Apartments in Liguria

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was very nice

The beach by the hotel is beautiful. There may be stones on the beach but it is all sand once you’re in. Breakfast had a big selection with hot food and lots of cakes/pastries. The sea-view room was more of a harbour view but we didn’t mind. The bed was very comfortable with perfect pillow. This is very important to me. One receptionist with a military-like attitude wanted us to leave the beach by...

As a family of four, we stayed here in the first week of September. The location was nice, and the cleanliness of the room was great. We didn’t have any meals at the restaurant and didn’t use the beach. Instead we went to nearby beaches (there are plenty of sandy beaches all around) and we cooked for ourselves in the room, there was enough kitchen metarial. Overall it was a pleasant stay with great...

This is a clean and tidy hotel. Free parking is especially appreciated. Staff are very welcoming.

Great experience First time living in this hotel , we love it. Hotel staffs so friendly we feeling like at home Very great location close the harbor, we will be bk .

Great hotel, great Marina location, enjoy your time here and the pizza shop down the road.

This hotel is not as bad as the other reviews suggest. If you have the right expectations, this hotel does the job. I was there with my family for a vacation this past summer. We were taking a cruise from Genoa. We were looking for a hotel near the train station so we could do a self guided excursion to Cinque Terre and Pisa. We needed a hotel near the train station and of the two train stations in...

Our stay at Starhotels President was a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. The hotel’s modern design and spacious, well-kept rooms made it a relaxing retreat after exploring Genoa. Beds were comfortable, rooms spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere calm and welcoming. The location is excellent — just steps from transport links and within easy reach of the city’s attractions. The staff were...

The main advantage of this hotel is its location — just steps away from the train station and within easy walking distance of the city’s main attractions and the waterfront. Built in the 1960s–70s using the modern technologies and quality materials of that era, the hotel has largely retained its original style and atmosphere. The rooms could definitely use some renovation. In my case, the air conditioner...

It's OK. There are many nice hotels in Genoa.

Great Hotel. I always come back willingly.

This hotel is excellent close to 5 stars standard. I am actually surprised it's 4 stars. It has a perfect spot next Genova Brignole which gives you good travel options by trains and buses

Staff was helpful and Friendly!

The room is great and also the location. There is no lobby so one has to check in at the other Miramare hotel - we did not know that but its close by so no problem. There is a kitchenette but no utensils, so utterly useless really.

Best location, the rooms are amazing big with living area , modern super nice

Very nice apartment with absolutely perfect location. Clean, neat, very comfortable bed and fresh toilet and shower area. New towels every day, also refilling water in the fridge every day, can really be recommended.

it was amazing, nice design , clean

Fantastic! If you get the opportunity to stay in this place, grab it. Helpful and very friendly staff, gorgeous place. We stayed in the suites, and had a beautiful view of the Bay of Silence. The property has its exclusive private beach on the other side of the peninsula. Also beautiful. Excellent breakfast, fun bar. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel was very nice. i sleeped very good there. the personal was frindley. for me it was hotel i the best of thre from all the hotels taht i where

I spent 8 wonderful days at this hotel. I liked everything, the room, very clean, spacious, impeccable cleanliness in the bathroom and in the room, a pleasant, fresh smell. I had a view of the garden and the sea, superb. The food was very good, fresh, with everything you could want. The garden was gorgeous, full of special plants, of all kinds. The staff was very kind, polite and pleasant. The road...

Nice 4 star hotel with the charme of the 70ties. Sure it needs some little things to repair, but generally it offers nice and clean rooms, also a very nice and clean swimming pool (surrounded by palm trees), private car parking and absolutely stunning view. The best part: It's not expensive at all. Room rates are very fair and parking was included. I defenitifely recommend this hotel, specially if...

Refresh needed Comfortable but definitely in need of a refresh, suggest its living on past glories

Not bad, but the hotel is very old and in need of renovation. Cleanliness is very good, but I wouldn't recommend the ground floor rooms in the building with the pool, as they lack privacy.

