Excellent helpful staff, great breakfast, good location for intercity hopping

Always stay here for business and it has been my 3rd time. Staff were nice and room was great. There’s not much restaurants nearby so need a car to go somewhere

A nice hotel with very professional and nice customer service! All the receptionists (especially Alessandro) were so helpful, smiling and welcoming. The breakfast was full of choices plus some Genoese flavours. Also the breakfast time were very nice, polite and kind! Greetings to Barbara and all other member of team.

The hotel is easily accessible from the highway, and there's a large supermarket downstairs, perfect for buying delicious Italian pastries if you didn't order breakfast. The surrounding area is average, though it's a residential area. Our room faced the back street, so it wasn't noisy. The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is chargeable.

The hotel is good rooms are but so big, ok view toward the city. Staff were very good and helpful especially Carlos he was so helpful and kind. Aminities were ok relatively not bad. There is a small supermarket downstairs, open until 10 o'clock, which is convenient for shopping. This is very good. The highway is very close, which causes the problem of vehicle noise at night. The hotel should provide free earplugs. But we can't ask them by Chinese standards, after all, their four-star rooms are at the level of home. I was for 3 night and i can tell thet it wasnt a good experience. I give 3 stars only for the location but for the other things i wasnt not happy. This was our second stay in Genoa; our first stay was at NH Marina. The hotel's location is very central and secure. We were lucky with parking and parked in the blue-striped section of the street directly opposite the entrance. We didn't trust leaving our keys in a nearby car park with the windows open. I liked the hotel; the location is excellent. Breakfasts were delicious, with a wide selection of everything, even fruit. It was very clean, and the staff was polite. It was very convenient for exploring and touring Genoa. Parking is available nearby.

This is a first-rate hotel with a fabulous breakfast. It is within walking distance for most locations of interest and near the train station and the Metro. Try to get a room on the second floor and toward the water end. The Customer Care personnel were a delight to work with -- especially Letizia Gianella.

Hotel is quite good. Location near port, but a bit far from city center. There is a bar, restaurant, small gym. Personnel is kind and helpful. Breakfast has enough gluten free options. Rooms are spacious. Considering price/quality is highly recommended.

A palace of faded elegance Fantastic. Clearly this the the most modern and luxurious hotel in San Remo about 50 years ago. since then it has been well maintained, but not really modernised much. The food was fab, the pool great and the pool side bar/restaurant top class. Really top class, but a bit old fashioned - which is fine if you don't want the latest guff.

Very nice hotel, excellent position in Sanremo, just 5 minutes walk from the city centre. Swimming pool very nice and clean. You pay 20 euro / daily for a sun bed, but the organization of the pool services (bar and service) justifies the price

Breakfast is great. Free and safe parking is a big plus. Did not miss living in the city area Genoa as the terrain is chaotic. Great place to to stay if you are driving.

Have stayed in this hotel 5-6 times in the last 10 years. Always love the staff service. The restaurant is also excellent for its attentive staff and lovely genovese food. Breakfast is also excellent. Although I hope an upgrade will come soon, the rooms are clean but tired.

Excellent hotel with very friendly reception and very clean rooms. It was cold when we arrived but inside the hotel the temperature was ideal, the room was so pleasant that we didn't even need to turn on the heating but I believe that those who are cold would be very warm. We really liked it and would definitely stay there again 👍

The location is so bad. For those traveling many cities in Europe and just stopping by Genoa, I would not recommend here. It’s too far from city center or station and very inconvenient to reach. Hotel amenities are so limited considering the is Mercure. While this may not be this hotel problem, but workers in cafeteria are discriminating against Asians. It might be common in Europe.

A bit of the walk from the train station, if you have an early flight I would suggest taking a taxi but if your flight is during the day and you have time definitely not a bad walk to the airport maybe 15/20 min walk. The hotel is in a good location near the airport. Ideal for early flights. It has a comfortable large bed, air conditioning, and a clean bathroom. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, which is convenient if you have several suitcases.

The hotel is close to the airport but a bit far from Genoa city center. The only downside was the bland dinner. I ordered a Caesar salad, but the chicken was dry, and my partner had the vegetable soup, but it had no flavor at all.

But the hotel help me worked with the US embassy and the local police to find two of the three bags stolen. Nice 4-star hotel at the town centre. Large carpark nearby at EUR18 for 24-hour. If you only park from 8pm - 8am, you can park just outside the hotel (free) or at the car park at EUR0.5 per hour. It is a 20 min walk from the train station. Breakfast was good.

We got moved around rooms although we specifically asked for two twin rooms. They blamed their main booking centre. We had to sleep in different bedrooms and could t unpack properly. It was a nuisance. The restaurant staff wasn’t helpful and a bit rude too. Not happy. The lifts take forever but the restaurant food was fab.

Staff were friendly once you had their attention, but I did feel as though you had to fight to get their attention. We had two power cuts during our two night stay there (due to works outside the hotel). Rooms were nice and so was breakfast. Good location, too.

Stay was standard and as expected. Large room and large bathroom.  Staff were very helpful however, we requested for a higher floor and with sea view which they accommodated they also accommodated and prepared a breakfast box as we were due to checkout very early before the service started.

Best Western Regina Elena is an average hotel with decent service. Nothing particularly bad, but nothing outstanding either. Parking was a bit pricey, and while the room was okay overall, the bathroom was quite small. I had an excellent stay here. The rooms were spacious, clean, and truly comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. What really sets this place apart is its location — it’s right next to a mall with plenty of restaurants, making meals and shopping incredibly convenient. This hotel is incredibly convenient for anyone departing on a cruise from Savona, just a three-minute walk from the Costa cruise terminal. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. Stayed one night on my way to Lucca. Great location in the harbour area, a 15–20 min. walk from the station. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby, and the castle is close by. The room was great and quiet, and the staff were very service-minded. I got an early check-in, and my dog even got a toy and his own bed! Left early, so I didn't try the breakfast.

I've stayed in many hotels in Italy, but the Astoria is hands-down the best! The rooms are well-organized, fully equipped, and clean. Very average. The air conditioning was faulty, there was no free parking, and most importantly, breakfast was in the basement, with a strong sewer smell in the hallway. I almost threw up.

Located just a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Central Station, it's a great spot for exploring the Cinque Terre. There are only about 5 parking spaces in front of the hotel, and reservations are required. Alternatively, you can park in the nearby train station parking lot for about €25 per day. The rooms are a bit small.

This hotel was in a great location, everything was very nice, clean, staff was attentive and professional. The breakfast was amazing. I’m so glad I opted in for it. The options were tasty, fresh, and there were many healthy options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
