It’s very good hotel, only issue is that last floor is too warm and air conditioning from another rooms are directly at your window so it gets loud, everything else was perfect, friendly people, good breakfast

We stayed for 2 nights on a mid-July weekend. The hotel is clean, and comfortable. Things we didn't like: on the day of check out, even though there was space in their parking lot, they asked us to move the car. Beach is near, restaurants also. Parking inside hotel area cost extra 10eu per night (but not so much space, I think you should reserve at the summer season if you want to get in). Not so comfortable for 4 person in one room, lack of space. Breakfast was good, but coffe was awful, just like someone pill some acid in your cup.

Nice 1 night stop while road tripping across italy

Wonderful hotel that's off the beaten track located in a hillside village close to the sea. It's a 10 minute stroll to the old town to eat in the handful of excellent restaurants. The room we had was large and well furnished, perfect for our two night stay. We stayed to break up our car journey from the Amalfi coast to Venice.

This is a lovely family run hotel. We felt very welcomed and the room was very spacious, the bathroom was very clean and the location beautiful. We would stay there again. Very friendly staff.

This is our 4th year in Roccaraso. This hotel is in the perfect location with parking. Hotel is basic, but very clean and comfortable with the best bar in the village attached to it. Lots of good restaurants within short walking or easy driving distance. The ski slopes are a short 10 minute drive away.

I hadn't skied for over 36 years but my daughter persuaded me to join my grandchildren and son-in-law to join them this February at the Roccaraso ski resort in the Apennines. Very nice hotel located 100 meters from the beach ... it also has umbrellas and sunbeds included in the price. The rooms are very nice and a bit technological. The bathroom has a sink with two drawers underneath that are very comfortable for storing your cosmetics and at the same time everything remains tidy. Cleaning is maximum. The hotel room is a bit dated and could use some renovation, but overall it was clean. What we loved most were the kindness of the staff and the food. We felt right at home during the four days we stayed there. On our last day, they let us check in late without asking for any extra payment. They even waited for us for lunch even though the kitchen closed at 1:45 PM. Thank you so much! We'll be back

Great place. Four of us (2 adults and 2 children) stayed for 6 days. Very big room with plenty of storage. Food was fantastic. Really convenient for nearby skiing. Entertainment for the kids was great, they loved it. Will be back next year, probably before!!

Everything it was excellent- room, service, stuff will go above and beyond helping clients. each is absolutely nice (the hotel has its own beach) - very clean, first 15 - 20 meters pretty shallow, good for kids and then the water became deeper which is perfect for adult swimming. Overall excellent experience, would recommend without any reservation.
