From the minute you step into the property, you are treated as royalty. The food is amazing, the staff top notch and the view from the room is like no other. Definitely a 15/10.

Great location, amazing ambiance with art throughout and an absolutely wonderful staff. The views from our room (305) are exceptional - with two balconies overlooking the Bay of Napoli and Mt Vesuvius

We didn’t stay or eat here but just had drinks on the terrace. What an absolutely astounding place. Great service, bit expensive as you would expect but not prohibitively so

We were traveling with a child with a nut and egg allergy and an adult with a gluten intolerance and the staff went above and beyond to serve us the most amazing food

Additionally we did a cooking class at the hotel’s villa Capo Santa Fortunata with our host Teresa and a wonderful chef

Just close enough to be quick trip but far enough away to not be in the crowds. With pool, beach, multiple food options, elegance and to top it off incredible staff. We cannot say enough good things about our stay

I had the most amazing 3 day stay at the Hotel Parco dei Principi in Sorento. The hotel has the most amazing views of the sea anywhere - the rooms are quiet and the beds very comfortable

The breakfast buffet was okay, it was a bit heavy on the breads/carbohydrates for me. The interior of the of the hotel was all different hues of blues to match the Gulf of Naples!

The restaurant is outstanding and I had some great meals. I have to add that Jana arranged a private day tour to Pompeii and Herculaneum which was a real highlight of my stay

Room was big, we had a balcony looking over the beautiful gardens. The cliff location was amazing with incredible views, sunsets, etc! Would book here again every time

Want a towel for the pool area? They'll bring you one but they won't lay it out for you. Nor do they ask if you would like water or a menu. They never bring any type of standard accompaniment (crisps, nuts, olives etc

This hotel is the best! Location on the Bay of Naples, beautiful setting and beautiful property! Awesome breakfast, great staff and great restaurant! Walking distance to everything that you want, scenery, dining, shopping and more

You're basically on your own after the towel and you have to physically get up to flag them down to take any type of order. Same goes for anywhere else in this place

This was one of our favorite hotels we stayed in. The grounds were gorgeous and we were finally able to relax for a little while outside while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The beauty of this place is unparalleled

Amazing property in Sorrento, beautiful hotel, great restaurants, and bars, nice pool and beach club.

Food was excellent. Staff was very helpful and the SUV to airport was safe and comfortable.

They catered to our every need and made sure that we were comfortable and happy at all times. Our room was upgraded to a beautiful garden suite with a private terrace and other extra amenities

And the sunsets — especially from the rooftop — are something we’ll never forget. Watching the sky fade into soft pinks over the marina with a glass of wine in hand was truly magical

We only wish the menu at the beach resort had better offerings. If going to Sorrento look no further! Stay here without a doubt!!

Max Pollio at the front desk said that he would continue to contact the police at the station in an attempt to find my bag. It was a new suitcase but I had a new (never worn) 700EU pair of Ferragamo shoes in there

The views, the room and amenities, the service, the beach club, the drinks, this hotel had it all! Also, the best hotel shower we have ever encountered!! The comfort of the beds, pillows and every aspect of the room were unmatched

The room is big and we got lots of bath accessories, clean towels, baby carriage and help in everything we needed. Great location, amazing view also from the 5th floor. Close to the sea, special exit, close to the center

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a joy - being served rather than having a buffet - by staff who went the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. The views from the terrace were fantastic.

The location and scenery were so great! If you want to visit the Amalfi coastline, I really recommend staying in Sorrento. It's much quieter than Positano and Amalfi

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the station and the pier, with an unbeatable view to enjoy the sunset, and the breakfast is average

There's a walk down the steps to the pool and then to the sea with crystal clear waters. Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the central square Piazza Tasso, 15 mins to the ferry port and 20 mins to the Marina

The hotel has clearly been recently renovated, the rooms retained an old world charm but had modern spec. Staff were wonderful from the front of desk, porters, restaurant, terrace, cleaners and pool staff

Overall a good stay and definitely recommended if you want a private beach, otherwise you might want to find a newer hotel

We lived our stay here. The hotel is beautiful & the view from the deck is breathtaking. The service is outstanding with a special shoutout to Andrea and Carmine.

So unless you want so spend a lot on cabs getting around and getting to the ferries departing to Capri, Positano, Amalfi & Ischia from the Marina Grande, this a a great place to stay and avoid all that! Would definitely stay here if going to Sorrento!

We had a really special 5-day stay at the Europa Palace, in a lovely room with an incredible view of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. We did a lot of research beforehand because of the mixed older reviews

Exemplary resort visit I thought this place was great! private beach with elevator to the bottom, food was good, service always friendly, close enough to walk into the action of downtown but far enough not to get hassled by it

The hotel has its own private beach, which was so convenient and relaxing. Be prepared to walk at least 20 minutes into town on a hill

We loved La Tonnarella and plan to return. The staff was kind and helpful. The restaurant, beach, and the view were incredible.

One of the best hotels we have ever had the pleasure of staying. We had a spacious corner room with a huge balcony. The staff were amazing, pleasant, and thoughtful. The food in the restaurant was excellent

The views, the room, the balcony, the breakfast & the staff were all wonderful. This was a great quiet place for us to stay in Sorrento and take a tour to Amalfi, Positano, & Ravello

The private beach and bar major perk and reward for descending stairs (which you should be prepared for)! Given that it is a bit further from Sorrento center, they offer a shuttle service to downtown (you have to sign up for the rides ahead of time), but it was easy enough to taxi to and from the train station

The serene location and privacy of the accommodations were perfect, and the resort grounds are incredible. There were lots of trails through lush foliage including olive and lemon trees

The offerings at the restaurant for breakfast (which was included) and dinner varied and were delicious. The staff including their fur friends were friendly, accessible and attentive

I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Sorrento. The location is great, only about an 8-10 minute walk to the main plaza in town. The rooms and breakfast area are exactly as you see in the photos online

Everything was clean, comfy, very modern, and the funky blue lights in the room and shower were a nice touch. The breakfast was great every morning and Lupe made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible

The B&B is in a wonderful location in Sorrento, very easy to get to the train station, bus depot and ferry. The rooms are very clean and well decorated, with a group kitchen right as you walk in

We stayed there for two nights during this Christmas vacation. Little off the city center or the port of Sorrento, but still only 10 mins walk from the downtown area and the railway station

We stayed in Positano room! Very nice room! Building is less than 5 minutes to the city center. Breakfast is served at Mag Cafe (1 croissant, 1 cafe, 1 orange juice).

Lupe is a fabulous host and keeps the place clean and even greets you when you arrive. The breakfast had a great selection and Lupe made us cappuccinos every morning

Breakfast which was enough to keep us going for the morning and was served in the balcony of our room with the view of the Vesuvius. We would definitely stay at this property when we visit Sorrento again

The only downside to this property was that it did not have a long mirror but only had 1 mirror in the bathroom. However we told the landlord & she said that she will be doing a long mirror in the property

The property is situated very close to the centre but in a quieter area. It was very spacious and kept very clean everyday. The landlord was very helpful & always tried to help

Cute B&B! Very close to the train station and bus stop which made it easier to travel around. Reception was very welcoming and provided clear instructions on checking in/out.

Good location near the city center, train and bus station, and car rental in Sorrento. The city is surprisingly vibrant

The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the bathroom facilities were good quality, with excellent shower pressure, which was much appreciated after hours of hiking
