We kicked off our honeymoon, a tour of the Amalfi coast. We arrived around midnight after a long drive from Rome.
Hotel staff had reserved us a parking space and asked ahead of time if we would like a cold supper put aside after our long journey.
The welcome in reception was warm, nothing was too much trouble and we even got champagne and a congratulations cake when we got into the room.
Throughout our stay all of the staff were incredible, remembering my gluten intolerance at breakfast, they even let us keep the car on site when we moved hotels to Positano.
The shuttle into down is well worth it and the drivers are so incredibly lovely. It's going to take a lot for any hotel elsewhere to match the magical experience we had here.
What an amazing location and hotel! Everything from the beautiful rooms to the exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. The entire team — from concierge and reception to the bar, room service, and restaurant — were outstanding. Always smiling and eager to help, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The shuttle service was so convenient and always on time, which made getting around effortless. The food was excellent, and the team made my wife’s special day dinner truly memorable.
I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect combination of location, quality, and genuine hospitality. We can’t wait to visit again!
Frankly, there is so much risk involved with milestone celebrations and I am so grateful that the entire hotel staff took care of business. They were professional before and after our one-night stay (only one night, but memories of a lifetime).
I would like to commend Concierge Rosita and Francesco, Donna Emma’s restaurant manager, for their leadership and service. Their passion and situational awareness, and that of the entire team, made a big difference.
Impressive family-owned hotel with expansion plans (adding boat service I think?). A lot more to say, but I will keep it brief and say thank you very much and I hope to see you again.

Rosita is amazing at her job, and it's clear she enjoys what she does. Her entire team was so attentive, not a beat was missed.
Best breakfast buffet I've had at any property I have stayed at, too. The restaurant is excellent!
