Staff checked us in and assisted us later all very helpful nothing to much trouble, I’ve seen people say about the parking but I didn’t see any issue you can pull up outside the front doors then park but the carpark is very close from the front of the hotel anyway about 30 steps. Room is nice, views incredible and in October 29 degrees but with a nice cooling breeze loving it.

We had a wonderful time! The owners and the staff are lovely and very attentive, the hotel and its grounds are beautiful and calm, the breakfast was great and dinner was always delicious. We’ll be sure to return.

The construction of the thousand year old building was amazingly beautiful! The park like grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was firm, like most beds in Italy. I have to say though the pillows were the worse pillows I’ve ever had to sleep on. They were fat hard rubber pillows. 😩

Everything was beautiful. This was a 16 th century palace converted into a hotel in 1997. Totally amazing. The best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Plush, lush, extravagant, and phenomenal. In the best location. A phenomenal experience.

A very nice Masseria with excellent customer service and facilities. Location Is only a few minutes drive from the centre of Otranto and they provide a shuttle service. We had a lovely stay. This is such a comfortable resort with many cozy spots for lounging, grabbing a drink or chatting with friends. The breakfast is delicious with a great variety. The service and friendliness of the staff is among the very best. They go out of their way to help with you with every detail and make wonderful recommendations as to places to explore and restaurants to try.

Nothing to say. I travel to many hotels for work, and the first thing to review in all of them is cleanliness. I think I've never seen rooms this clean. Add to that, they're practically new and beautifully crafted with every comfort. The location is perfect, just steps from the sea. Last but not least, the owner's enormous courtesy, available for any request. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Actually nice hotel but the rooms are too close to each other and other rooms can hear your voice while walking through the corridors. Breakfast is insufficent. The dinner is satisfying. Parking is problem. The hotel is in the middle of the city. The rooms are small but comfortable.

Great place to stay for a visit to Molfetta. The rooms are spacious, clean, well air conditioned and comfortable. The bed is comfortable and the blackout shades make it easy to have a good nights sleep. The breakfast room offers a choice of many sections of cakes, toast, fruit, pancakes, eggs and of course coffee. The staff is very accommodating and the hotel is also well located.