This is not the first time we have stayed here. When travelling it is located quite near the motorway to make it really convenient although the roads to and from the hotel are small and a little awkward for a larger vehicle. The hotel and staff make the roads worthwhile though. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is wonderful. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean as are the...

Not sure if Ricardo is part owner or just works there, but he made the trip to La Spezia worth it. He was very attentive and nice to talk to, plus gave a lot of great tips of places to eat and visit during our stay. Thank you Ricardo for making the trip special, we'll come back for sure and stay again.

Great place to stay if you can't find something in Cinque Terre. Very convenient location, a few blocks from the train station, and the main street. Riccardo is super friendly, available in person and on Whatsapp during our stay. Room is modern, well kept, clean. The elevator is new, so good if you have large suitcases because it's up a few floors. I think he has 3 rooms, we were in room 3. There...

This place is perfect for your trip to cinque Terre. It's close to everything (restaurants, train station etc). Riccardo is the nicest person, very helpful und polite. The map he gave us was very helpful and also the train plan. He explained everything very good. He showed us where to park and helped with our luggage. The room was very clean and no noise 🙂 if I ever come back to la spezia, this is...

Riccardo was a friendly, gentle and very sweet man who made our stay special. Our room was fabulous although it was one of 4 in a pretty derelict looking building

This is the place you want to stay in La Spezia. Close to the train station and city center. Ideal to go for a day in Cinque Terre. The host Riccardo is also a really nicr guy giving you some helpful tips.

A place discovered almost by chance, it is a beautiful residence on the green Ligurian hills not far from the sea (with parking). From here you can take a thousand walks and discover wonderful places. The air is clean and water can be’ drunk from the tap which is an extremely rare thing. The residence is spotless both inside and out, I have rarely seen a place like this’ clean. The owner is a person...

Great place to stay in Pietra Ligure. The apartments are well equipped, spacious and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and the views from our balcony were great. The owner was super helpful and maintained excellent communication during (and before) our stay. Would strongly recommend.

We spent very nice holidays in the Residence Oleandro. Mariangela is a lovely host. She always looked after us. The clean and well equipped apartment with balcony was quiet und we had ocean view from the bath room. A supermarket is in walking distance. Highly recommended 👍

Nice place, friendly people and good breakfast. Coming in the right season you may enjoy the smell of jasmine on the balcony.

We had a wonderful family holiday here; the apartment was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and a simple but well equipped kitchen area. Our balcony was large with plenty of room to eat outdoors and a lovely view stretching up the hill and to the mountains beyond. The swimming pools are a real bonus; one is small but very relaxing- the other is a good size for families to swim...

Very nice residence, beautiful clean rooms with everything you need. Amazing sea view from the balcony. Close to the sea and city center, but a little bit difficult to reach it for older people without car. Very nice a kind Mariangela and her husband. Thank you one more time for everything ♥

Stayed two nights on a business trip. The hotel is situated in the heart of the old medieval city and is a converted former palazzo. This means that it’s not possible to arrive at the hotel by car and you must walk a good distance from the nearest parking lot via narrow cobblestone streets in order to get to the hotel. Arriving late evening also meant navigating past some sinister characters hanging...

Our first contact with the hotel right before checking in was problematic. While we were lost in our walk toward the hotel pulling our suitcases on the cobblestone area surrounding the hotel, we called the hotel and asked them for help. However the man on the line after hearing us being lost, to our surprise hung up the phone!! We were assisted by passers-by to guide us to the Piazza della vigne. ...

Not the most amazing experience here. The air conditioning was not working properly during our stay and we were met with condensation from the staff. They did fix the AC our second day. They rely on WhatsApp to communicate with you during your stay and expect you to respond quickly. Overall, the room was fine. It was the staff who left us not feeling welcome or wanting to return.

The hotel is clean and quiet as described. The first night the AC was not working properly and our room was quite hot in the middle of summer. The next morning we talked with the staff who were condescending and explained that because the rooms have tall ceilings and because the building is old, the rooms only cool down so much. They did send someone to fix it which made a difference. They use WhatsApp...

