The staff are nice, the room was located towards the back of the hotel and nice and quiet. Only downside was that The room didn’t have a kettle or a duvet/comforter as it did get a little chilly in the evening.

The hotel is located on the edge of the city center, making it easy to get to everything. However, it's not exactly in the center. Parking is limited, but you can park for free on the street.

The room is big, and the ceilings high, but the air conditioning doesn't really work, the bed is two twins put together and the pillows very hard, overall the actual hotel and room are beautiful Also good breakfast and location

Ideal location and pleasant stay Ideally located and a very short walk to the port area. Complimentary breakfast which was a bonus. Rooms are not huge but this is not an issue if you're out most of the time anyway. Very friendly staff. It is worth asking reception to book a taxi if you're going to the airport (approx. €25).

Location is close to port and train station, which was great. But the spaces are a bit tight. It was a short one night stay so it was ok for the short stay.

We have just had another wonderful short stay at the Hotel Belsoggiorno ! Maria and Matteo are always welcoming , friendly and helpful, as are all the staff . It is a traditional family run hotel with excellent breakfasts and dinners , and typical Ligurian food. Nothing is too much trouble , and a stay at this hotel is very relaxing. We will be back !

The place is overall good. The rooms can be a bit dated but offer reasonable comfort. Breakfast was a bit repetitive after day 2, but still ok. The coffee was great. Parking can be tight, but the location is excellent! The staff was friendly & helpful!

Not sure what to expect but was surprised to find the room clean. Fresh towels and immaculate toilet. My balcony gave me a brilliant view of the sea. Stunning view really. The staff here are courteous and always ready to help. I will surely come again soon.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It was clean. The front desk younger gentleman maybe manager was fantastic. He listened to our concerns and made sure we could park our car. I noticed every guest he was going out of his way for. Great customer service and nice hotel by the beach. Area was wonderful to walk around. We had a balcony and it was well worth it.

Property is small and clean. The location is on the port side of town not by the beach. Though that does make it closer to the shopping center of town. Lots of restaurant options. Breakfast was very good. They do not have parking. Overall a good value and experience.

Hotel Riviera is in a wonderful location; as close to the water as you can get. It had parking out front so we didn't have to walk far and it was free. The staff was lovely and made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast was wonderful and the dining area had a wonderful view of the water. We stayed here one night to see the area and to travel into Portofino from the sea. Very nice room with an associated restaurant. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Not too far of a walk from the train station. To go to Portofino via a ferry boat is easy access from the hotel. Walk to the water and turn left, the ferry is less than a five minute walk from the hotel

An excellent find in pictureque Rapallo overlooking the Bay and coastal headlands. We found this an ideal central location for exploring the local scene- handy to SML and a short ferry ride to beautiful Portofino. We travelled to Cinque Terre on the train and walked several villages, also accessible to this region by ferry from Rapallo. Claudio our host was friendly and informative and spoke good...

Great location and beautiful view! The room was clean but very basic and run down. The breakfast was limited. I am giving the 4 * based on location near the train & water front. Many shops and restaurant close by as well as the ferry to visit other areas

The hotel is in a good place and the staff were v helpful. The only downside was the low standard breakfast. No decent fruit or fresh juice (although there were oranges rowing on the tree outside). Better to go to a cafe and have coffee and croissant outside.

3-star hotel (for me it's worth 4) on the sea of diano marina, family-run, ALL the very kind staff, from the reception to the waiters to the girls who clean the room! Very efficient on services for children (cots, high chairs, food etc etc). Perfect cleaning, excellent food…. What can I say… for us impeccable!!!

The property is clearly a 4 star, disguised as a 3 star. The services it offers, the location on the sea and the 4-star restaurant. I highly recommend it also for the friendliness of all the staff. Beachfront hotel with various services included such as swimming pool, place on the beach, gym and bikes. Comfortable and clean rooms. Great for a relaxing weekend 10 minutes from the center of Diano. Good food and breakfast with several choices including gluten-free foods. Friendly and very helpful staff.

The hotel offers the option of staying in a room with breakfast included in the morning, or in an apartment located across the street from the hotel. We chose the apartment; it's spacious with two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and two balconies. Partially renovated and with new furnishings (only the bathroom is in its original condition), everything was clean upon our arrival, well-equipped...

I came to relax and enjoy two weeks at the seaside. I found the cleanliness impeccable, truly, and the staff kind and helpful. I was half-board and on a diet, and there were no problems preparing light meals, always served with a smile. The noise in the room, normal in any Ligurian hotel overlooking the sea, certainly didn't keep me awake at night... The little beach just a few meters away was lovely

Staff were very kind and welcoming. I had a room on the sea side, but unfortunately at the level of the train tracks. Noisy and not a nice view. Trains started after 4am. Could hear person in room above moving around. Disappointed with room. Nespresso machine in room, but had to buy pod at 1€ Walk to upper town or Main Street along busy route.

