Very nice hotel as you would expect from Hilton. The people were friendly and the accomodations were 1st. Class. Good location, just a short walk into town especially if you take the hidden ally behind the gate at the end of the street. The only minor issue was there was some noise during the day from renovations at the hotel. It's a minor trade off to have properly maintained accomodations.
Beautiful common areas. We loved hanging out in the bar/lounge area. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options for anyone to choose. The rooms are a little on the smaller size, but with a beautiful view if you are on the ocean side. The beds were ok, you can feel the age in the mattress, hence a little uncomfortable. Perfect location for a hotel, short walk to the center when needed. Everyone...
We stayed for the 2nd time at the Hilton Sorrento Palace. We were so excited to come back to this beautiful hotel. I will say you really have to be selective of the room type you choose. Our first visit we had an oceanfront room. This time we did not upgrade and chose a garden view room. Definitely a mistake. We were initially assigned a room literally in the basement. After complaining we were assigned...
🌿 A Slice of Paradise at Hilton Sorrento Palace From the moment we arrived, the Hilton Sorrento Palace felt like a serene escape. The lush gardens surrounding the hotel are absolutely stunning—perfect for a morning stroll or simply soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. We loved the variety of activities available, especially pedal tennis and yoga sessions that added a refreshing touch to our stay. ...
Great hotel. Very well run. Super efficient, clean and professional. Excellent breakfast and fantastic waiters in the bar. It’s a 12 min walk to the centre of Sorrento so it’s away from the intensity of the town but close enough to be easily accessible. Lovely pool, lots of loungers and a generally calm and upmarket ambiance. The manager does a fabulous job of setting high standards across the board...
The room was a decent size and modern. The rooftop garden was great for watching the sunset. The volcano was visible from every room. The hotel is well-equipped and within walking distance of the city center.

This hotel is breathtaking . It’s a mere 7 minute walk to the main square the hotel is beautiful . The staff is amazing . It’s not far from bus loop But would say 15 minute walk with suitcases . Definitely a great place to stay
Elegant first class accommodation. Parking available. Friendly, professional staff. Comfortable, spacious room with beautiful view.
Everything about this property was great! Our room was great, the staff was nice and helpful. The only thing that would be nice is if the gym opened earlier then 8am.
This hotel was one of the most beautiful we have every stayed in! The grounds were lush, views from our room were breath taking & the staff did everything possible to elevate our stay. We loved the breakfast included, and also thought the location was perfect as it was a 5 minute walk to the main ***** of Sorrento. The multiple pools & amenities included took it to another level! Would recommend to...
Great location. Excellent staff. Facilities excellent.Overall wonderful stay.
We had such a great stay. The town square is a short 5-7 minute walk. Room service and anything you needed was delivered asap. The staff are so polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. Eggs your way, fruits cereals , baked goods. And endless prosecco. Would come back. Room 338 , private great view

My room had one of the most beatiful views ever. Shutter trip to Sorrento were very convenient and on time. Service at the front desk did everything possible to facilitate day trips to several places. Everything on time. I felt like everything was taylored for me.
Hotel provided an upgrade with a balcony of all of Sorrento, Naples, and Mt. Vesuvius. Loved and appreciated it.
Great location but far from everything, they have shuttle but once an hour which is not very convenient
The hotel was amazing - the staff was very accommodating and the views were great. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. They really make you feel tended to and are lovely people. The rooms could have been cleaner - found some small hairs around that could have been easily vacuumed. Outside of that, loved the room. The hotel breakfast is OK decent variety and a pretty robust...
Beautiful view of the bay of Naples from the Hotel. The shuttle to and from town was excellent allowed us to visit town for ahopping/dinner without the addrd expense of a cab fare each way. Pool and service was excellent...we will be back.
The food at the restaurant and the service were top notch, the staff is very professional and charming. The rooms are well lit and plenty of amenities.

