I’m honestly surprised by the negative reviews—this hotel absolutely deserves 5 stars. Everything was spotless, my room had all the essentials like a fridge, TV, hairdryer, and even a private terrace. The staff were incredibly kind and gave me great recommendations for exploring the island. Breakfast was varied and catered to all tastes (sweet/savoury options). The only downside is that the pool and private beach weren’t available during my stay since I visited in the off-season. But everything else was perfect!

Delightful little hotel just renovated in typical Mediterranean style. Spacious and tastefully furnished rooms. Staff at the level of an extra luxury 5 star. Located practically on the sea. And there is also free parking! Everything perfect, congratulations!

This is our fourth stay at this hotel. Thank you to Annarita for a warm welcome and especially for upgrading our room to the one with a huge terrace on the ground floor. We were more than happy. This made our stay magnificent! Breakfasts have become even better this year. We liked everything! We would also like to thank Enzo for always being helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and abundant breakfast with quality products. As for the connection, the tree is located close to the city bus stop which reaches the center in 10 minutes.

Everything was what we hoped for and more .. the staff are so obliging and courteous.. the breakfast , rooms and service was first class ..especially Rosa. a beautiful hotel set in a wonderful location on a convenient bus route. This enabled us to see more of this lovely island .. we didn’t want to leave .

Stay as part of a tour of the three islands Ischia Procida and Capri Regarding the hotel on our arrival dirty swimming pool with greenish water lined with three dirty deckchairs and rat boxes Lunch worthy of a non-star hotel Room overlooking the very very noisy street The worst to come despite decent cuisine we dined in a restaurant on the other side of the street resembling more of a snack bar where we had two days in a row a visit from a rat who did not did not shock the staff who seemed used to it. The only solution provided was to eat in a room of the hotel even though the cooking was always done in the same place. We refused and had to dine outside. Stay wasted by this hotel

The swimming pool is a green paddling pool, the half board is not good. The reservation of dishes is made in the morning on a short list and you eat cold with slow service. The dishes are lukewarm at best. The rooms are OK but the toilets leak. When reported, the proposed remedy is to close the bathroom door.

We only stayed in this hotel for one night and we were lucky! The only positive thing I can say is the excellent air conditioning in the room, otherwise it's a shame! We start at check out with a gentleman, I think the Manager, who took him 1 hour to assign us the room! Absolutely incompetent! All this without air conditioning either in the reception or in the breakfast room! The breakfast leaves something to be desired! Few products and even poor ones! Only one poor girl served coffee and cappuccinos and the rest were undrinkable! For me they should review everything and above all the prices and for what you offer you are also very expensive! Never again!
