Our stay at Santa Lucia was truly perfect from start to finish. The property is beautiful — peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature, yet only a short drive from the historic center of Matera. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with directions, restaurant recommendations, or anything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, with plenty of variety and a lovely atmosphere to start the day.

The Masseria itself is stunning. The rooms are basic but very clean. The pool area is lovely, and the courtyard has beautiful views of the old house built into the rock. We also booked the spa, which was an amazing private experience with steam room, shower, sauna and private pool. 5 minute drive from the Centro Storico.

This resort is about 15 minute drive from the historic district of Matera. I had stayed in the center of town in the other cities we visited in Puglia. I liked the quietness of this location. The room was elegantly furnished with high arching ceiling. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was great.

It is a cave hotel and if you have a car, it is the best for Matera sightseeing. The facilities are the best for the price compared to the area around Matera. However, there is nothing to do around the hotel.

This resort hotel is so beautiful. It is convenient to drive here. It is ten minutes away from Matera scenic spot. We were treated to champagne when we checked in. The hotel yard is beautiful, and there is a landscape swimming pool where you can watch the sunset. The room has a small kitchen where you can cook instant noodles. The breakfast is not very good, but it is very exquisite. There are few guests here and it is very quiet.

Very nice and clean hotel (masseria) few minutes out of Matera. Different kind of room, Safe parking and swimming pool make it complete for perfect holiday. Courtesy at the reception ; excellent breakfast. It worrh the price

Very nice location outside the center, in the industrial area
Very clean environments and very kind staff
The rooms are very nice but the TV is a little small and, at least in our room, needs to be reversed with the mirror, there are no sockets near the bedside tables but the dimmable lamp is fantastic. Bathroom with superlative shower but no hook for towels.
The only negative note was the very limited breakfast

Very nice place with great potential, but the service is a bit disorganized overall. Nothing special, though.