Loved staying at Le Nuvole, great position, beautiful historic building. The only negative note is the a/c which was very loud and just had to keep it on all night because of the heat wave.

A well refurbished property close to public transport. Well appointed rooms and some amenities provided.

We will definitely be back, great location, only downside is the paid parking which is often unavailable!

Beautiful place, very kind owners, we stayed 2 days in this property and we had a very good time, clean and convenient to reach the center, during this period breakfast was not served due to renovations, but nearby there is an excellent ice cream bar for a stratospheric breakfast.

It was lovely to be greeted by the owner of this property, who was welcoming and extremely kind in advising us on transportation, places of interest, and good places to eat. The property offers clean and well-equipped rooms and more. We highly recommend it.

We booked 2 rooms: one for my parents and the other for myself. While mine didn't have much issues, the bin in my parents' room was not cleared and there were strands of hair on some of the towels. The AC in their room also wouldn't turn on, luckily it was a cool night so they didn't have to use it. What we both encountered was that the water pressure would become very low during peak times, making...

Stay was okay. Sheets were very thin for it being a cold time of year during my visit. No blankets were available. I also got stuck at the elevator when I was checking out because another person left the elevator for open (the old school kind where there’s is a door to open in order to enter or exit the elevator). On the good side, check in and out were easy and simple. The fixings and decor were...

The hotel is an apartment-style hotel located in a residential building, a relatively historic building with an Italian style. I felt it offered a more unique and authentic experience than modern hotels. The location is excellent; there are shops and restaurants downstairs, and it's a short walk to the beach (the aquarium is just a short walk away, and a little further on is the Italian boutique hotel...

Excellent location, a 5-minute walk from the train station. The check-in counter is 50 meters from the hotel entrance. The rooms are clean and spacious. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

The room, cleanliness, and breakfast were excellent.

Good location, close to the train station. Late checking-in will incur an additional fee for check-ins after 10 PM.

I was unsure walking up to the building about how "hotel-like" it would be but the building is so charming and the hotel staff was very responsive via WhatsApp. We enjoyed that there was a contintental breakfast every morning and felt like we were in a hotel but then had some of the experience of being a local when you walked out the door.

Great place Nice clean spacious room. Host was very accommodating for early check in/bag storage.

Very Good Very good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms. The shower was slow to drain and the bed was more firm than we prefer but would stay here again. Overall a very good stay..

Beautiful apartment, clean with comfortable beds. Small but usable kitchen. Large and modern bathroom with huge shower. Only issue was a slow drain in shower that caused a little flooding. Very helpful and polite front desk person. Would definitely say there again.

Good location and staff was very helpful.

Beautiful property, historical building yet the actual apartment is a combination on modern& authentic Italian apartment. Great service.

What a lovely place tho hotel is! Arriving on opening day, I was this season’s first visitor in the beautiful balcony suite. The views in the evening as the sun set were special. The suite was beautifully decorated and immaculate and I enjoyed the choices for breakfast, particularly the range of fruit on offer. The location is good for access to Cinque Terre and Portofino and it is right on the...

We stayed at the hotel in early August. The hotel is conveniently located on the first line and has its own beach. The staff is incredibly friendly and customer-oriented. We highly appreciated the work of Marino, Giovanna and Elisa. They are very welcoming and always ready to provide useful information. We liked the general atmosphere of the hotel and we definitely recommend it to families with children

Great location, right on the beach and in the center of Sestri Levante. Initially a theater, the building was converted in a 18 bedroom hotel. Very calm! Clean. Staff is super helpful. Parking is off site but don't use your car if your plan is to do Cinque Terre or Portofino. Both can / should be accessed by train or boat. Access to the beach through your booking. Totally recommended it. Our family...

Pretty sure this is the #1 hotel in Sestri. The sea view from our room was absolutely unbeatable waking up to that view felt magical. The rooms are beautifully unique, full of character, and every detail feels special. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel right at home. I loved every single moment of our stay.

