A nice hotel with very professional and nice customer service! All the receptionists (especially Alessandro) were so helpful, smiling and welcoming. The breakfast was full of choices plus some Genoese flavours

The breakfast was superb, all the staff there especially the lady who checks the room number before letting you in the restaurant was always courteous, always greets the guests with a genuine smile

Always stay here for business and it has been my 3rd time. Staff were nice and room was great. There’s not much restaurants nearby so need a car to go somewhere

I'm finding a pretty significant disparity (no free breakfast) between the AC brands and all other Marriott properties where I have spent time. Breakfast was good but only had 1 coffee machine to service everyone

The hotel was satisfactory, though it did not particularly stand out. My primary reason for selecting it was the presence of a swimming pool. However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre.

Always very comfortable. Professional and overly kind staff and you feel immediately "homey". Rooms spotless, functional with "sweet dreams" beds and plenty of pillows. Never fail !!

Easy to navigate if you have a car or use the only company Taxi services in Genoa (at their mercy). 10-15 minutes to Airport by Car, minutes from the Ferry Terminal and 15 minutes from the Cruise Port

The hotel was good, outstirk of city, breakfeast is italian, so really good ! . However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre which is not great for shopping and visiting.

They speak French, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The service is efficient and clean. The only downside is that the sheets aren't changed every day

I was for 3 night and i can tell thet it wasnt a good experience. I give 3 stars only for the location but for the other things i wasnt not happy. The room are in old aredacion and there was a smell of old things

Location near port, but a bit far from city center. There is a bar, restaurant, small gym. Personnel is kind and helpful. Breakfast has enough gluten free options. Considering price/quality is highly recommended

The hotel is situated directly beneath an overpass, making public transportation difficult to access.

Very good location, just in front of the Ferry Terminal and outside the city centre, reachable by a 25 minutes walking or by subway (the journey takes 8 minutes; and the station is 500m far from the hotel/residence entrance)

Excellent hotel!! Loved our stay here in every way! Great service, wonderful comfortable rooms with a very comfortable bed, crisp sheets and cozy pillows! Robes & slippers were provided and the shower was great

Genoa is a very beautiful city. The hotel we booked on short notice was generally satisfactory. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The breakfast was also quite rich. The hotel swimming pool requires reservations

The hotel is located in the old town of Genova, so it is in a great location for exploring the city. The reception is on the second floor, so it is a little hard to find, but the rooms are clean and comfortable.

There are stairs from the entrance to the front desk, and they helped me with my luggage when I checked in, but they didn't help me with my luggage when I checked out. The man in charge of the restaurant was very kind

We were lucky with parking and parked in the blue-striped section of the street directly opposite the entrance. We didn't trust leaving our keys in a nearby car park with the windows open

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon trip through Europe. It is a lovely hotel, with excellent service. Clean & tidy and it is within walking distance of the main parts of town.

As a family of four, we stayed here in the first week of September. The location was nice, and the cleanliness of the room was great. We didn’t have any meals at the restaurant and didn’t use the beach

Instead we went to nearby beaches (there are plenty of sandy beaches all around) and we cooked for ourselves in the room, there was enough kitchen metarial. Overall it was a pleasant stay with great price/value ratio

One receptionist with a military-like attitude wanted us to leave the beach by 1pm after check out which seemed strict and unreasonable seeing the prices you pay for this hotel… however there was no problem when we stayed until 5pm

I guess she didn’t catch us 😁 The area around the hotel is a little bare unless you drive so I think this is perfect if you want somewhere to relax by the beach all day, which is exactly what we wanted

There is charge for using towels and lounge chairs in the pool even if you are guest! Not cool! Rather pay and visit the beach clubs across the street

One of them for children (very shallow) and the other is large enough (in one part of the pool the depth is 1 m, the other 2m, and in the third - 3M), there is also a small springboard from which you can jump

The food was fab, the pool great and the pool side bar/restaurant top class. Really top class, but a bit old fashioned - which is fine if you don't want the latest guff

You pay 20 euro / daily for a sun bed, but the organization of the pool services (bar and service) justifies the price

We had a great time: the room was spacious, the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs and requests, the building was centrally located for reaching the main attractions, and the lounge had a view of the Duomo

Close to the city centre it’s easy to reach all the main attractions within minutes and it’s also located strategically to guarantee a relaxing but well planned stay

I found the hotel quite affordable for a family. They also included the breakfast which was great! One of the best buffets I have ever seen for a breakfast. Parking is also free and you can park anywhere

It was cold when we arrived but inside the hotel the temperature was ideal, the room was so pleasant that we didn't even need to turn on the heating but I believe that those who are cold would be very warm

Beautiful hotel overlooking the Italian coast. The spa and pool were huge selling points. The pool is huge and overlooks the ocean. Their beach club is very secluded and peaceful! It's also only a short walk into town

Staff made my stay very special. Upon arrival they put a display for my husband and I in the hotel room. Room was clean and updated! Hotel provides free shuttle too and from the town of Rapallo

We had some issues with paying toll charges in Rapallo and the young lady at Concierge provided us with exceptional customer service to try and resolve this

The location is very good right at the coast line but the road in between the hotel and the beach is pretty busy so even though you have a sea view room as we had you will be able to enjoy the sound of the sea only during night hours starting from around midnight till around 5 am

The staff is very friendly and will park your vehicle serving as a valet parking. The breakfast is also very good especially bread such as bruschetta

Even though the hotel itself is not new and you can see its age in some details the rooms are very clean and comfortable as well as the cleaning service is working well! Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel!

What a dreamy stay on the Italian coast. Initially I was going to stay in Portofino, but I am so glad I didn't. The Hotel Grand Miramare was the type of place you'd like to stay for a month

They announced that the buffet was closing five minutes before the stated end time, urging everyone to finish quickly instead of just clearing the buffet at the end of the shared opening hours

The breakfast staff laughed and joked loudly among themselves and service was inconsistent. One morning we received toast but no coffee, the next we received the coffee but no toast

Rooms are small (as expected) but clean & modern. Staff are friendly & helpful and food is good. But what you really come here for is the view, which is just spectacular. Highly recommend.

Minuses: the staff on the beach is very unpleasant, hotel guests who came only to swim for half an hour without buying a sunbed are asked to leave things almost on the road and are forbidden to sit on a towel by the sea for 5 minutes

Moreover, in case there is a connecting door in your room, be sure to hear every little sound from your neighbour like they are in the same room with you - that was a huge disappointment

Hotel is conveniently located next to the port. It serves our purpose to visit our daughter when the cruise ship she is working on docked there. There is a Bus No 7 from the Station that you can take to the hotel

Though it is not directly outside the hotel but it is walking distance from the bus stop to the hotel. Surrounding there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket across the bus stop where you alight

Very convenient beachside hotel in the outskirts of San Remo. 10 minutes walking to the center through a special pedestrian alley. Free parking, pool and a very nice garden

The rooms include everything you could need or want and even the rooms without views offer a sea view. The dining is five star, with delicious complimentary canapes with cocktails