Room was clean and staff helpful and friendly. The air-condition barely worked so our room was warm and muggy.
The property was beautiful and filled with amenities. Located within walking distance of shopping, the station, and the water. The room was clean except for one towel. Staff replaced the towel quickly.
Lovely hotel in quiet part of town, lovely staff, great breakfast buffet, nice large pool on the main floor. Within walking distance to the town. Lots of nearby restaurants.
One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Do yourself a favor and get a room with a balcony, the view is incredible. The include breakfast buffet has everything (even for picky American eaters like my spouse) and it’s around the corner from the main shopping street in sorrento with all the stores and restaurants. I will definitely be back!
Overall, I would rate Hotel Conca park a solid 4.0. It’s a lovely hotel, ideally located within walking to the heart of Sorrento. The staff was excellent and very helpful with restaurant recommendations, calling a taxi, scheduling tours to Positano and Amalfi. The entry way is an art gallery of amazing modern art which I admired daily on our walks in/out of the hotel. If walking 400m frequently is...

Everything was wonderful Staff, room.local, cleanliness,& all around good feeling
We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Flora. The hotel is modern, accessible, and in a great location—just a short 7–10 minute walk to the center of Sorrento. We were pleasantly upgraded from a deluxe room to a suite with breathtaking views of the volcano and ocean. The staff were friendly, though service could be a bit more polished. Overall, a wonderful property with stunning views and an ideal...
Bed was comfortable and internet was fast. Needed to work remotely and was able to be productive using their WiFi.
Ask for new section of the hotel Location is good. We stayed at the old part of the hotel, AC is controlled by the front desk. Hair dryer was not working. Bathroom is very old. Picture shows the new part of the hotel which is much better. My first room was right next to an antique elevator.its impossible to sleep even with my ear plugs. Staffs are very friendly.
What an amazing experience! I booked an Airbnb that was not ideal and made this booking last minute. I liked it so much I stayed an extra day! So convenient, every single person that helped us was amazing and close to everything. I think I’m dove with Airbnb’s from now on. Beautiful property!
Location location location this is a great place to stay close to so many great places to visit like Positano for example. Daniella goes the extra mile to help you with everything and from here you can go everywhere if you want to.

Enjoyed a week's stay here, but expected more of a 4-star hotel. The room was spotlessly clean but basic and not that functional - it lacked storage space with only a wardrobe, which, although provided plenty of hanging space, had no drawers or shelving. There were only 2 plug sockets, 1 in the bedroom and the other in the bathroom - not handy for charging. There was no mirror at the table in the...
Fantastic, just about perfect. The staff were friendly, appeared interested in us. They helped my wife who is learning Italian.
The views from the hotel of the Bay of Naples & Vesuvius are incredible! The pool, sun bed terrace & outside dining area are very nice. The hotel interior, however, has a budget feel to it and the so called “Superior” Room we had was tiny, poorly furnished (with no bedside tables, no chest of drawers & only a single wardrobe each with no shelves in it. The artwork in the room was creased paper posters...
My wife and I stayed here for 3 days on our honey and we would definitely recommend. The room and pool views are spectacular. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt accommodated. Transportation from the hotel to the Sorrento bus station was included and also very reliable. A big thank you to the staff for making our honeymoon experience enjoyable!
The location is very pretty high up but you need to take a shuttle which runs every hour and 15 minutes so not very easy. There is young lady at the front desk that does not seem to want to do her job regarding helping guests. They went into our rooms even after informing them not to do so. They do not have do not disturb signs!!!! The shuttle goes around picking up other guests without letting you...
This is a great hotel with a beautiful view over the bay of Naples, an excellent restaurant and wonderful staff. However, it is spoiled by an apparent reliance on American tour groups which arrive in hordes, act as if they own the place and are generally rude, loud and arrogant.