We spent 5 days at the hotel Nettuno. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal, staff very friendly and helpful, nice breakfast selection, comfortable rooms and beautiful calm beach. We used the train or boat to travel up and down the coast. We highly recommend this hotel.

Charming ocean-front hotel in the heart of Sestri levante. We had a great time here. The private beach access was excellent, and the property is walkable to everything in town.

Sadly a very mixed experience. Positives: modern, contemporary, spacious, clean. The location is an easy walk to places to eat, shopping, some historical features. Washing machine meant we could wash clothes while travelling, always a bonus. Humidifier helps keep the air a little fresher as it is a little dark. Very safe and secure with private entry and heavily locked doors. Stayed four nights in...

If you are an experienced traveler and like quiet then this is the perfect place for you. It is an aparthotel in the heart of Genoa's historic center located on a peaceful side street, but within very easy walking distance of nearly every important sight, and great shopping. The studio I stayed in was well equipped and very comfortable. Be advised that there is no service desk, so you'd need to get...

Beautiful apartment in the historic district of Genoa. Modern accommodations, very well maintained and clean. Location is about a 15 minute walk from most of the major attractions in Genoa. Please note the apartment is located in the pedestrian portion of the city and is not accessible by car. Covered parking is available at Porto Antico which is about a 10 minute walk away from the apartment....

Large, clean, modern apartment, great location. Well appointed, shutters and double glazed windows make it very quite but right in the historical centre. 2 mins walk from metro. Daily maid service. Fantastic place to stay and bed was comfortable. Only missing a toaster to make it complete.

I do not usually leave reviews for hotels, but I am compelled to say that my wife Jette and I have enjoyed ourselves immensely at Residence Kriss, run by Franco and Cristina. The hotel is Ideally located in Deiva Marina close to the sea. The rooms are very well appointed and maintained, with cooking facilities and balconies. Our room faced the ocean and is very bright and airy. We found Franco, Cristina...

The service was very good. I was there because my

Wonderful hotel, the little town is beautiful and peaceful. The beach is less than 5 minutes away. The hotel terrace is cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day visiting cinque terre. The rooms are clean and spacious as well as the balcony. The service is great, they are very helpful (and they speak french). We would gladly go back.

Amazing owners, always smiling and kind to help with anything. We went to the area to visit the Cinque Terre and the location was perfect, 5 minutes from the train station. Don't waste time looking for how to get to Portofino or Cinque Terre, Cristina will tell you everything you need to know

Me and my wife had a verry nice stay at Hotel Kriss, already for de second time, the staff is verry profesional and de room ar clean and kept clean every week. We had a balcony and could see the sea from there, there is airco and that is nice allso. The beach was nearby and easy to walk to and there was a bed and umbrelle aswell. The name of the Bagni was Arcobaleno, a verry nice place to get caf...

Good place to stay ... it's quiet, close to the beach and easy access to the Cinque Terre.

Good hotel for 3 stars unfortunately next to a train station but you can't hear the trains at night. Rooms are good size and comfortable bed. The breakfast is ordinary but very nice. The staff at reception at breakfast and housekeeping are very nice. I recommend staying here if visiting varraze.

We spent three wonderful nights in Varazze at the Hotel Residence Coccodrillo, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The hotel’s cozy atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, and charming surroundings made it the perfect place to relax. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast before setting off...

The staff was amazing - they accepted us late in the evening. Despite the language barrier in some occasions - the staff made us feel like home. It felt like they were waiting for a relative to arrive. Although the parking is not on the premise of the hotel, it is close by and very secure. The man who accepted us was like our distant uncle who does not understand a word we say but made sure we parked...

Beautiful location, swimming pool and restaurant open area for a relaxing staying

Such nice and cute hotel, the balcony view is wonderful with the pool and small garden. Breakfast was good, gluten free options and vegan milk options were no problem. The rooms are pretty and cosy. The beach is very near (5 min walk). Nice place also for the kids (pool has a lifeguard).

Nice apartments, nothing of to much quality, but good to stay in for work visits nearby or etc..

