I spent a night here and I appreciated the cleanliness and space of the rooms, great location near the airport but in particularly I enjoyed the efficiency and kindness of the personnel! Very friendly reception staff. They speak French, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The service is efficient and clean. Wonderful boutique hotel. Special mention to Paolo . Our rental car’s battery was dead. Paolo immediately drove to the parking area a kilometre away and was able to boost our car with his cables. What a service! Mille grazie Paolo per tutto.

My favorite boutique hotel ever! It is so quaint and quiet and right in front of the sea. I love how small it is with just a few rooms. The staff treat you like family and are always very helpful. We were very happy with our selection of hotel. This hotel is located right next to the main train station and at walking distance to the city center. The room was very comfortable and very clean. We really enjoyed our one night stay! The bed was comfortable and we stayed in a corner room, which had two windows that opened up to a nice view. It made for a lovely breeze through the room. The shower was wonderful and the hotel is located in a convenient, very walkable area. Would recommend!

Not recommended. I stayed in a room on the second floor. The next day, I found a lot of ants on the floor. I reported it to the hotel and they said they would deal with it. When I went back at night, I found more ants on the windowsill... Although I was given a new room, the room was smaller... And the mattress was uncomfortable and had a pit. I was sore all over after sleeping for two nights.

We got moved around rooms although we specifically asked for two twin rooms. They blamed their main booking centre. We had to sleep in different bedrooms and could t unpack properly. It was a nuisance. The restaurant staff wasn’t helpful and a bit rude too. Not happy. The lifts take forever but the restaurant food was fab.

Staff were friendly once you had their attention, but I did feel as though you had to fight to get their attention. We had two power cuts during our two night stay there (due to works outside the hotel). Rooms were nice and so was breakfast. Good location, too.

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon trip through Europe. It is a lovely hotel, with excellent service. Clean & tidy and it is within walking distance of the main parts of town.

The location of the hotel is great. The breakfast is a 2/5. The room is very tiny and very hot. Also the bathroom is quiet old. For around 80-90€ a night it’s maximum but definitely not more. I also would not recommend staying more then one night.

It was cold when we arrived but inside the hotel the temperature was ideal, the room was so pleasant that we didn't even need to turn on the heating but I believe that those who are cold would be very warm. The location is so bad. For those traveling many cities in Europe and just stopping by Genoa, I would not recommend here. It’s too far from city center or station and very inconvenient to reach. Hotel amenities are so limited considering the is Mercure. While this may not be this hotel problem, but workers in cafeteria are discriminating against Asians. It might be common in Europe.

We stayed five nights at this hotel in Imperia. The staff were very helpful, and the location was great for restaurants and shopping. Our room was comfortable and we slept very well there. We would recommend it.

What did happen was that we had a medical problem, with official proof, and they did not offer us any solution. We did not ask for a refund, but for new dates, and the answer was the same.
