Vista Mare B&B in Sorrento

We just stayed here and absolutely loved our three days at Rafaela’s. She is so beyond sweet, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were extremely clean as well as the bathrooms. We felt comfortable and relaxed as if we were staying at a friend’s or family’s house. The terrace outside is spectacular and the breakfasts were sooo yummy. She also makes a delicious cappuccino! Highly recommend. 20/10 would go back!

Even before booking, Rafaella was attentive, friendly, timely, courteous and answered all my questions, which was reassuring and tempting. The booking process was seamless with her. As we pulled into her driveway, she was there to welcome my parents and me with her warm, big smile - it already felt like we'd known her forever and she lived up to all the expectations and more. You take a tiny lift up to her apartment and then....Big, spacious, airy, colourful, clean and tastefully decorated, and that's just the entrance and corridor! Our rooms were within a room - Rafaella had thought about everything - a little shoe rack, a mini fridge, a stand with kettle, teas, mugs, napkins and games in a little cupboard! Extremely thoughtful and super attentive to every necessity and detail. Then our rooms! Massive! Big beds, dressing tables mirrors, side tables, lamps, TV, cupboards. And a nice big bathroom with excellent hot water and powerful shower. There was nothing missing anywhere. Then The Terrace - biiig, clean, lovely plants, a swing, two gorgeous cats and sweeping views of the sea, rooftops and Vesuvius! This is where we enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast layed out by Rafaella with her love every moment (weatherpermitting) - local sweets, cheese, tomatoes, juice, cereals, bread, fruits and more. We had the best stay which Rafaella made possible - you can see her passion, love, commitment and hard work for her Vista Mare B&B and for all her guests - shevworks very hard every single day to keep up the standards. Exceptional stay with Rafaela who did everything possible to make our stay with her as wonderful as possible. Breakfast on the lovely rooftop was generous and delicious. The room, towels, and bedding were exceptionally clean. Our 2 bedroom accommodation with balcony was nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious. Location close to everything. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to others. Thank you Rafaela for such a wonderful stay. You are a beautiful person inside and out and my daughter and I will always have a special place in our heart and memories of our holiday in Sorrento.

This lovely B and B is just 2 minutes walk from Sorrento Station. Found on TA and booked via Booking .com. Excellent communication from the hostess Rafaella throughout. We booked the two bedroom family room. Fantastically clean. Comfortable beds. Lovely shower in the spotless bathroom. We stayed for 3 nights and spent two of those on the lovely rooftop terrace. We bought our own produce and Rafaella provided crockery/cutlery/glassware and even some lovely cakes. She wouldn't let us wash up either. Breakfast was good mix of continental and lovely coffee. The small price for the rooftop location is that it is on the fifth floor serviced by a small lift. However the lift always worked throughout our stay so no issue. Thoroughly recommended.

This place is absolutely wonderful! The rooms are genuinely the cleanest I have ever stayed in. My family stayed for 3 nights but I wish we could have stayed for more. Rafaella is a fantastic host and super attentive. I accidentally left a painting souvenir at the place as I was leaving and she came to the train station to bring it to me! I would have forgotten it otherwise. The breakfast in the morning is delicious and you must try her cappuccino. The view is also spectacular. It is also very close to the center so everything was walkable. I recommend anyone staying in Sorrento to stay here! Casa Bella!

We have had a wonderful stay! Rafaella is so lovely and attentive. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The outdoor terrace has a stunning view of Mount Vesuvius and the bay and is a perfect place to watch the sunset! Also, the breakfast is fantastic and the location is perfect!

This beautiful B and B has everything you could want. The room we stayed in (etnica) was spacious and beautifully decorated. I loved the little details like prosecco on arrival, restaurant recommendations in the room, and the lighting and music for extra atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop views are unbeatable. What makes this place truly special though is Rafaela, the host, who goes out of her way to care for her guests.

We have just had a wonderful 3 nights here and Rafaella is so welcoming and a lovely kind lady, she made sure our stay was just perfect, nothing was too much trouble. Great location very close to train station, 10min walk to the port and only a few mins to the shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and immaculate and we loved the balcony area. Breakfast was delicious. Lovely memories have been made here. Would highly recommend staying here.

PERFECT place! The most attentive host with a lovely home. The views are amazing, the breakfast was lovely and the location is a 5 minute walk from the main square. The room was spotless and spacious. 10/10 would recommend! We will definitely be going back!

We booked x2 rooms at Vista Mare, which is located a stone throw away from the Metro and shops. My 2 year old loved it here and she also loved the cat!! Raffaela is an incredible host and did everything to make us happy. (Sorry Raffaele for posting the review so late) Raffaela knew we were celebrating our Anniversary and put some balloons out for us on the Balcony! So sweet of her. I can't stop thinking of the views from the Balcony. Breakfast was lovely and everything local to the B&B. Raffaela, thank you for making our trip so special. We will be back!!
