Hotel is nice and modern hotel that was recently built. The location is great to get out on the town . It's convenient to the center of Pescara. Some might like it but some might think it's too busy.

Excellent breakfast and central lobby and restaurant areas. Bedrooms are large and airy and clean with a good sized en suite. Some of the upholstery in the room could do with replacing, but that's the only reason why I couldn't give it 5 stars.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. One of the receptionist lady help us with the translation English - Italian. When we travel there in March 2018 a female receptionist helped talk on the telephone to a long-lost relative of ours and translated everything we said. It was above and beyond her responsibilities and we appreciate it so much.

The package offered is very appealing with air conditioning in the room, sauna, pool on the roof and breakfast. The service is great, everyone was very nice to. One morning we were a bit late for breakfast but they offered us cappuccini and some stuff from the buffet. Only four stars though because it was a tad expensive nonetheless.

Good residence. Clean, great location, well-maintained. The clientele, however, isn't up to par, detracting from its value: people dragging tables and chairs around late at night or early in the morning, not caring about anyone else. It's impossible not to respect the rest of others, but this doesn't affect my positive rating of the facility.

We used the property for the Easter weekend, and despite the weather not being the best, the welcome was excellent. The apartments are comfortable and well-equipped. Immaculately clean and recently renovated, they offer a great place to relax even when it's raining outside. The terrace with sea view is also very pleasant.

The cleanliness, location, and courtesy are truly excellent! Rooms feature a large, livable balcony (those on the ground floor have a private garden), air conditioning (unfortunately, there's a fee!), a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with freezer. The property also has a washing machine available for guest use and a vending machine. There's a fully equipped and free beach right in front of the property...

You simply have to cross the street and the beach is there. To rent a place for your holidays this is the right place.

Superb service and food, a nice beach and long walking/biking strip along the beach. Rooms are a bit small, but if you're lucky with the weather you're not going to be there much anyway. Big enough for sleeping. Great view from the balcony but unfortunately a bit small to actually sit and enjoy the view.

The facility is beautiful. All new. At the restaurant you eat very well and cleanliness is high. Unfortunately, however, we were assigned a very small room near the elevator. We just completed a 4 night stay in a triple room. The front desk, dining area, pool area, and entertainment staff are all positive with warm smiles and extremely helpful with any requests. Rooms are spotless, beds very comfortable. Proximity to beach and beach club just steps away. Breakfast buffet also decent variety. We would definitely return. Gracie Mille a tutti! I was here for 3 nights and I stayed in a suite room. The room was spacious with minibar and safe. Large bed. The bathroom was also spacious equiped by a large walk in shower. All was very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. The dinner is copious and served at the table. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I can recommend this nice hotel.

Absolutely loved staying here; they are close to the war museum, have a stunning view of the Adriatic, reasonable prices, and the staff made every effort to overcome my inability to speak Italian and made me feel very welcome. I don't want to dramatize it, but I felt a little bit sad leaving. Truly recommend, and will include a stay here any time I am in the region.

It was pretty good for those travelling as couple, or a family. It is rather short on the room side amenities, but the other aspects make up for it. The hotel is really Nice and the people are kind but we stayed 3 days, and during 2 of them, there was a party near the swimming pool until 2 am with loud music, this was very annoying. The swimming pool and grounds were fantastic. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean, with a very large modern TV with sky. Nice that they included a bidet aswell.

This is a great hotel in Giulianova a beachside town. Staff are very helpful. Parking is easy & secure. Restaurant and bar is very good. When we arrived we walked into the town about 15 mins. It appeared a quiet little town but when we tried to get into a restaurant we had chosen they were fully booked. Hotel 900 is a must do if you are in the area.

This was one of nicest hotels I have been recently. I have two suggestions: 1. Please install a schuko power socket at the desk, just like the one that is in the bathroom next to the mirror (I already had an adapter). 2. AC wasn't functional last night of my stay, had to open the windows. For the price range this was fine.

It’s a nice hotel for the price. But in my case, the washroom wasn’t clean. The bed and pillows need more comfort. And as for security, it’s basic. Anyone can get in and out of the hotel. No questions asked. Same for the elevator. But for a quick stay and be a few steps away from the beach… it’s good !

The hotel was okay. Clean but dated anf could do with some updating. Staff really accommodating. The walls could do with some soundproofing as we could hear people next door. The breakfast was disappointing and only thing we looked forward was the hot chocolate. I think it wasn't good value for money and maybe I won't choose to stay here again. The hotel is within 5min walking distance to the beach + the bus going to the city (but also train station) stops right next to it, so the location is ideal as you really can make the best of both places (the Marina and the city of Vasto).
