Very nice cosy family hotel. The best breakfast I ever had in the hotels of such type. In addition to usual croissants and fruits, you will find yoghurts, cornflakes, prosciutto and cheese for toasts.
Tea area is in the corridor on the floor, next to my room and it was a little bit noisy from there but everything else was perfect. I had some rest before going to Pompei museum that is located 10 min walk from the hotel. T

The room was clean and decorative. It felt like home. the Staff was helpful. the breakfast was nice with a varieties of pastries,

A clean room with a warm welcome. The outdoor seating area was great as an extension of the room. The location was perfect for getting around Pompeii and the main train stations just a ten minute walk away. The additional tea and coffee area for the guests was a nice touch. The property was safe and secure so would recommend for single travellers too.

Beautifully rustic B&B with large, airy, spotlessly clean room and ensuite and lovely, homemade continental breakfast option. Tea/coffee making facilities and small fridge too. Close to train stations and short 7 minute walk to Pompeii. Hosts very friendly and helpful

A really lovely B&B easily walkable to the ruins and restaurants / New Pompeii. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Perfect for what we needed.

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. In the hallway tea, coffee and water available at all times. Breakfast was wonderful with some amazing pastries. Nice outdoor patio available. Get specific directions before you arrive. Bathroom small but manageable.

Liked that the location was walking distance to the ruins but on a very busy street. Dogs barking kept us up all night along with the constant traffic noise. We were in room 4 and had no hot water after a few minutes. Had to take a cold shower both days we were there. Rooms are small, not enough room to open 2 suitcases.

We had a wonderful stay at B&B Elena. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We loved having use of the balcony and being able to use the fridge and drink making facilities upstairs. We absolutely would stay again! Thank you 😊

Lovely stay had a problem with the mattress & it was sorted out that day really helpful couple no complaints at all apart from the dog barking might get on your nerves a bit.

Ok so some things weren’t the hotels vault but if u want to be able to sleep don’t go here. Hotel on a very busy road and it doesn’t get quite at any hour at all! The room was basic and bed comfortable to a degree… bathroom door had to be repaired while we was there toilet smelled of sewage broken floor tiles and broken curtains, aircon sounded like a jet taking off power sockets didn’t work.. there was 4 of us and we had 1 cup one suger one tea bag. The cleaning staff didn’t give us towels and left our room unlocked. The reception staff hardly knew any English and misinformed us when booking a tour of Vesuvius which cost us over €100. WiFi is terrible. Breakfast was very basic and two of the days they ran out of things 2 hours before breakfast ended. And the restaurant staff where rude and made us feel like an inconvenience. Yea manger was lovely but sorry not going to recommend

We stayed here for the last night and the room was rather tight and dark. But it was very convenient to the Pompei ruins and the basalica. The hostess - Ornella was very kind and attentive. Basic breakfast but they accommodated vegans with plant based milk. Excellent view of the ruins from the 4th floor breakfast bar.

Brilliant! We stayed in the superior suite with hot tub, the room is massive and equipped with everything you need, complimentary bath robes, slippers, Toothbrushes & paste, shaver and gel for him, nail file and cotton buds/pad for her, shower caps, 2 bars of soap & shampoo plus conditioner (although small, 1 use only they were lovely). The views are great, the breakfast is included and it was ok, (scrambled eggs & streaky bacon) the evening restaurant is top class, good service and divine food. Silver service in its finest, it's very busy though so a long wait is inevitable, but worth it. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful, the hot tub wasn't working properly but a mention to the staff and it was sorted. It's close to all our favorite restaurants too. So overall would definitely recommend and return.

Great hotel. Great location —walking distance to all of the entrances to the park. Friendly staff. Loved the room—which was in theme with Pompeii. Would absolutely stay here again. Staff was very nice. Also the restaurant in the hotel was amazing. This was our fav hotel we stayed at in while in Italy.

The Hotel location is unbeatable, literally in front of the Pompeii arena entrance. The Room is clean and with all you need, private bathroom and a fridge, bed is comfy. Personnel is welcoming and flexible, they allowed us to park the car in the parking lot, visit Pompeii Archeological Park and come back later to check in. I recommend this Hotel to everyone. u$s 130 per nigh.
