Breakfast buffet was excellent. Property was nice can use some improvements. Staff at the front desk were nice and cleaning personnel was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Pietrablu Resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. We also loved seeing the free-roaming bunnies around the hotel. The pool temperature was just right.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this resort. The rooms were spacious and clean. Part of our resort package we had breakfast and dinner. The food was very good. We were five minutes away from Polignano a mare, and other beaches such as Porto Rosso and Porto Ghiacciolo the resort provides free parking.I would recommended this resort.

Everything is very clean, the whole complex was spotless. The staff are incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. We had a birthday cake made by the chef for our daughter's birthday, very good price, too. The food ar each mealtime was great, and different every day. We really liked the hotel! It is located on the main street, but the room was quiet. Everything is nearby - attractions, restaurants, shops, etc. Comfortable beds, good linen and towels. The staff is very responsive. We left the car at the hotel, they take it to the garage and, if necessary, bring it right to the entrance.

We had an amazing company trip in the resort thanks to Rosanna, Angelo and all their amazing team and entertainment crew. Everyone has been very nice and accommodating, they organised dozens of transfers for all of us and ensured we always had everything we needed. Stayed with the family two nights. We were given a room for the five of us on the third floor. Very nice and clean room with a very large terrace and a beautiful view. We could see all the way to Gallipoli! The breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast were 5 stars! Sympathy and sense of humor! Nice swimming pool and a free car parking as well. Recommended!

We organized a summer school and we stayed at the hotel Club Azzurro for a week. The staff was fantastic in helping us with the different requests we have. Rooms are cleaned everyday, the pool is a must and the restaurant offers a nice selection of food everyday. Armando, Gianni and Maurizio were fantastic! Strongly suggested if you want to visit the area nearby.

Was somewhat hesitant to book this hotel, however this dissipated fast and my stay was very enjoyable. Check in was very professional and efficient. The room I stayed in was recently renovated and was cleaned daily: only recommendation is to improve quality of the mattresses. Breakfast is one of he best I have experienced in Southern Italy with a good assortment of fruits, bread, cheese, ham etc.....

I like everything but the dining is to much White and the radio was on ..loud and not necessary at all . The personnel on the dining room is «  robotics ..and not sympathic ..! The rest is perfection!

Very clean and nice staff. Be aware that they charge you for cleaning your room. Typically cleaning and providing fresh towels is not an extra charge. Also the bottles of water they leave in the room are extra charge as well if you use them - even though bottled water it is the only drinking water available in Italy. Hotel was great otherwise!

The ambiance was okay, but the service was terrible. At breakfast, they asked everyone around them what kind of coffee they wanted, but skipped over me, a Chinese guest. When I asked for my room number, their attitude was extremely arrogant. If your hotel doesn't welcome Chinese guests, please don't list it on a Chinese platform. I do not recommend this to any Chinese citizens.

I spent the last week of July with my family in this place... the welcome was immediately positive at the reception, the staff were kind, attentive and prepared... the decor left me a little perplexed then and there, very oriental, so many sofas and several Buddha-style statues, a slightly strong smell and a lack of fresh air in the hall didn't immediately give me peace of mind... there were 4 of us...

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever return to Puglia. Highly recommended.

The hotel could have received a higher rating if the room offered better amenities for a 4-star hotel. The room lacked complimentary toiletries, a kettle, and a lamp on the table. Furthermore, the bathroom door could use some fixing, as it scraped against the floor, making it difficult to open and close (room 115).