The hotel rooms are dated and definitely need renovation. However, the breakfast was awesome, with a wide variety of high-quality options. We stayed here as a couple at the beginning of summer and I would describe the hotel as average. The food was quite limited and a bit hit and miss, as were the drinks. We stayed at this hotel in October 2025 and cannot understand the negative reviews as we had a completely different experience. This hotel is perfect for what you pay. People need to remember that. I am going to address some of the silly comments. Carpet in corridors...of course they have marks, 100's of people walking on them daily. Glasses and plates...it is the guest's that leave them there. A great hotel in the most perfect location, a little dated but it has a true Italian charm, the newly refurbished rooms are excellent and very comfortable. I would highly recommend.
They need to renovated bathrooms. The breakfast menu very poor.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Beautiful view, comfortable bed, clean room, and great breakfast. No parking onsite, but they will valet car for you, which is nice. The breakfast was amazing, unfortunately, the rooms are small but very clean. Overall great stay. It’s very close to the train station, which makes it a perfect location. But at the same time, because of the location it doesn’t have great views. It has 2 pools, they close at around 6 pm, which is early. And both of them are small.

Hotel Astoria has the charm of an Italian kiss! Its position in the heart of the old town of Sorento, its spotless rooms with beautiful Itallian tiles of white, blue and yellow (a region's trademark), its giardino with lemon, tangerine, vine and laurel, its trully delicious south Italian cuisine and most of all, its warm and friendly staff - make you feel you have finally arrived home to your family...
This is a hidden gem 😁 Really cosy and clean family driven hotel. Because it's right in the charming (and authentic) old part of Sorrento, you need to walk the last 100 meters from Piaza St. Antonino. So this is not a handicap friendly hotel, due to the placement, but this is the only minus. Also on a personal note (me being a "big" person, I felt accommodated with large chairs and big a shower).

The staff was exceptional! Our room was beautiful and the views were stunning. The breakfast was delicious and the view was again amazing! I will definitely recommend this property to my friends and family!
Chiara was very friendly at check in and then an older gentleman at breakfast was very courteous each morning. The breakfast was great in comparison to most inclusive breakfasts. The room had an amazing view of the gulf.
While staying there, there was a terrible ant problem. At first I noticed a bunch in the bathroom, but then I woke up to ants all over the nighttable and the extra sofa bed in our room. When I reported it, they said they'd send someone up. A man came in and spray stuff all over. No one followed up to apologize... It was disappointing.
Nice hotel with a quiet location. But they ran out of shampoo and body wash and the reception doesn’t know where it is and don’t have extra around.
Our stay at the Regina Hotel in Sorrento was absolutely amazing! The room was breathtaking — we were upgraded to one with two balconies and the most incredible view of Mount Vesuvius. Room Decor: Spacious but dated, not detrimental to the stay. Bedding and Towels: Normal and comfortable. Service: The refrigerator was empty, not even with water. No slippers (common in Italian hotels). Location: Not in downtown Sorrento, but up in the mountains. While there is a shuttle, it was rainy and windy the night we arrived, and we waited over 20 minutes for one. Taking a shuttle from the hotel...
Really outdated rooms and the property.
Couldn't fault the staff and service here. Lovely Setting, handy shuttle bus, Pepe's cappuccinos in the morning are the best. Huge thanks to Ernesto for organising our Amalfi and Positano trip. Also to Philippe for all the lifts and his restaurant recommendation.
The room is big, the attitude is good, but it is a bit far and the transportation is not convenient
The view from the balcony is outstanding. The location is good, 20-30 mins walk from the town centre but there’s a shuttle that can take you into town or back to the hotel multiple times per day. The pool is clean, cool and rarely busy. The breakfast is decent and the staff there are very friendly and attentive. Sorrento is an expensive place to stay and Johanna Park represents good value for money
This hotel is family-owned and they are so welcoming and hospitable! The view from our room, the roof, and the pool are of the sparkling Mediterranean and the coast of Italy. It is even set in the middle of lemon and olive orchards.
