Great Nice, in line with expectations. Location close to train station and cruise port. Staff very flexible in check out time.

Clean, modern hotel on the old city island. Island itself is small, so very walkable.
Did not feel safe staying in this area Dark streets and narrow walkways with many people hanging around after dark Not a great location
This hotel had two buildings on opposite sides of a square, so rooms clearly vary considerably. It is within walking distance of the station and the old town and therefore some distance from modern area. Our corner room was spacious, well-furnished and had nice harbour views. Breakfast was good and we had a nice dinner in Il Porto - one of several nearby restaurants.
We were on a cruise from Taranto so just stayed for one night, but paid for a sea view, which is definitely worth it. Two balconies overlooking the harbour and sea. We had an issue with our hire car, as the drop off place shut early and we were stuck with it. Very kind ladies on reception offered to call rental company to pick it up on the Monday. When they refused to pick it up, they arranged to return...

Beatiful property in the very centre of Vieste. Great location to explore this lovely town. We were lucky to have a free upgrade to a lovely and very spacious suite with sea view, but it was our host Francesco who made our experience perfect. He was welcoming, friendly and helped us with the parking (which may be a bit tricky) so we could enjoy our experience in Vieste. He also suggested things to...
Francesco was fantastic! Very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and very thorough. He was responsive and provided great recommendations. The room was beautiful, spacious and great price for the quality and location. The breakfast view was unmatched. We also took advantage of the grotto boat tour which Francesco arranged. Thank you for everything!
We had a wonderful stay in Vieste! Our stay at Dimora Cummà Marì was beyond amazing! The room was large, clean and comfortable and had an incredible view! The old town and beaches are beautiful! Located close to everything, we were able to thoroughly explore the area. Francesco was outstanding…knowledgeable and made sure our stay was memorable! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Small hotel at the entrance to old city center. Francesco is an excellent host. Great communication before arrival, friendly helpful greeting, walked us through the hotels amenities and was available for questions. Really good breakfast. Parking is available which is must in the area. Our room was spacious, with a view over the city. Highly recommend. Good value too.
Our stay was excellent at this hotel. Our room was spacious, very clean and had 2 balconies that had sea views including the lighthouse. The shower was great and large. Best hotel ever! Very close to everything shrine, bus, and restaurants! The front desk, the lady, black long hair (sorry forgot her name but this was on Nov. 19 in the afternoon) she assisted us very friendly and helpful. The hotel-comfortable bed and clean room.
Perfect location for the area visited. Hotel facilities and ambiance are great.
Thin walls. Can hear people chatting next room/door.
Hotel was ok. Skip the breakfast option if not included in your stay, not worth the extra price you may have to pay.
Welcoming and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Location convenient for bus and churches
Feels Like Home — Every Single Time Since 2012 I don’t just stay at Hotel Colonne — I return to it, year after year. Since 2012, it’s been my sanctuary in San Giovanni Rotondo. Cleanliness? Spotless. We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and beautifully restored masseria just outside Otranto. One of the highlights of our visit was the fish set menu – fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the whole experience felt authentically...
Overall a clean & aesthetically pleasing hotel & parking was very easy. We had a few issues during our stay & staff weren’t overly helpful. we stayed at this lovely location for three days in July and enjoyed every second. The rooms are all located around a charming court yard. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. We spent 14 wonderful days at Masseria dei Monaci, the ideal place to unwind. Salento’s charming villages, beautiful beaches and walking trails are nearby and lively Otranto is just a few minutes away by car. Valle d’Itria is also easy to reach for a day trip. Will stay at this hotel again if in Lecce because of the pleasure of staying there. Service was excellent.
Beautifully appointed, very clean and spacious rooms located in the old city of Lecce. The rooftop pool, though very small, was perfect for a very hot afternoon dip after our walks around the city. Location is great, easy walk to all sites.
Beautifully restored building with only 6 rooms. We stayed one night as part of our tour of Puglia. We stayed in room 6, simply stunning, bathroom huge with double showers and double sinks. Carefully placed ceramics, clever bedside tables that pull out to reveal plug sockets, hidden tv. Lovely small rooftop terrace for breakfast. Don’t hesitate
Very beautiful hotel, unique style, very well decorated. Very friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is very well located right in the city center where everything is very close. The breakfast is very generous. In short, I highly recommend it, you won't regret it. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the staff for these wonderful days we spent with you.

The hotel is within a converted house. It feels like a few houses were connected together to make enough space. Since this is a conversion, the rooms don't really fit their current purpose. It felt definitely " bella Italia" here. Applause for the manager and staff👏
We (family with 2 kids) spent a full week at this hotel. What we liked above all was the size: it is not a huge resort, rather a well distributed hotel with indoor and nice outdoor amenities (a small but cozy pool, direct access to the sea with sandy flooring for sunbathing and rocky seabed, which makes it a much better experience from a water clarity and fish presence perspective). Food was in general...
Absolutely marvellous. We were met and taken care of by Eleonora who was a gem!! The hotel is lucky to have her. Also the woman fixing breakfast was really nice and friendly. We could not have asked for more! Very calm when we visited. The relax area was not open but it gave good impression.
The building resembles a castle, therefore, it has a special environment. It is located right at the seafront, in this way the rooms have a great view. The personnel is very helpful and kind, especially Theresa, who is helping out at breakfast. Room cleaning is very thorough.
Very good hotel, ambiance is great, breakfast also. Swimming pool was very Nice but cold in october. Thank you for your hospitallity Parco dei Principi!
If you leave it outdoor it’s where it better performs. Indoor services , generally speaking are within if not below expectations
