Being on vacation and immediately feeling at home... a magnificent place where everything is taken care of. Excellent cuisine and top-notch entertainment.

Marcelo is a great bartender - he made us some cocktails that are not on the list but they are very good. So far a great start to our holiday and will come back with more!

This is a stunning resort. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. We were made to feel like family. The atmosphere is warm and caring, and nothing is too much trouble. The resort is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable. Thank you does not seem enough. The humor and kindness shown by the team by far is what made the holiday even more special. We will be back, and we will win at Boccia next time!

A nice family hotel on a wonderful beach. There are breach activities which can be booked like pedalo rent, boat trips,... But it's still quite quiet compared to other rather big resorts. Also possible to do horseback riding and Quad tours not far away at Iba sa cresia.

I have a bit of fear after to read the comments about the food. But we were really satisfied with them. There were many variety of fish and meat as well. Only thing to improve maybe the breakfast..more salty taste. The hotel, beach and swimming pool are very nice. What I miss is the umbrellas at the swimming pool. Too much hot during day without shadows. Would be very important some umbrellas especially for the kids. Some negative points that there is no drinking water or any drinks in the room. You need at least 2 bottle to fill them at the bar then take with you into the room. The quality of the drinks are low. Juices are more water. The Aperol Spritz no good. Except these negative things we were really satisfied with the hotel. Very kind staff, beautiful beach and animations. I would recommend to book the superior room or superior with sea view. Calmer and smaller restaurants (same food) and you have your own table for the whole time that you stay at the hotel. Also own place at the beach. The beach is fantastic. You find a bit of rocks when you enter into the beach but it's 2-3 steps then you arrive to the sand again 🙂 Note for the hotel: Do a bit of improvement for the drinks and make a beach bar that the people should not walk up from the beach only to drink.

Overall an excellent experience with value for money. I picked a comfort room All inclusive- and it is a must as you get a better restaurant, room and beach bed closest to the water. The food was fine with a great selection- too much fish for my taste but plenty of alternative dishes. The staff were excellent all over the resort. Our room was good with a little garden. The beach also fine. If you pick a cheap room you will not have the same outside experience. What’s not to like? The entertainment. Loud music from morning to 11 pm. For example extra super high sound like a rock concert (you hear it all over the resort) at 5pm from the pool area - just for the sake of a very unskilled staff member trying to learn to sing -and another to play guitar - it sounded awful. She did not succeed - made clear as she repeated her attempt to sing as part of the evening program. Why not do this in a private room not forcing the whole site to listen. At the beach speakers booming music most of the day. As 95% of the guests are Italian be prepared that you will not meet many speaking English. The entertainment in the evening for kids was two adult men talking loudly and fast and a team performing a TikTok like dance where kids aged 3-9 should join in and also physically hug the adults. If your kids are not Italian and a fan of adult men trying to be funny and hug them this is not your place to go. If you bring AirPods with noise cancellations like me you should be able to enjoy the rest which as said is fine. And a last issue- you have to pay to be able to pay. They don’t take credit cards so no drinks, ice cream or use of facilities unless you use a card from the hotel that will cost you. We simply skipped buying drinks and using facilities- it’s too smart you have to pay to be able to pay!
