Great! Easy to find, super clean and quiet, great breakfast, and great gym!!!
Poor pillows. No water. No coffee cartels or boilers.
The gentleman at the front desk had to move me three times to get a room with a working air conditioner during the June heat wave across Europe. This meant managing three luggage on my own. Then, a plumber had to called to fix the non-working toilet. Finally, the dinner (Caesar’s Salad) at the restaurant was sadly unlike ANY such salad I’ve eaten in my 71 years.YUCK! The large window was broken and...
Location next to the airport is excellent and only a short 5 minute walk. Unfortunately the airport is about 25 mins by car from the old town of Genoa. This is perfect for a business traveller but would not work for a tourist. Hotel is older, but clean and staff are friendly. Overall, not a bad place to stay depending on the circumstances of what you want to do on Genoa.
Love area, friend staff and this picture I took close to the hotel
Can walk to the airport for morning flights. 5mins away.

A wonderful, classy, clean hotel, and beautiful modern furniture that makes you feel a mixture of joy and life. The service is very good. Except the cushion it was un comfortable for me ..other than that People were nice in dealing and wonderful. The WiFi was perfect ✨👌🏻This was my second experience with the hotel and its location is very special to access restaurants, cafes and places for children...
Hotel located in a strategic position, beside the aquarium, good for business and leisure, private parking available inside and outside. Availability of some tables outside good to take aperitif but also breakfast or dinner, with view directly on the marina. Room are spacious, some improvement can be done like more water pressure for the shower and mixer of hot and cold water. Cleaning also can be...
We stayed for several nights and found this hotel to be an excellent choice. The position was really central and views from our room and the bar/restaurant were amazing. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful and we were impressed by how the architect had maintained the brief of following the tradition of the site. The glass lights/ornaments on display were superb and leaving the...
Great location, Lovely aperitivo, very cosy, food was amazing! Highly recommended
The hotel location is really good good. It's a waterfront, and it's surrounded by beautiful places such as a pirate ship, which is built on the 20th century to make movies (I called it colombos ship) As well with a good restaurants, aquarium, and many things The room that we booked was big with a big terrace and great views to marina . The staff are friendly and helpful. Genova is not that big, so...
Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend! We reserved a premium room which was a bit larger. The hotel is clean, bright and spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is on the waterfront with great views, next door to the Aquarium and a short walk to waterfront shops and restaurants. Genoa is not too big, so we easily walked to other common tourist areas as well as the train...

The NH Hotel was amazing. Very clean, everything seems to be new. Hotel is also close to city center. Service was excellent. It was my weekend birthday trip and I got surprise in my room - sparkling wine and snacks. I recommend this hotel!
Great hotel with good breakfasts. Location is not bad)
Nice hotel, not bad choice, near the parking garage, and nice place
Good location and nice place to stay
My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon trip through Europe. It is a lovely hotel, with excellent service. Clean & tidy and it is within walking distance of the main parts of town.
The location of the hotel is great. The breakfast is a 2/5. The room is very tiny and very hot. Also the bathroom is quiet old. For around 80-90€ a night it’s maximum but definitely not more. I also would not recommend staying more then one night.