We stayed at this residence for the second time in July. I can confirm the positive features I'd already noted last year: the very convenient location near the town center and the seafront, the impeccable cleanliness, the functionality of the apartment, though small, with closets and shelves for storage, the very comfortable sofa bed, and two balconies useful for hanging out laundry. Compared to last...

I returned to this property after many years of not being there for personal reasons. My experience, which has always been positive, has improved even further since this last visit. The apartments have been partially renovated, are spotless, and equipped with everything you need. The location is quiet in the center of Loano and convenient to the beach. Mrs. Maria's management is always impeccable.

Beautiful building, very nice and well-furnished apartments with two comfortable terraces, well-stocked with kitchen utensils, bathroom and kitchen linens. Elevator and solarium. We spent a relaxing week. We had a great time despite the nearby railway, but we love trains, so we weren't disturbed. The lady at reception is very kind and helpful. We went in February, and with the seaside climate and the...

Excellent residence just steps from the sea. The well-designed and comfortable apartments include a kitchenette, a small living room, a nice bedroom, and a bathroom with a small storage closet. Very clean and quiet. The exterior is well-maintained. The receptionist is very friendly, helpful, and attentive to guests' needs. All in all, a lovely place to stay, highly recommended.

Convenient and strategic location right next to the main square in Loano's historic center. Our two-room apartment on the third floor is bright and airy, with double exposure and a view of the Duomo dome. Spacious and spotlessly clean, with two balconies, well-furnished, two spacious closets, and comfortable mattresses; the kitchen features an induction stovetop, pots and pans, nice dishes, and a microwave...

Our second home for years! Maria always kind, helpful and perfect location!

Clean apartment, excellent location 300 meters from Saint Claire Hospital, private parking with automatic gate. Video surveillance. Conveniently located near the main road where shops are located, including the bakery across the street. Restaurants and bars are a 5-minute walk away. The area is a bit out of the way from the actual center. You can take lovely walks, even with furry pets, which are welcome...

Beautiful strategic place a few steps from the sea and various services. Accepts our small pets. Beautiful!!!

This is my first time staying at Residence Laura (aside from the decor, which is more mountain-inspired than seaside), and I had a great time. Mrs. Anika is knowledgeable, kind, and quickly resolves any issues. Our furry friend was welcomed, and I'm happy about that...

Nice place, near ⛱️, the only problem is the beach doesn't have sand, only rocks, small, but rocks.

Cozy spotless and finally a low pillow

The apartments of the residence are in different properties and each, therefore, presents itself in a different way. Some exclude the bidet, others have it; the furnishings and maintenance can be more or less well-finished, the TV working or not. The wireless connection, in my case, dropped frequently. Wardrobes are not freely available in all apartments. In mine there were two doors (which also contained...

Nestled among olive trees in the Imperia hinterland, very quiet. The only flaw is that the soundproofing could be improved. Host Cristina is simply wonderful...a piece of our heart has stayed there! We'll be back soon!

We had an unforgettable stay at Agriturismo Le Mimose. This place is more than just a farmhouse, it's a true corner of paradise that I recommend to everyone. The owner, Cristina, is the true heart of the place: charming, extremely welcoming, and very hospitable. She makes you feel at home from the first moment. The property is a marvel, a true gem, meticulously cared for down to the last detail....

Cristina is an excellent host, extremely kind, helpful, and professional. The space is wonderful, surrounded by olive trees and nature. The pools are gorgeous. The apartment where we stayed is comfortable and has everything you need and every comfort. The staff is kind and professional. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return.

Overall, I would like to leave a positive review about our stay at this place. The following comments are only meant to draw the hotel management's attention to certain points. The apartments are located in two buildings that are about 100 meters apart. Both buildings are completely independent of each other. Each building has its own swimming pool. We stayed in the building higher up the hill. Overall...

Very nice place in a very relaxing environment, nice and clean apartments and helpful staff.

We had a great time in October. Immersed in a beautiful olive grove, large spaces we did not miss anything.
