Excellent host and location to La Spezia Centrale

Not so far from the train station. The walking path from the station may not be so nice but the apartment itself is clean, new and comfortable. The host is very quick to respond you

The toilet is clean and equipped with all necessary facilities (even better than Mercure Bologna I just experienced - no shower cap!). The host also prepared some snack and drink in the room

The guesthouse is close to the station and to the city center. The owner is nice and well-organised: we could do the check-out on our own. The place is clean and modern.

What I DID like is that the guy came to greet us at 9. 30pm to give us the door code and charge us the tourist tax. He also took a photo of our documentation. The hotel is right in the centre, which is an advantage

What I did NOT like is that until you have made the reservation it does not say anywhere that if you are going to arrive later than 9pm you have to call the accommodation

The worst thing is the parking in the area, it is practically necessary to use a car park even at night, outside of regulated parking hours

Strategic location across from the Ariston Theatre. The room was basic, with a closet with no doors and a bathroom with no window. We found some hair in the sink, but otherwise the room was clean

We didn't have a view of the Ariston Theatre, but rather of a small street. Under the window was a roof full of debris, cigarettes, cans, and abandoned, dirty clothes

The access code is convenient, and they answer the phone 24/7 for any questions. The doors are always open, so anyone can access the hallway, including the rooms

It was very clean and in a great location right in the center of Genova. But no air condition

Location, comfort and great value for money paid! The guest house is in the middle of everything one would love to see in Genoa, but still with a serene ambiance

Booked a single room but was very weird since i found 3 beds in there and the bathroom is outside the room, i guess a common one, did not expect, but otherwise, helpful staff, convenient location

Very spacious rooms, very clean, old building with high ceiling and had a lift. Feels like good energy in this place, had a good night of sleep. But the bathroom is not in the room, it is shared.

They are taking care of everything. Mosquitoes repellent, soap, shampoo, clean and soft towels. They even gave me slippers, because I haven't had one. The toilets are always available and shiny

We booked with Pietro last minute as we were so in love with Genova we decided to stay an extra night. The place is a central location, close to amazing restaurants, shops and attractions

We chose this apartment hotel for the location and we are more than delighted, the public car park is only a 5-minute walk away! Everything was simple, access to the room without keys but with a secret code is a great idea

Hotel in a side street in the city center. Checking in is somewhat complicated, but the host is always in touch and helped solve problems with getting into the room :) (which were associated with my carelessness)

The location couldn't be better, it's perfect! The apartment is decent, it's just a shame the windows aren't well insulated (noise and cold). The staff were very helpful and friendly. We'll be back!

The room was remarkably clean! only the curtains to be reviewed to prevent sunlight, otherwise the air conditioning, tv, wifi everything works perfectly

The room is warm, everything works, the internet is fast. The only negative is there is no kettle

all good and in the center but before we check out have someone working there open the door with out knocking or anything and when she saw that we not finished yet and she say like 20-30 minutes left but we know what we do and we check out on time

Safe area with lots of local shops. Rooms are very spacious and clean. There is a nice balcony to chill like an italian. They provide basic toilet amenities and even 2 bottles of water

Couples will love it or if you have a special family event for large families you could probably rent most of the rooms and will feel like your own private villa

The hosts Romolo and Mirella could not have done more for you. Very attentive and caring hosts who always checked in that everything was ok

Hosts were great. Breakfast was delicious and never ending!! Only negative thing was that the room smelled like cigarette smoke.

The room we stayed in was nice and clean. We had a separate house that we stayed in so the main area was next door with grass and pool. Parking space was limited and was free for all in the road so first come first serve

Stayed here for two nights whilst traveling Italy, this place is absolutely fantastic, rooms are very modern very clean and the aircon is excellent, smart tv also n room and the pool area is absolutely amazing, owners are very nice people who are very helpful with anything that’s needed, small carpark across the street and there’s on street parking outside also, very nice property in general with stunning...

Accomodation secure and for a fee you can park your car inside the electric gates. There are also free parking spaces close by if needed. Dreams is just an hours drive from Pisa airport and the route is easy to follow…

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the train station. Parking is available nearby upon request and is secure. Teresa's hospitality was outstanding, although we would have liked to see her in person to thank her

The stairs is little bit high but this is Italy it is normal and you need some after the dinner. The host is a friendly young man who has some extra suggest for the restaurants or parking areas

It's a typical italian flat top of the house. The flat is simple and clean it is in a good part of the old town close to a few restaurants and bars

The facility is extremely well situated, very good value for the money and Francesco, the host is very friendly. I definitely recommend.
