I booked a hotel at short notice and couldn't get a taxi after getting off the train. Fortunately, a kind person sent us there for free, thank you. The front desk service is warm, but the conditions are average, the elevator is old, and the breakfast is average. Fortunately, it is relatively close to customers.

A Port in a Storm We were stranded with car breakdown. We managed a last minute booking and found a true gem. La Signora Paola went above and beyond to assist us in our plight so far from home. A second night stay was made available and we could have stayed longer but the car repair was expedited. Lovely breakfasts and we had a super balcony on which to survey the traffic jams below.
