Europa in Ischia Town

We stayed here for 4 nights in early October and loved it.

Check-in was from 12pm which is really handy and we received a warm welcome from staff on arrival. Our room was spacious, bright and clean with a great view of the castle from the balcony. Breakfast was included and was really good - plenty of options to set you up for the day. All the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Location is good - 20 mins walk down to the port, 10/15 mins to Ischia Ponte/castle, 5 mins to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. There are also excellent bus connections to other parts of the island.

The hotel has a thermal pool which is full each day from about 13:30 - drains then refills overnight. It was nice to relax here in the afternoon, the water temp is perfect.

On our final day we went on a boat trip organised by the hotel. It went around the whole island with stops for swimming and a short break in Sant'Angelo which is only accessible by boat (no cars). Lunch and wine were also included which was a nice touch. The 2 brothers from the hotel were really knowledgeable about the island and made everyone feel at ease. It was an amazing day!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay here and will definitely be back in 2026!

We had one of the best experiences of our lives in this warm, family-run hotel. The staff is beyond lovely and accommodating, with a fantastic (yet respectful!) sense of humour, the breakfast is homemade and finger-licking good, the room was comfortable and quiet - we honestly could not have asked for more. The rooms were very nice and the staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly! Breakfast at the hotel is also very nice and offers a good selection. The thermal pool is also very nice.

Special thanks to the brothers Andreas and Antonio who took us on the boat tour around the island. It was an extremely amazing and beautiful (I believe they do the boat tour every Wednesday). Would highly recommend people to stay here and would love to stay here again

This was our 2nd stay at the hotel as we were here last year around the same time... It's a really nice family run hotel and everyone there is warm and friendly to talk to, and very helpful with any questions or requests... The heated thermal pool is a great way to relax and the restaurant menu is always worth trying as it changes every day. This way you know it's fresh food being served each evening! We look forward to our next stay there 👍🇮🇹

Rustic and charming family owned. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean and homey. This charming hotel is at the center of everything and it’s quick walk to your destination. Would totally stay here again. The nicest people.

I love this hotel sofar. Nice peaceful carm atmosphere. Lovely family hotel . Cleen rooms Near to allmost every spiaggia and castello. Nice breakfast and gentillisimo cameriere. We come back. This is my kind of 3 star hotel. Hope they improve the pool.
