The hotel - there are better places as a venue for conferences, great. Conference for 500 people was perfectly organized, with no queues and delays. Rooms are comfortable.

Very nice hotel as you would expect from Hilton. The people were friendly and the accomodations were 1st

Good location, just a short walk into town especially if you take the hidden ally behind the gate at the end of the street. The only minor issue was there was some noise during the day from renovations at the hotel

It's a minor trade off to have properly maintained accomodations

We loved hanging out in the bar/lounge area. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options for anyone to choose. The rooms are a little on the smaller size, but with a beautiful view if you are on the ocean side

Then a nice bottle of Prosecco was delivered once we were in our room. The bartender Giovanni was so nice and helpful. Great man to talk to and made absolutely wonderful cocktails

It’s a mere 7 minute walk to the main square the hotel is beautiful. It’s not far from bus loop But would say 15 minute walk with suitcases. Definitely a great place to stay

Everything about this property was great! Our room was great, the staff was nice and helpful. The only thing that would be nice is if the gym opened earlier then 8am.

This hotel was one of the most beautiful we have every stayed in! The grounds were lush, views from our room were breath taking & the staff did everything possible to elevate our stay

The town square is a short 5-7 minute walk. Room service and anything you needed was delivered asap. The staff are so polite and helpful. Eggs your way, fruits cereals , baked goods. Room 338 , private great view

Beautiful view of the bay of Naples from the Hotel. The shuttle to and from town was excellent allowed us to visit town for ahopping/dinner without the addrd expense of a cab fare each way. Pool and service was excellent

My family and I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was excellent, and the bus driver was the nicest person. We enjoyed a great view of the ocean from our rooms, and we will definitely return

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is truly beautiful, with amazing views all around. From the top floor, the view of Mount Vesuvius is especially stunning — it’s a must-see and perfect for taking photos

The rooms could have been cleaner - found some small hairs around that could have been easily vacuumed. Outside of that, loved the room. The hotel breakfast is OK decent variety and a pretty robust juice jar

My room had one of the most beatiful views ever. Shutter trip to Sorrento were very convenient and on time. Service at the front desk did everything possible to facilitate day trips to several places

The include breakfast buffet has everything (even for picky American eaters like my spouse) and it’s around the corner from the main shopping street in sorrento with all the stores and restaurants

The staff was excellent and very helpful with restaurant recommendations, calling a taxi, scheduling tours to Positano and Amalfi

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Do yourself a favor and get a room with a balcony, the view is incredible

It’s in the original villa and are two rooms combined into a guest suite. Generously sized bedroom and living room with a dining table that could accommodate 6 easily. The armoires and fireplace were a beautiful touch

Our room was beautiful! Highly recommend room #143 with 2 balconies overlooking the pool and garden, beautiful view of the Mediterranean in the distance and direct access to the lemon garden, pool and restaurant

Excellent hotel! Close to the beach (10 minutes walk), close to the central part of Sorrento (2 minutes walk ) and close to the train station (6 minutes walk)

The hotel is clean, safe and it has a good breakfast, the receptionists are nice and helpful

The only downside was breakfast was a bit lacking, and the coffee machine needs throwing out - this is Italy, serve me espresso in the morning! The only option is to go off site for a breakfast coffee as I was not allowed to get a cappuccino/espresso from the bar when breakfast was being served

Staff friendly and breakfast was okay, nothing special by any means but it was sufficiently okay. We had a balcony view out to sea, was great view in the morning being on the top floor! Bellissimo

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Sorrento, couldn't get any closer to the hustle and bustle, but set back and away from noise. The room was very clean and modern with a huge terrace

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was our favorite hotel from the trip. The room was very nice, high end features and staff was great. We used the rooftop pool quite a bit with drink and food service it was very good

It's very centrally located and walking distance to everything, they also helped with car service for us to the airport. The only thing that wasn't great was breakfast, but that was probably personal preference

We had a first-class experience at this hotel. The room was large and very comfortable, with beautiful blue and white decor and tile work. We appreciated the stunning rooftop bar and the generous breakfast

To get to the hotel from the ferry, (from Naples) we walked from the port to the right past the beach clubs, and took the public lift up to the city center

It was a €1,20 fee but we paid it gladly to get up top! Only a three block walk from the top of the lift. We would love to return some day!