Friendly staff, secured parking on lot, bit outside centre but easily accessible, shower too small. Go to restaurant Elisir.
Lovely stylish hotel with parking facilities and close to the beach ⛱
Single beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent. There were dogs often barking loudly outside our room. But overall, nice hotel and good service.
Excellent clean rooms with beautiful bathrooms. Excellent service and small parking lot, so you must leave your keys with them in case they have to move your car. The balconies are wonderful. We didn't try the breakfast. You even have oranges growing outside your window! The ceilings are paper-thin, however, and you will hear pretty much everything that's going on upstairs. Nice place to stay in Alassio Nice old 4 star hotel with quite central location. Practically on the beach - and with spa. As for most of the hotels in central Alassio, parking might be a challenge in the high season. ÷ on comfort since airco is date driven - not temperature. Good breakfast.
Traditional hotel.. just a couple of mins walk into main area of Alassio. Second stay and we’ll definitely be back again.
Katia at the front desk was great! My minimal use of Italian was fine because she spoke excellent English to explain check-in and the hotel's services. The room was well appointed and balcony overlooking the beach perfect! Hotel seemed to cater to older folks and repeat guests which was fine because we wanted a quiet spot and this was the place. Great location and walking distance to everything...
I have been staying here for the last 10 plus years. All the staff are new this year. They are trying their best at reception but they don’t really know what they are doing yet. I love this hotel. Sad to see all the old staff have gone especially the GM. Breakfast is good. The menu in the restaurant has gone up to €40 which l find outrageously expensive for what you get. The rooms are lovely. There is a small supermarket downstairs, open until 10 o'clock, which is convenient for shopping. This is very good. The highway is very close, which causes the problem of vehicle noise at night. The hotel should provide free earplugs. But we can't ask them by Chinese standards, after all, their four-star rooms are at the level of home. Fortunately, there are free parking spaces around, just uphill...
Stayed here while wife medically treated for severe trauma from a hiking fall …. Hotel met Marriott standards; all staff were exceptional with their compassion, assistance, and ability to navigate language challenges; in one word: superlative!
Nobody in the hotel was on the same page. You get different information and prices every time you ask. I got charged 3 different amounts for breakfast 3 different days. Free coffee in the lobby, but then bartender tries to ask for money 🤦🏻 not the biggest of deals, but it looks completely untrained and disorganized The business area was closed for a private event, even the lobby restroom, so it was...
Location is good, just a short distance from E80. We parked our car and used the local bus to go into town which was not only cost-effective but a big help with not having to drive in maze. You can park on the street for free or it’s $16/day. Fredericka was very helpful at check in & Alessandro assisted with points of interest which we enjoyed. The breakfast is very nice, thanks for a great stay.
Overall a pretty good stay. Parking at the hotel is €40 per day which seemed expensive compared to other hotels in Italy. Location is outside of the city center, which is a pro and con. Fewer restaurants but also fewer crowds. Has access to nice beaches.
Location of hotel was good from the perspective of access from major highways. Was a bit of a walk to get to the beach or "city center". As a Platinum Bonvoy member, I was surprised that AC does not offer free breakfast. Breakfast cost was 16 Euros and they provided a $10 voucher for food. Nice breakfast and staff Nice and helpful receptionists. Excellent breakfast with a broad selection. Also very friendly staff working there. Fantastic location in the central part of the city. Clean room. On the downside the hotel feels dated in its interior. It could need some new flowers in the reception, coloring, carpets and furniture.
We stayed five nights at this hotel in Imperia. The staff were very helpful, and the location was great for restaurants and shopping. Our room was comfortable and we slept very well there. We would recommend it.
Hotel had lots of mosquitoes. Hotel was aware but did little to help
A very pleasant welcome from the reception staff who were very helpful. Our room was a junior suite which was large and had nice areas although a little strange in shape due to the angles of the building. This is a beautiful palazzo in the very heart of the city. Furthermore it has been decorated with a very tasteful modern touch. It’s gorgeous! 10/10. Professional, attentive staff. Well-designed, modern, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The library room is an absolute gem. Beautiful terrace on the roof. Would stay again.
The hotel was lovely, a fresh respite in a crowded, difficult to navigate old city. The front desk folks were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was complete and yummy. Nice experience overall at this property. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The location might be a bit far from the la spezia central station but the bus connectivity is pretty good and the walk in the downtown is pretty close by.
We had a beautiful view from our room and even better view from the rooftop bar. It couldn’t have been a more convenient location for walking to shops and restaurants. Excellent location, very clean. Helpful staff
The hotel is pretty good, old style, the location is also very good, opposite the train station, but not noisy, next to the commercial pedestrian street, 10 minutes walk to the famous square, only one thing, if you drive, don't stay here, the hotel parking space is limited, the parking lot opposite is the only pitfall of this trip to the Mediterranean coast, and several hotel service staff do not understand
The hotel is an old style but good hotel. Clean and staff kind. High value
Checked in early - that's a big plus. It's a minute's walk from the train station. There's a supermarket right downstairs. The downside is the small bed in the room. It was uncomfortable to sleep. And the hotel was undergoing renovation. There were drilling sounds from 7am. That's awful.
