The gentleman at the front desk had to move me three times to get a room with a working air conditioner during the June heat wave across Europe. This meant managing three luggage on my own. Location next to the airport is excellent and only a short 5 minute walk. Unfortunately the airport is about 25 mins by car from the old town of Genoa. This is perfect for a business traveller but would not work for a tourist. Hotel is older, but clean and staff are friendly. Overall, not a bad place to stay depending on the circumstances of what you want to do on Genoa.

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon trip through Europe. It is a lovely hotel, with excellent service. Clean & tidy and it is within walking distance of the main parts of town.

The location of the hotel is great. The breakfast is a 2/5. The room is very tiny and very hot. Also the bathroom is quiet old. For around 80-90€ a night it’s maximum but definitely not more. I also would not recommend staying more then one night.

I have been staying here for the last 10 plus years. All the staff are new this year. They are trying their best at reception but they don’t really know what they are doing yet. I love this hotel. Location is good, just a short distance from E80. We parked our car and used the local bus to go into town which was not only cost-effective but a big help with not having to drive in maze. Fantastic staff, location, hotel. We had a lengthy stay here following my husband having a heart attack and subsequent treatment in La Spezia hospital. The staff were incredibly helpful to me and my son, then my husband once discharged from hospital. The location was ideal for us having to get daily meals. This hotel is all about location. It is extremely centrally located, but does not have a parking. The town has a large parking a few minutes away, but this mean you have to carry your luggage from the parking to the hotel and vice versa, that is not very convenient. Otherwise it is okay and fair value for money. We would probably come again if in La Spezia.
