I was there for my son's knee surgery, a very convenient location, just steps from the Del Sole clinic. The ambiance itself was nice, the room was clean, but the common areas were a bit less so. If you want, you can cook for yourself using the electric stove, with dishes and a few pans provided. In addition to the shared fridge, there's also one in the room. I'd recommend having the walls in the London room air-conditioned; humidity isn't healthy. Another tip: the mattresses are okay, but the pillows are incredibly uncomfortable and too thin. I had a stiff neck and pain, and unfortunately, I have a neck injury. I had no pain for the first two days, but from Saturday to Monday, my neck was stiff. In conclusion, B&B I Portici isn't bad.

Located near the Sant'Anna clinic and Villa del Sole and Ciaccio hospital, I highly recommend it.

My experience at this B&B was disappointing in many ways. The room was reasonably clean, but the bathroom was unacceptable: the toilet seat was dirty and even broken, a sign of a lack of attention to hygiene and maintenance. Furthermore, the breakfast was truly meager: just toast, jam, and pre-packaged supermarket croissants, accompanied by coffee or tea. Absolutely not what you'd expect from a B&B.
I had specifically requested a double room, and the owner had assured me it would be available. However, I ended up with two single beds separated, which was very uncomfortable. The most irritating thing was the owner's complete absence: she didn't show up and didn't even bother to contact me during my stay.
Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for decent accommodations and professional management.
The photos could be defamatory; it's best not to publish them!

I called late Monday afternoon to see if they had availability for a room, they didn't answer. I was later called back by a lady, I assume the owner, "I hope so." I gave her the dates and she said she had availability in two different properties, one day at the porticos and the other in a villa, I think... so far so good. I told her it wasn't a problem, but she told me she'd call back to confirm. Well, I'm still waiting for her to call. I tried to contact her again, but she never answered!! What can I say???
I don't understand what kind of politeness these people have. If there wasn't a room, she could have simply called or sent a WhatsApp message... oh no, she doesn't use WhatsApp, she doesn't even answer!! Congratulations, madam.

It was a fantastic stay. The owner was super helpful and even brought us pizza! I read that people wrote that they don't leave receipts, but that's not true! I paid and he gave me the receipt! Beautiful, truly super comfortable.