The location is good, right next to the bus station. The rooftop pool is beautiful, but you have to go early to watch the sunset in the evening. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony in the room

Shout outs to Mario and Cristina as well as the other front desk staff. The hotel and room were in excellent condition with a vintage style. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool!

If you want a relaxed holiday with a warm friendly welcome ,set away from the main hustle and bustle but within a short walking distance of the main square in Sorrento, then this place is for you! Set in a mix of Olive, Lemon and Lime trees, Villagio Verde is a little gem

No sunbed wars here!the sun beds are 5 Euros a day and include a padded mattress and light towel. There is a small bar which also offers food 12-2 each day. The food is lovely and we really enjoyed our lunch on pool days

They showed us to our chalet, showed us around the site and helped us book our tickets to local attractions as well as any trips we wanted to go on at a much cheaper rate than the holiday companies were offering

The bathroom is extremely small, requiring one person to squeeze through, and the shower area is even worse – unclean and old, making it almost impossible to move around inside; showering is very difficult for anyone over 1

It's fine if you don't have luggage, but if you do, it takes about 20 minutes to drag your suitcase, which is a bit of a hassle. I strongly advise against staying here if you have high standards for hygiene

Other than that, the kitchen staff were great, the room was clean but every room only accommodating for two people including only two chairs on the small balcony

If you are coming here for the Jacuzzi don't bother. They dont heat it, and will gaslight you to think that a jacuzzi is supposed to be cold

The only advantage is its proximity to the station, making transportation convenient, and it's not far from the pier

Maybe I booked a basic double room, the facilities in the room are really simple. The breakfast on the top floor is OK, the layout is also old-fashioned. The view from the window seat is still good.

Ask for new section of the hotel Location is good. We stayed at the old part of the hotel, AC is controlled by the front desk. Picture shows the new part of the hotel which is much better

Room was excellent, spotless, facilities were very good. One receptionist was abrupt and after failing to return our documents was offhand. Shuttle to and from Sorrento was a huge bonus

The hotel has beautiful scenery, the sea view is amazing, the food is delicious, I like breakfast and ordering, the most important thing is that there is a free shuttle bus, I booked several nights, it is very convenient to go back and forth to the hotel every day, which is suitable for us Chinese, there are singers singing in the hotel at night, the price is similar to that outside, it is good

If you miss it, transportation will be troublesome if you don't drive. The downside is that the soundproofing in the room is not very good, and it is easy to hear the conversations of the neighbors

The staff was always around to assist, and their knowledge of English made everything seamless. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, and I truly felt like I was in the best hands

I love watching the sunrise here! The hotel is right on the cliff and you need to drive yourself or take the hotel shuttle bus to get up. You need to pay attention to the hotel shuttle bus, which is very punctual

We had an issue with the drain in the shower being blocked, but this was quickly fixed after it was reported. The breakfast was disappointing as it was basic, with little variation over the course of the week

Had lunch here and one night for dinner - the food was good but not exceptional. There are much better places in the town for food. The big plus point of the hotel is the pool area

The hotel interior, however, has a budget feel to it and the so called “Superior” Room we had was tiny, poorly furnished (with no bedside tables, no chest of drawers & only a single wardrobe each with no shelves in it

The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the city center, which is very convenient. If the rooms are renovated, this hotel could easily be considered a 5-star property

There is also a rooftop with an amazing view and live music, which adds to the overall experience. We had a one-night à la carte dinner, and the quality was amazing

The staff were lovely, special mention to Teresa the manager, she was so organised and friendly, she organised our transfers to and from the airport, also a trip we requested. The room was really nice and quiet

On October 10th of 2025 Samantha and I were married at the Bellevue Syrene Hotel. We could not have asked for a more magical and memorable day. It truelly was the best day of our lives

They even picked up on aspects that we completely forgot about! I was amazed at the service provided by the entire venue. From the doormen staff to the valletting service, reception, kitchen staff and servers

In American ratings, I would likely give it 4 star as things were a bit sparse in the room in terms of a warm and cozy feel. But it was very lovely, clean and the staff was awesome

The hotel also provides a bus shuttle service into town once an hour, so that is something to take into consideration when booking tours etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Hotel la Vue D'Or

some areas of the hotel /decor are a little dated but it poses no real problem Food had a good selection bearing in mind this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel food was plentiful

Just close enough to be quick trip but far enough away to not be in the crowds. With pool, beach, multiple food options, elegance and to top it off incredible staff. We cannot say enough good things about our stay
