Great location by the marina in La Grazie (not Portovenere proper which is a 10 minute drive away at the other side of the peninsular) and it is a pleasant walk around the bay. There is street parking outside - not a problem in winter, but I suspect that finding a park in summer might be harder. The rooms are large and spacious, the shower in the bathroom, less so. La Spezia is a short drive away....

Nice hotel in a really great place. We lived in a quadruple room with sea view in August, conditions were good, the main minus - a refrigerator absence (which is a must-have in a hot place like Ospedaletti). The staff was very helpful. They had hot water, but not ice (and no fridge 😞 ). Breakfasts were usual for Italy - ham, cheese, bread, eggs, jam and etc.

We came from France driving motocycles and booked the place at the very last minute, were very surprised! Good vibes, amazing view, quiet and beautiful place. The welcome was very nice and warm especially the receptionist Sarah. Went on a shearings holiday. Room cleaned every day. Clean towels every day. Only negative is the amount of time travelling. My wife and I went on a shearings trip here. Room was immaculate, food amazing, and staff very polite and helpful. The only bad thing about this place is the beds. They felt like they were made of stacked cardboard, but we were tired enough from our travels in Cinque Terre that is didn’t matter. The people running the place are very friendly and accommodating of requests. The walk from the hotel to the central train station is nice in the mornings. Definitely recommend!

The staff are nice, the room was located towards the back of the hotel and nice and quiet. Only downside was that The room didn’t have a kettle or a duvet/comforter as it did get a little chilly in the evening.

The hotel is located on the edge of the city center, making it easy to get to everything. However, it's not exactly in the center. Parking is limited, but you can park for free on the street.

For location, comfort and price, this hotel is spot-on. Car parking is convenient (a concern everywhere in much of Italy), in a nearby public lot, which you are directed to upon check-in. The 10 minute walk to town is perfectly seaside. On the roof-deck we enjoyed watching the sun set over the bay of La Spezia.