Check-in is till 8pm, not as given at *******. Then it`s quite difficult to get the access and particularly due to the limitations on ******* message exchanges: the hotel can`t send QR code there visible and non of both sides can send readable email address. Parking was practically not available when I arrived, so I had to search on my own place for my car.

Nice little hotel down the road from the main stretch of Bordighera, basic and nice. A/c worked great, the hotel was clean, nice little view of the sea and steps from a quiet beach and nice beachfront restaurant. 20 minute walk from the main part of the town. The train is apparent at night but the whole beautiful little city is nearby the train so just put earplugs in if you are so sensitive to it...

Hotel Marinella is a home away from home...my two weeks stay there was amazing ,excellent hospitality services.Friendly staff and variety menu at the Ristorante .Simply the best.

Very close to the bus station and main metro station. Staff were friendly and there are different activities happening inside hostel open space organised by the hostel such as karaoke. The breakfast was good. Enjoyed my stay and highly recommended.

Great value for its cost. The location of the hotel is really great, close to everything. 5 minutes to the train station from where it takes 15 minutes to Sanremo (Italy), 30 minutes to Monte-Carlo (Monaco) and one hour to Nice (France). To start with the positives: the room was very clean and had a balcony, hotel and surroundings were quiet and seemingly safe, and the location was perfect, very close to the train station and the beach. It was a good place to stay for a good rest day after a bikepacking trip! They have a place to keep safe your bicycle and supermarket and restaurant are just in the next road!

The rooms were relatively clean and comfortable. The checkin process was a bit convoluted, and we had to upload documents into a sketchy website. The room locks with a code felt a bit weird safety wise. Not sure if they actually change the codes when you check out. Breakfast was merely OK.

Opposite a beach, which is ok but not the best beach, a long way out of Genoa city. Property needs some work, floors squeaked and were dirty. Parking was good. Breakfast offerings were ok, cold selection, no hot food. One good thing was coffee made to order. Not much interaction with staff. Looks grand from the front but inside it feels like it’s due a renovation. Large bedroom size.

Went on a shearings holiday. Room cleaned every day. Clean towels every day. Only negative is the amount of time travelling. Overall the hotel was nice, staff very friendly, the one grumpy bar man apologised as he was in pain from sciatica. My wife and I went on a shearings trip here. Room was immaculate, food amazing, and staff very polite and helpful. Enjoyed sitting by the pool every night, listening to the frogs, with new found friends. Feddy ( I think that's how it was spelled) was so entertaining behind the bar. We would definitely go back.

After reading previous reviews I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were great the food was good, i ate too much every night, and the rooms were nice and clean (Clean towels every day). The town is a lovely place and a good base for our trip. I would definitely go back again. I also loved the frog chorus that serenaded us every evening (early May). This for me was a fun thing to remember my holiday...

Pleasant stay. Very pleasant stay at reasonable prices and still in the vicinity of everything Alassio has to offer. Hotels closer to the beach at almost double up, still from this hotel the beach is just a 10 min walk. Helpful staff with a welcoming attitude.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel dei fiori. The location was perfect and the walk to so many shops and restaurants was great. We enjoyed Alassio so much we are already planning our return.

Hotel was very well maintained, room was good size. Breakfast was plentiful and well presented. Negatives were front desk rather grumpy and could not get WiFi despite multiple requests for correct password. One block from beach hotel is good to stay at

Nice design and convenient location. Noices from the other rooms and corridor were easily heard. Watch out if you are staying on a weekend. There was a loud party on the top floor with high noices all over the hotel. It did not stop until sometime after midnight.

Loved this hotel. It was a pleasure to come back to after hot days at the beach and exploring the nearby coastal towns. The rooftop bar was a great way to enjoy aperitivo in the evening.

Hospitality is good but the location is too far. It's like a remote area.

For me it's not worth for my holiday (1 night/149€) also not included breakfast 5€. Wifi is weak. The first time i opened bathroom it was smelly.The bed is not a big bed. But it's 2 single beds connected. Feel uncomfortable. Check in time : 16pm Check out time 10am is too cruel. But the location is fine. Behind next to the sea. You can see the beach view from your window.

The hotel is really nice, you can meet a lot of people right away. It's very close to the city center, which is super convenient if you want to pop into Genoa. Recommended – it's comfortable and affordable.

The carpet in the room was very dirty, and the kitchenware was not only broken but also greasy, indicating a lack of maintenance. I wouldn't recommend it to people who are very clean. The advantage is that it's very close to the station.

Very nice building, wonderful common areas, everything in order, except for a problem with the elevator, one of the two is not working, so there is a bit of a wait for the elevator.

It's close to the airport; my flight landed quite late, so it only took about 10 minutes to get there. The environment was okay, though a bit noisy on the first floor. I was in such a rush that I didn't have time to explore the area.
