We were allocated a room in a seperate villa, about 10 mins walk from the main hotel. Parking was available a few doors away in the grounds of an abandoned house.
Unfortunately the facilities described of a shop and on site restaurant were not correct, when we arrived all were under construction. The room was very basic and very old fashioned, the TV didn't work, no hot drink facilities, the shower was only a trickle and the room was very dark. This sadly was also the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in, with a train track meters away, meaning the room shook with the vibrations every time the train past. The last train was at 11pm but started very early at 6am, so waking us every morning...not great.
We could also hear all of the neighbours talking and moving around. For breakfast we had to walk back to the main hotel each morning, for a small continental breakfast. The staff were very pleasant, and the location could not be beat- opposite the Pompeii site- however we would not return.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean, nice and toasty. It is connected to their camp ground, which looked nice. The staff were all friendly. There is a cafe / restaurant / convenience store across the parking lot. It is close to the archeological park and a train stop. There were restaurants, shops and a grocery store in walking distance. We would be happy to stay again.

Excellent location, proximity to Pompeii Archeological Park was great, 5min walk to entrance and ticket booths. Laundry on site in campground section. Staff were professional and very helpful.

We had a great stay in Pompeii at Hotel Zeus. I only wish there had been screens on the windows since there are a lot of mosquitoes in the area. Otherwise the service was great and it’s a wonderful place to stay and very convenient.

Simple furnishings but very clean rooms. Classic tiles everywhere. Beds were decent. Breakfast was great, espresso bar, pastries (coronetto), yogurt, meats, cheese. Very friendly staff. Attendant baggage check while in Pompeii. Seconds walk from Pompeii entrance. Highly recommend.

The hotel's advantages are its surprisingly close proximity to the Pompeii train station exit and the entrance to the ancient city!
Since we were going to Sorrento the next day and didn't need to return to Naples, staying in Pompeii was more convenient. The hotel was also cheaper than staying in Naples or Sorrento.
If your itinerary is similar to mine—starting from Naples, visiting Pompeii one day and going to Sorrento the next—staying in Pompeii is definitely worth considering; it's economical and less tiring.
The downside is that there aren't many restaurants nearby after dark, and they're all several kilometers away. It's inconvenient without a car, so you'll have to find something quick and easy to eat.

Located on the ground floor, the hallway requires going up and down several steps, which is inconvenient. The bathroom is small. The most unsatisfactory aspect is the abundance of mosquitoes and flies. It faces the parking lot, making it noisy and dusty. Breakfast service was satisfactory. It's close to the entrance to Pompeii.

The location is good, 280 meters from the ancient city, with convenient parking. There is a Japanese restaurant run by Wenzhou people 400 meters away, and there is a light rail nearby. This hotel is worth the price. If you just want to sleep in, it is perfectly fine to visit Pompeii.
