Hotel Riviera in Procida Island

All was good, however they change the price to the double without no reason. More of the staff was great except the receptionist who decided to double the price. To avoid the SCAM make sure to pay during checkin or in advance with full receipt.

One star is too much .. whoever puts more mind knowing they are lying ... Let's start the review by simply saying that as soon as we entered the room, we were faced with a scandalous situation to say the least .. a small bathroom with a shower all rusty and broken .. the white tile joints ... they were black .. there were towels on the bed that we hoped to use for a shower, but they were all dirty and stained and with hair stuck inside the fibers ... We made them change immediately, in the evening when we returned to our room before going to bed we realized that the sheets were also dirty .. stained with red spots of an indefinite nature. To conclude the situation inside the drawers some small animals like ants came out. Apart from the dirt of the room and the little care even in cleaning it afterwards, another thing to say is the breakfasts .... Service due to covid only at the table, with an incredible slowness. Besides, you could only choose croissants and some drinks but nothing more. In short, both the service and the internal hotel itself do not deserve even a star. The location is the view instead they are beautiful .. the terrace on the floor allows a breathtaking view of the whole coast .. very close to the beach and all the restaurants ... I conclude by giving 5 stars only to Vincenzo .. the gentleman who was at the reception who has undergone all my reminders above .. always understanding and ashamed also for the situation that was evident from the red dot .. cmq always very kind .. the only one always with a smile in his mouth ponto to greet if the hotel was his I'm sure it would be quite another thing .. with the potential that the structure could have.
