Politeness, impeccable cleanliness, beautiful rooms, central location. They welcome dogs, the people are professional, knowledgeable, and, I repeat, very kind. They make you feel important. Beautiful, good, good. Truly satisfied.

This hotel is almost comically bad. Please do not think you are going to a hotel. It’s just a restaurant with rooms. There is no obvious management. Just the next cycle of staff taking over the next. The one loo to service downstairs is filthy. The classic sign of something that does not work. The breakfast is awful. It has one small kettle. A strange thing that is meant to be a toaster but is not. No tea cups….litter everywhere and nothing cleared up….they had never heard of the basics when even asked for a bread roll. nice staff , but would rather be elsewhere. The evening food is disgusting. The boot room in the morning , they even have catering deliveries coming through it when everyone there trying to get ready It is without a doubt the worst hotel on earth…… If I was in hotel trade this would be the exemplar of how not to do everything……they even charge for water in bedroom I think they call themselves 4 star…….but it is not even 1 The only good thing is the poor chamber maid, who does great job, but has the scared look of modern day slavery….. A truly truly horrible place, do not ever go The best thing about it is the sweet release of sleep at the end Of the day

Hotel advertises as 4 star. Was a 3 at best. Shower was small and old. Could not bend over. No shelf for shampoo and bath gel. No hot water from the sink.Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Furniture was old and thread bare. In desperate need of an upgrade. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good however breakfast was boring. No local cheeses. Toaster was an odd appliance that did not work particularly well. Good location, convenient to ski lifts

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I like to enjoy a beer in my room, so I placed a glass inside the dresser for convenience. However, the housekeeping staff kept opening the dresser, despite my request to leave it alone.

The first time, I kindly asked them not to touch it. But when it happened again, I reported the issue to the front desk. Instead of addressing my concern, they denied it completely, saying the staff member claimed she never touched anything.

I expected basic respect for my personal space, but instead, I was ignored and gaslit. This level of service is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel.

Nothing about this hotel is 4 star as billed .The bootroom is not fit for purpose - just a couple of old rickety chairs for changing boots, and the access to street level is steep and dangerous. The furnishings throughout the hotel are somewhat shabby. We booked half board through Inghams and we’re looking forward to eating in the lovely restaurant shown on their website . Sadly half board guests don’t eat there - instead we were directed to a soulless dining room at the back of the hotel with a view looking out onto a row of parked cars. The food was awful and when we complained,we were told we could have a pizza instead of the 3 course table d’hote menu .There is a late night bar in the basement of the hotel so expect to be woken up in the early hours as guests leave . The staff are pleasant enough and it is close to the ski lift ,but it most definitely is not the level of hotel described on the Inghams website ( we complained to them on our return and did receive a partial refund ).I suggest you stay clear of this place.

Great location, super friendly and attentive staff.
The rooms are beautifully decorated in alpine style, mine had matching furniture with wooden, tradionally patterns.
One point to improve is the shower, I would appreciate a little more pressure and space.

We stayed in this hotel as part of an Inghams ski holiday. The Inghams part for fine but this is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very small and in need of a refurb. The shower was the smallest space I can ever imagine being used as a shower. The whole hotel could do with smartening up, it's all a bit tired. The reception and bar was actually quite homely and inviting as was the restaurant for those not with Inghams on half board. The staff varied from OK to uninterested. The real problem was that the standard the restaurant, the food and the service were not what you expect in a four star hotel. We paid for half board and although the breakfasts were just about OK, the evening meals were well below an acceptable standard. They were so bad that we started eating - and paying - elsewhere. The ski room was basic. The heated boot rack was fine but in a hotel with 30 plus skiers you need more than two chairs and one wobbly bench. It is also located at the end on a long dark corridor and the exit is out though a very unappealing service area with crates of empty bottles. Interestingly the hotel also has an excellent restaurant in the basement - not included in the half board package - with great food and a professional level of service. I would give this hotel a miss.

a lovely place!
Giulia and the staff were so kind and helpful.
Cool (and busy) bar downstairs.
extremely close to the lifts with a ski room within 50 meters from the ski rent and 100 meters from the lifts.
we would love to come back!

Good atmosphere but the bar staff tried to upcharge us twice: first by charging 6.5 for 4.5 glass of wine, second by trying to charge double Jack and Coke for 22 EUR (unheard of even in Mayfair). Be careful.
