4 star hotels in Apulia

Checked in, registered Car Reg Number. Paid for 5 night stay, told at reception car park charges included. A week after returning home got letters demanding. for £300 for parking. Obviously something amiss, not very clear instructions regarding parking. Hope this can be resolved after contacting Hotel Manager.

This is a short distance from main road, Emmanuel and seems to keep quite extended hours. Certainly biggest super market I have found in the area. Was pleasantly surprised by small bill for recent snacks shop. Has big fresh cheese counter, frozen and fresh meals. Decent selection of cold drinks and good beer selection(warm).

Great hotel near the Old town, with good rooms and Breakfast, has its own underground Parking, which is important for traveling by car.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The room was super clean, with amazing facilities and balcony. Only a 15 to 20 min walk into the old town. The pool area was great, and we also made use of the spa which was very relaxing.

Stayed here with a tour group. Decent sized room. Excellent shower. Most rooms appear to have balconies. Staff set up a nice welcoming soft drink and snack gathering. The room! They are doing renovations and outside of the room, they built an extended patio for all of the rooms. Scaffolding everywhere, the room looked like a jail cell. Very clean and nice staff. Be aware that they charge you for cleaning your room. Typically cleaning and providing fresh towels is not an extra charge. Also the bottles of water they leave in the room are extra charge as well if you use them - even though bottled water it is the only drinking water available in Italy. Hotel was great otherwise!

The ambiance was okay, but the service was terrible. At breakfast, they asked everyone around them what kind of coffee they wanted, but skipped over me, a Chinese guest. When I asked for my room number, their attitude was extremely arrogant. If your hotel doesn't welcome Chinese guests, please don't list it on a Chinese platform. I do not recommend this to any Chinese citizens.

Lovely pool area which was very relaxing, bedrooms are very clean and spacious enough. Free Shuttle bus into Torre del Orso, you can walk back if a must. The reception staff very friendly. Lovely Location, in a wonderful national park. The Adriatic sea is very good and it is a really Mediterranean a sea full of historic site. On the Gargano (the sun mountain or the sacred mountain) because stay in the this site 2 UNESCO site, the city of monte s. Angelo end the hold forest (foresta Umbria).

I've stayed at this hotel for a night and I need to say the customer service was really nice. Hotel staff arranged airport transfer one way for me free of charge which was a great touch. The hotel is located in a new area with no attractions or shops nearby. If you walk a bit further, there are residential areas with plenty of shops and restaurants. I wouldn't recommend some of the local shops for Chinese visitors as they weren't very welcoming; it's better to eat at the hotel. Barletta Stay Communication was hard. Breakfast selection was very poor. Dinner was very limited selection - but reasonable quality. Location is in the middle of an industrial area with a McDonald’s next door with a crazy queue of cars outside every night.
