We stayed here for 5 nights.
We had two rooms, neither room had a view, unless you call a view of the kitchen and dining room a view. That was a strange feature and meant we couldn't open our windows and had no natural light in the rooms.
The rooms weren't huge but ample. Plenty of storage space. Plugs at bedside but no USBs. Small fridge is a nice touch. Bathrooms were clean and fresh towels daily.
They apartments are on the first floor which is accessible via a staircase or small elevator, please note you need 5 cents each time you use the lift. The apartments were incredibly noisy while we were there, I'm not sure if the large building just echos a lot or we were unlucky with what other guests were staying. Check-in was easy and super friendly. Mario couldn't have been more helpful and gave us local advice to help while we were staying. Our Italian is very basic but Mario's English is superb and his knowledge of Scottish football is amazing.
The apartments are super close to Central Station Garibaldi, so a great location.

This hotel could’ve been just another comfortable bed in a convenient location. But then you meet Mario. He’s got hospitality in his marrow, the kind of person who could captain a ship or helm the Four Seasons without breaking a sweat. It’s not just a job for him; it’s the way he navigates the world—with grace, calm, and a smile that could smooth out any storm. You’ll remember the bed, but you’ll remember Mario more. And one day, mark my words, someone important will see that in him too.

The B&B is in a great location, just steps from the train station and a short stroll to the city center. Carmine is a very kind man who welcomed us like a true Neapolitan, with warmth and cheerfulness. The room was large and spacious with a terrace where we had breakfast with our friends. The breakfast was simple but conveniently served in your room. Everything you need for a few days in Naples...comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality! Thanks for everything! See you next time!

We stayed here for 2 nights. Even they tried to do their best with our neighbors, we really had a nightmare with them, it was a family with a baby screaming and running most of the time they were in the room. This is the lottery you get sometimes, people who don’t know how to share a mutual space.

Very well located near the train station. Friendly staff. Breakfast not good at all.
They should really look into offering a better service compared to other hotels nearby with similar tariffs x night.

An absurd experience to say the least. I had asked if it was possible to check into the room a day earlier at 10:30 instead of 12. I arrived and was told the room wasn't ready, to come back at 11. We returned at 11:20, finally got in, sorted things out... after 10 minutes they knocked saying they had the wrong room. Result? That wasn't our room: they had given it to some Spanish guests who had arrived 4 minutes before us. We were kicked out and forced to wait another 2 hours, while our real room was still dirty. Absurd and unfair. The first room smelled terribly of dirty laundry and damp. The second room had clearly been previously occupied by someone with a dog: the cleaning was so "thorough" that the dog food was still on the floor 🤣. Better not talk about the smell... unbearable. We spent 3 nights like hell. The dirty sheets, still reeking of dog odor: a total disgrace. On Sunday, the room wasn't even cleaned because the cleaning lady was sick. I wonder: couldn't they have replaced her? Zero organization. Terrible and dangerous area, full of markets and gypsies. A structure with no humanity or understanding towards the customer. The only "positive note"? It's 3 minutes from the central station 🤣

Positive aspects: 1) kindness and availability of the owner to the private inconveniences of the customer (I had booked for check in 26-12 check out 28-12 for health reasons. The owner was understandable in having kept my reservation for check in 29-01-2025 and check out 01-01-2026); 2) room sufficiently clean upon arrival; NEGATIVE ASPECTS: 1) refrigerator in the room leaks water from underneath due to ice accumulated inside it that was not defrosted in advance with the risk of contact between electrical cables and water with the risk of electrocution; 2) intermittent hot water in the bathroom with enormous difficulty in taking a shower (owner's excuse, batteries not changed in time (checks must be done before the customer's arrival); 3) missing glass closing shower with flooding in the bathroom with every shower; 4) forced ventilation in the windowless bathroom, absent; 5) missing coat hook in the room; missing toilet paper holder in the bathroom; 6) Toilet seat found broken; poor breakfast with packaged products instead of fresh ones in a place that offers so many cheap delicacies; 7) Towels stained with makeup, not thoroughly cleaned from previous washes; 8) Used drinking water found in the refrigerator upon arrival. Poor attention from the owner, who charges around €130 per night for a room (other 3-star hotels offer a lower price and a buffet breakfast) for a service that doesn't even reach €90 per night for two adults and a child. DO NOT STAY HERE. It's better to pass up if you can't find better, but you can easily find better for €50 less per night.

Close to the train and subway station, this is a convenience. The rooms are spacious, renovated, and clean, even though it's located in a very neglected building on the outside. Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired, with packaged snacks.

TL/DR: Don’t waste your money at this place, it’s not a hotel and in a really unsafe neighbourhood. Don’t waste your money at this “hotel” (tbh I wouldn’t call it a hotel). I arrived there yesterday with my wife and didn’t even stayed because, we preferred to lose our money than to stay in a place where we felt unsafe. The street and neighbourhood looks really dangerous (and as a Brazilian I know exactly how to check if a place is safe or not), the “hotel” is actual and apartment at the 7th floor of a building with a paid and, according to the host, frequently broken elevator. I booked it via Booking and even informing about the time of arrival, I needed to wait for 10 minutes in a dirty and dark street for the person to help us on the check-in. When he arrived we tools the car to the parking which is close by (2 minutes walking) but you need to left the keys with the parking facility and it costs €20,00 per day. We decided to give it a a chance even being afraid of the neighbourhood since we would only stay for one night, so the guy who was helping us said that we could go up to the 7th floor and used a token to not pay the elevator, but he stayed at the ground floor, when we arrived the door of the “hotel” was closed so we tried to call the owner who speaks no English and made no effort to speak in Italian with my wife when we called him, so in the end he didn’t helped us, so we left after being in front of a closed door for about 15 minutes. After some time the property owner message me in English (probably using a translator) asking why I left and after some messages changed he mentioned that the guy was waiting for the elevator to be fixed, and he didn’t informed us because it’s common for a lift to be broken 😨.
