Very friendly staff, food was good ,we stayed at the 3rd floor ,very nice rooms ,ski slopes are not far away,also breakfast was excellent,the town is 3 km from the hotel, we stayed for the weekend between Christmas and New Year,nearby town Castel di Sangro is very nice

The Manager Angelo and staff were a delight to deal with. The hotel has a cafe/shop right next door for the quick snacks and the Hotel's restaurant was fantastic. The meals were "top notch" and we came "home" for dinner every night of our stay.

No coffee pot or hot water kettle, and no microwave. I was led to believe that the property was on the beach. I had a beach view, but it wasn't on the beach. There were two streets that separated me from the beach. They advertised a parking garage, but it was full, so I had to pay 2 Euros an hour to park on the street. This is a great hotel in Giulianova a beachside town. Staff are very helpful. Parking is easy & secure. Restaurant and bar is very good. When we arrived we walked into the town about 15 mins. It appeared a quiet little town but when we tried to get into a restaurant we had chosen they were fully booked. Hotel 900 is a must do if you are in the area.

This was one of nicest hotels I have been recently. I have two suggestions: 1. Please install a schuko power socket at the desk, just like the one that is in the bathroom next to the mirror (I already had an adapter). 2. AC wasn't functional last night of my stay, had to open the windows. For the price range this was fine.

Positive: beach service was excellent Negative: 1. Very noisy at evenings. The hotel next to Sea Lion had outdoor parties with very loud music every single night. If this would be mentioned I would not have chosen Sea Lion. 2. Breakfast was odd. No sliced cheese and you have to wait for personnel to have it sliced it to you, sometimes standing in row :). Great hotel with a great view at the Adria. Rooms are Ok, WIFI Ok, Bath Ok. Best is the Party area at the top of the building, where you can make great pics and it has an unbelievable view to the Adria. 5✨

A quiet cozy place. No discos , bars a little. Family vacation.

Check in was straightforward and contactless. Even the stairways were immaculate. Host was thoughtful and put a small gift in our room as we are visiting on our honeymoon. Toiletries were included and bed comfortable. AC is set for you which we found a little warm for us but for others may be fine. Short walk to the beach. Would recommend.

Perfect sea view from balcony!

Clean rooms steps away from the Alba Adratica beach at a very good price. Continental breakfast included with great coffee and local deli meats and bread. Just be aware that there are just a few parking slots for hotel guests. Must pay an extra to use the underground parking.

Stayed with a child. Had to remind about it, though when booked we had put it in. Had to remind about the extra bed as well. The receptionist couldn’t see our booking properly, which was very annoying!

Nice 1 night stop while road tripping across italy

Wonderful hotel that's off the beaten track located in a hillside village close to the sea. It's a 10 minute stroll to the old town to eat in the handful of excellent restaurants. The room we had was large and well furnished, perfect for our two night stay. We stayed to break up our car journey from the Amalfi coast to Venice.

This is a lovely family run hotel. We felt very welcomed and the room was very spacious, the bathroom was very clean and the location beautiful. We would stay there again. Very friendly staff.

Excellent service I just came back from my family trip and I am already planning to go back as soon as possible. We were there for 10 days the room was as described fully furnished. Hotel Iris is a nice little hotel that I stayed at as the base for rewilding hikes run by Much Better Adventures out of Pescasseroli in Italy. The shower was good water pressure, the beds comfortable, housekeeping visited the room every day. The restaurant we ate at for most breakfasts and dinner had polite and helpful staff and there was a nice selection of food to choose from. I'd stay there again...

Great location, excellent breakfast , friendly and helpful staff... but rooms in need of soundproofing , you can easily hear everything in the surrounding rooms. Not to mention the wooden headboard which is very uncomfortable for Tv watching.

We just left this hotel and we are very satisfied. Clean, air-conditioned room and really nice and helpful staff. The location of the hotel is pretty good. Quiet location, wide, well-equipped beach Elegant hotel with every comfort. Two swimming pools, one heated with a whirlpool. Ample shaded parking. Excellent and refined cuisine. This is a different experience. The host, Mario, is kind but also quite overbearing. He is very rigid in controlling the atmosphere in the hotel. While many see him as welcoming and pleasant, I found him obsessive to the point of uncomfortably awkward. Prior to arrival he sent many messages requiring online pre-registration. Wonderful place to stay. On the second visit at il Tiglio, with Mario who never disappoints. He’s gentle, gives great care to his clients and the place is amazingly nice, fresh and clean, with home made fresh products for breakfast. Mario also provided shelter for our motorcycles in his garage. Thanks Mario will be visiting again for the suggested motorcycle tour of the surroundings.

Outdated rooms, really old doors and you could hear the continuous creaking of the shutters. The mattress is very uncomfortable. They say they have agreements with restaurants but it is not true they are ONLY recommended. 3 stars for cleanliness and friendliness

I've stayed many times at Maja Hotel and I love it! Very nice and clean rooms, nice staff and good breakfast. The view of the sea is great from any room. Only downside is that the location is a bit far from the city centre, but you can walk this distance on the beach, so it's all worth it.
