Excellent location, as was the service. The rooms are clean, but it would take very little to make them more pleasant. Also, our room was close to breakfast, so it was very noisy in the morning.

The hotel was satisfactory in every way. Strategic location, large, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Fantastic dinner and very friendly staff. Bicycle storage is available in a safe and secure location. Excellent breakfast with products from their own bakery. Very satisfied!

My husband and I stayed in Sila last week, staying at the San Lorenzo hotel. It's an excellent location, just a few kilometers from the city center.
The hotel has a lovely atmosphere...attention to detail, elegant, and functional. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is efficient in every way.
Excellent breakfast and a refined restaurant.
You can sense the high level of customer service.
We'll definitely be back!!!

Out of way place up in the mountains near Sila NP. Very basis accommodation but decent. Tried to hike the Giants of the Sila but was closed. Had supper at the Trattoria which was very tasty! Service was good. Checking out was somewhat bumpy as the Mom has no English and couldn’t get our Visas to work so had to pay cash…our cards worked fine rest of the day.

We enjoyed our stay and we were impressed with the kind and friendly hospitality of the staff. We were looking for a quiet and restful place during our journey and found that here. We really enjoyed the quality of the food at the on site Trattoria.

I stayed with my wife at this hotel in the second half of July 2022. We received a very warm welcome: Denise, the owner, is a courteous, kind, affable and very prepared person in recommending places to visit. We immediately felt at home. The hotel is basic, but with attention to detail and above all very clean. In our room nothing was missing, there was also a fan because despite having ordered the air conditioners many months ago, they have not yet been delivered. We didn't need it, considering the very pleasant weather during the day and quite cool in the evening and at night. The cleaning then deserves a 10 and praise: very clean, fragrant and airy room. One thing that struck my wife, an eye trained by a former travel agent, is that every day the toilet was washed and sanitized with detergent left to act until the guest returned. Mrs. Lucia, in charge of cleaning the rooms, is accurate, meticulous and always available. What to say? Go there, you won't regret it. Oh, I forgot ....... Peter, Denise's husband, runs a bistro located right next to the hotel. Pietro is nice, sociable, the customer immediately becomes a friend. She loves cooking, local and organic products, and loves 70s / 80s music ... Leitmotif of our stay in Sila. La Sila is beautiful, spectacular ... Let yourself be amazed.
