A nice hotel with very professional and nice customer service! All the receptionists (especially Alessandro) were so helpful, smiling and welcoming. The breakfast was full of choices plus some Genoese flavours

The breakfast was superb, all the staff there especially the lady who checks the room number before letting you in the restaurant was always courteous, always greets the guests with a genuine smile

Always stay here for business and it has been my 3rd time. Staff were nice and room was great. There’s not much restaurants nearby so need a car to go somewhere

I'm finding a pretty significant disparity (no free breakfast) between the AC brands and all other Marriott properties where I have spent time. Breakfast was good but only had 1 coffee machine to service everyone

The location is incredible, the staff makes you feel like at home. The spa is great although there were no sunbeds available for most of the time i was there. The only shortcoming is the breakfast.

I loved the sea water pool! During dinner some child-care is offered and one evening there even was a magician (royal follies program). Sometimes it is mentioned that they have a sauna but it is a sanarium at 60C

We had a wonderful week stay at the Royal sanremo hotel. We enjoyed the classic old charm of the hotel, the stunning view and heated swimming pool designed by gio ponti. The staff was extremely kind and helpful

The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, and offer stunning views of the sea. The amenities are top-notch, including a fantastic pool area and an exquisite dining experience

While the €18 ice cream at the pool and the room service prices are on the higher side, the quality of the offerings somewhat justifies the cost

I was for 3 night and i can tell thet it wasnt a good experience. I give 3 stars only for the location but for the other things i wasnt not happy. The room are in old aredacion and there was a smell of old things

The room was sufficient, shower well and air condition good. The included breakfast was standard with a good coffee

The location is very good right at the coast line but the road in between the hotel and the beach is pretty busy so even though you have a sea view room as we had you will be able to enjoy the sound of the sea only during night hours starting from around midnight till around 5 am

The staff is very friendly and will park your vehicle serving as a valet parking. The breakfast is also very good especially bread such as bruschetta

Even though the hotel itself is not new and you can see its age in some details the rooms are very clean and comfortable as well as the cleaning service is working well! Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel!

Great location on the beach! We were able to easily walk for dining and shopping and the train station was close to take day trips to other towns.

The beach itself is sandy, clean, and the water is a clear, vibrant blue—one of the best along the Savona/Liguria coast in my opinion. Parking is available on-site for €28 per day, and it was both convenient and secure

My friend and I were on a coach holiday recently and stayed at the Hotel Torino for 5 nights - fantastic! Very pleased with our room with balony and a lovely rooftop area for breakfast with plenty of choice! That was also the case in the lovely restaurant and may I say, Roberto (the Maitre D'?) and the restaurant staff are to be complimented too! Plenty of shops, cafes and eateries

We had an awesome experience! The staff of the hotel is friendly, polite & knowledgeable. The location has everything you could possible want, inclusive of shopping, swimming, biking,and especially eating

The sea was two times, the rest of the time was swimming in the large pool

Beautiful views from the hill top position and we were grateful for the funicular lift to sea level. Our first room was poor and needed updating. We immediately asked to be moved which could not happen until the next day

I was disappointed that we couldn't get the seats in the 1st line even so many were empty: they were reserved by abonements, but we're not used most of the time - Restaurant prices, especially drinks, are higher than other restaurants nearby on the shore

They compete with french chefs and are unbeatable!!! It's a true 4 stars hotel! Pets are welcome too with limited access to the beach. On the 1st day we turned up at 10 Am, our room was ready and we were let in

The room was clean, all shared areas clean. Close to the beach- like you can see it! This hotel should not advertise as having a pool! It is nothing more than a paddling pool; doesn’t come above the knee

12 sun-beds and these are reserved by larger family’s so you can forget it. If I would have knew they didn’t actually have a swimming pool I would t have booked it

The hotel was satisfactory, though it did not particularly stand out. My primary reason for selecting it was the presence of a swimming pool. However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre.

Always very comfortable. Professional and overly kind staff and you feel immediately "homey". Rooms spotless, functional with "sweet dreams" beds and plenty of pillows. Never fail !!

Easy to navigate if you have a car or use the only company Taxi services in Genoa (at their mercy). 10-15 minutes to Airport by Car, minutes from the Ferry Terminal and 15 minutes from the Cruise Port

The hotel was good, outstirk of city, breakfeast is italian, so really good ! . However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre which is not great for shopping and visiting.

They speak French, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The service is efficient and clean. The only downside is that the sheets aren't changed every day

The walking paths in the back of the hotel are beautiful and the pool incredible (its cold, salt water and deep like the sea) and relaxing! The breakfast was vast and incredibly tasty while the sun arises and the evening piano player fantastic to enjoy from the main terrace or your balcony!

What a dreamy stay on the Italian coast. Initially I was going to stay in Portofino, but I am so glad I didn't. The Hotel Grand Miramare was the type of place you'd like to stay for a month

We love Antonio, Roberto and Luigi along with the front desk team

They announced that the buffet was closing five minutes before the stated end time, urging everyone to finish quickly instead of just clearing the buffet at the end of the shared opening hours

The breakfast staff laughed and joked loudly among themselves and service was inconsistent. One morning we received toast but no coffee, the next we received the coffee but no toast

We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Villa San Giuseppe. It has a very convenient location right near the beach, where the hotel offers free use of lounge beds

The proximity of the train station means that you can easily reach Cinque Terra, Portofino or Genoa on your own. Moneglia itself can also interest both monuments or places where you can eat well

If you dislike the sound of trains at night, make sure to book a room on the ocean side. I was on the ocean side, but, I could still hear the trains, it was not disturbing

Make sure you arrange a taxi if you are unable to carry luggage up a steep hill. Walking up and down to lovely Moneglia can be an issue for elderly unfit guests. I love the hotel and Moneglia

Clue, you turn off left after the first tunnel! Worth the finding. When we made an error in booking and also arrived late into the night the owner was charming and took us in

The staff picked us and dropped us off at train station. Front desk staff very helpful. Breakfast staff very friendly and good service, breakfast was great as well

The quality-price ratio is adequate for the structure and the services offered by it. You can freely choose every day whether to have full board, half board or breakfast only and this offers guests a lot of freedom

Had a 3 day break at the end of March with my wife. This 3 star hotel gives 5 star service. Food was wonderful, room was clean and functional. Service from everyone was excellent and always with a smile

3-star hotel (for me it's worth 4) on the sea of diano marina, family-run, ALL the very kind staff, from the reception to the waiters to the girls who clean the room! Very efficient on services for children (cots, high chairs, food etc etc)

The breakfast and hotel staff deserve the best reviews. Cleanliness was good except for some dust in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and I find the price-performance ratio to be high

We were lucky with parking and parked in the blue-striped section of the street directly opposite the entrance. We didn't trust leaving our keys in a nearby car park with the windows open

The location of Liliana resort hôtel is perfect very quiete with sea and mountain views

The centre and sea promenade of Diano Marina is reachable by car within 5 minutes Part of the rooms are located in the main building on différent levels in general all with beautiful views - sea and mountain + big terrace Other rooms/bungalows are next to the heated swimming pool bar and parking The terraces of those rooms are not closed/fenced

The restaurant serves typical regional cuisine at very fair conditions and deals gently and fluently with individual requests. Thanks to the whole team - we will come again to the paradise
