Wonderful environment and food! Has a wide variety of options and friendly for a large variety of dietary restrictions. Would highly recommend trying the Farinata appetizer (with the pesto/onion/cheese)

Enormous waiting times to receive a menu (30 min) and then to order a dessert (no one coming by in 30 minutes more), which caused me to give up and not take a dessert anymore

Very good experiences with friendliness and celiac-friendly dishes. Food is excellent for the price. Service was very good the first two days, but the third day was subpar

Staff does their best, but is clearly understaffed on busy moments. This is something other reviews are saying as well, so the owner should take it to heart

It is a very short walk away from the harbour and the rooms had a very nice modern touch to it! Highly recommend this place if you are staying in La Spezia

Very cool "hotel", looks like an old apartment that was modified to have seperate rooms. You'll have to park in a lot a 5/10 minute walk away and the actual hotel is a bit hard to find

The Guesthouse is great The decor is lovely and the staff is friendly. It's very close to the city center and easy to get around. I feel very safe and comfortable here.

My room was cancelled at the day i reserved, so I needed to find somewhere else in a sudden. I leave this comment just to raise the issue, doesn't mean to disparage the hotel

Excellent host and location to La Spezia Centrale

The guesthouse is close to the station and to the city center. The owner is nice and well-organised: we could do the check-out on our own. The place is clean and modern.

some minor problems in the bathroom(can easily be fixed) (toilet lid, wash basin tap , shower hose). free coffee and tea in the room, fridge

Excellent location for parking the car (garage on site if available with extra cost) and touring the 5 Terre on foot/train (8 min from the station). Quiet neighborhood despite the proximity to the station

We stayed in Montrosso two nights and are here both nights. Enjoy the wait staff and enjoy the house wine. First night we had the seabass. Excellent! Second night pizza and salad. Divine!! You will not regret it!

Pizzas were fantastic! Our group had the crudo, piccantini, and the quattro stagioni. We also had the house white and red which was decent

This was a nice little restaurant. The food was delicious and so was the house wine! The service was a little slow but they did only have 2 waiters with a fully booked place, so I cant complain

From the moment we booked, Marco was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He even met us out front when we arrived, and went above and beyond to help us get oriented, including pointing out all the best local food spots

We stayed here for our honeymoon and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is fantastic just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around Cinque Terre so easy

The view from our room was a 10/10 breathtaking and unforgettable. The room itself was spotlessly clean and offered amazing value for the price. We honestly wished we could have stayed longer

Great location as a guest house and a true local experience. Good for serving as a home-base for those travelling around the cinque terre.

The room is not very big but can spread out two 28-inch suitcases; the air conditioning in the room is very powerful; there is an automatic towel drying rack; the curtains in the room have average light-blocking properties; Other advantages: The hotel will provide parking information in the surrounding area (we parked in one of the free parking spaces); the hotel's location is really good, everything...

Walk to city center and port is also easy and around 15mins only. Because of the good location, we didn’t have to spend on Transportation! Nearby there are many shops to get water, there is also a Carrefour 300m away

Stayed 1 night in this hotel only because it was fully booked! ): Location wise - excellent. Walking distance from La Spezia train station, only 8 min walk

Rebecca, the manager, was so sweet and helpful. Even though she gave us excellent directions to the hotel we got lost. She met us at the train station and helped with our bags

She even gave us a partial refund to help reduce the cost on the replacement. she did not have to do all this and was very kind and helpful

Three wonderful nights at Sol Levante We had a comfortable room with a patio overlooking the sea. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful

Rebecca the host is amazing, so helpful organising our permit to park our car as it’s not easy and meeting us to direct us to our car park then to the accomodation giving us the tips on Cinque Terre with train info on ,boat tours and favourite restaurants

I did not actually see her u it. because I made a mistake and booked for 2 people instead of 4. The room she had was too small. with in minutes she found us a room that could accommodate 4 people with a different host

Amazing location, just in front of the elevator from the train station, beautiful view, very friendly and attentive host who booked a table for us for dinner in the best restaurants in town

Cons: very hot, no air conditioning, only a fan; small common area; the hotel is very old; strange manager - always yelling; but what was the cherry on the cake: when we came to get our bags, he said that we should leave the hotel immediately, because we were breaking the safety rules and disturbing other guests, we were creating a threat to them

The perfect city center location. Clean, comfortable, spacious accommodations in the heart of Genova with a host that cares about you and saving the environment! I stayed for two weeks and loved every second

The stairs is little bit high but this is Italy it is normal and you need some after the dinner. The host is a friendly young man who has some extra suggest for the restaurants or parking areas

It's a typical italian flat top of the house. The flat is simple and clean it is in a good part of the old town close to a few restaurants and bars

The facility is extremely well situated, very good value for the money and Francesco, the host is very friendly. I definitely recommend.

Structure a stone's throw from the center and the Genoa aquarium, the owner is very kind and super helpful for anything. We will definitely be back, thanks for everything
