stay at the Grand Hotel Portovenere, and I'm already dreaming of going back! This place is an absolute gem, set in a beautifully restored 17th-century convent right on the water's edge

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their kindness and passion for the region truly made our trip special. The food was a highlight every single day

The cuisine was innovative, fresh, and absolutely delicious—a perfect taste of Liguria! Waking up to the view of the colorful harbor and Palmaria Island from our balcony was unforgettable

The staff team were amazing; from Marta and Francesco who helped us with booking and arrangements, Alessio who helped us with our menu and throughout our dining experiences (arranging a tiramisu wedding cake!), Simone who helped us pre-arrival, and all the other wonderful people in the restaurant, bar staff, housekeeping, room service, bellhops and reception
