Loved this place, breakfast delightful, location was perfect. Didn’t like not having a window; price should have been adjusted.
Although the hotel is not the fanciest hotel in the area, the stay was pleasant. The breakfast was a wonderful. Room was small but cleaned everyday. The location is closed to the main square with great restaurants, great shopping, close to taxi stand, train and buses.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to stay at this place!
Had an amazing stay, staff is very helpful, great coffee and location is spot on!
Excellent hotel! Close to the beach (10 minutes walk), close to the central part of Sorrento (2 minutes walk ) and close to the train station (6 minutes walk). The hotel is clean, safe and it has a good breakfast, the receptionists are nice and helpful. Totally recommend it.
Such friendly and welcoming staff who are more than happy to share their knowledge of the area. Rooms are modern and clean. Hotel is in a great central location and has a lovely cold, deep pool. Would certainly recommend!

Loved the hotel and the location, breakfast was amazing. The only thing was missing was the room service and the coffee maker in the room.
We spent 5 days at the hotel. Staff were excellent, helping with arranging two tours and answering any questions we had. Due to the time of year, central air had already been turned off, so the room remained a little warm, but not overly hot. If there is one area to improve, it would be the mattress on the bed. The current mattress was very firm and somewhat uncomfortable as we could start to feel...
The staff were good, great location and good breakfast. Our shower could be better along with air con. But overall a good experience
Staff was very nice. They helped with anything. Location was close enough to things but required a decent amount of walking to major areas. But we liked that our area was quiet and we had a balcony with a view.
Breakfast was beautiful and so was the staff! Lovely and convenient rooms for your trip to Sorrento
Overall, we had a positive stay at this hotel in Sorrento. The location is perfect — right at the end of a lively high street with fantastic restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and only 15 minutes down to the ferry port and beaches (though be prepared for some steps). The breakfasts were a real highlight, with fresh omelettes made to order and a nice selection of other options, all enjoyed with beautiful...

had a nice stay here with my husband and kid. we have a 1 year old and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable with traveling with a toddler. view from our hotel was beautiful and our room was clean. we loved the waterfall showerhead!
Came to Hotel Il Faro in July on a Sunday after being unable to get into any of the beach clubs in town. After what felt like a year of searching, the front end man at the hotel was outside when we approached, saw our irritation, and accepted us into the hotel quickly and with immaculate service to go spend time at the pool on the rooftop. One of the best views we had the entire time, beautiful amazing...
Whilst the staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were not worth the price. Room walls were the thinnest of any hotel I’ve been in, you could hear every creek and every conversation from the rooms next door, and every conversation in the hallways. Rooms were also very small. Breakfast quality varied based on when you arrived. If you come down anytime after 8:30am, many items are out of stock. If...
Best for location if you are arriving by ferry. The service was very good as well and friendly staff. There is a bus stop right across as well if you need to get to the railway station.
Nice hotel and they made my day by giving us ocean view room even though we didn’t book it. Good people and very clean
The hotel is located right in front of the ferry exit but far from the city center, shops and restaurants. We were greeted by a very rude employee who gave us incorrect information and didn't give us any other information, which completely ruined our trip. When we returned to the hotel at night to take a shower and go to dinner, the bathroom was clogged, it was very difficult!!! At that time, a great...

The staff was extremely helpful as soon as I checked in! Made our stay extremely easy and enjoyable!
The staff were very friendly along with the staff from the Tour to the Amalfi Coast.
We loved our stay at Hotel Spicy! The staff are friendly, the breakfast was amazing (the cake selection was very impressive, and the zucchini quiche very tasty). The view was gorgeous, ned super comfy and shower also lovely. The only thing I'd say is it doesn't have a bar/restaurant as stated. Absolutely wonderful stay! Clean cozy and modern room, big lobby with a terrace. It is only a 15 min walk to the beach, lagoon and stunning views from the rocks! Managers were willing to help all the time, described how to get to different places around. I wanted to prolong the stay in this place but unfortunately it was all full. Absolutely recommend!
Friendly, clean and comfortable... great night sleep. Skipped breakfast but looked decent. A distance from Sorrento town centre but close to Bagni Regina. Been to sorrento many times so prioritised swimming in a tranquil lagoon over town center.

Just arrived home after a short stay at this hotel, couldn't fault it the staff some of the best we have encountered on our stays in hotels were delightful very attentive nothing to much trouble. Hotel itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable we had a Seaview stunning views of Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples.Yes it was on a busy road at times but no problem at bedtime. It was a 20 minute walk...
Was unsure what to expect due to mixed reviews , but honestly can’t fault this hotel . Staff were all really friendly and helpful and welcoming particularity in restaurant and bar . We had a room with sea view which was lovely . The bed was large and very comfortable with plenty of pillows and spare blankets provided . Balcony was quite small but enough space for table and two chairs and we moved sitting...
We had a lovely stay . The rooms were cleaned daily , staff fantastic and helpful. The hotel is sat above the centre but buses are regular. The only let down was the food. Very average breakfast but the restaurant was terrible, probably the worst meal I have ever eaten out, it was actually laughable ! It’s too far to just grab something to eat but apparently from other guests the restaurant next...
This hotel is excellent for Sorrento - it is within walking distance (about 20minutes) but the road is busy without footpaths. We hopped on the 008 bus everyday (2€) which runs every 20 minutes from outside the hotel . The hotel is spotlessly clean and there’s no problem with sun beds by the pool . Cartelos the bartender is wonderful! So friendly he made our holiday extra special. I wouldn’t hesitate...

I cannot say enough about the staff and location at this hotel. Our room was a lovely size, very light, nice size balcony. Clean there was meant to be 2 single beds, fortunately it was a bed they could seperate, as only slight mistake! Breakfast you could have a cooked breakfast, or a continental, personally found the bacon quite greasy, and scrambled egg didnt look so appetising. But enough variety, staff were all friendly and helpful, would go here again.
The lady we met at reception was lovely and helpful, we loved our upgrade the rooms were beautiful. In walking distance to centre. Would recommend this hotel.
The room was clean, the hotel is away from busy streets so not much road noise. 15-20 minute walk from main town square so great location. The staff were very helpful and polite, parking was free and easy and safe away from the road. We would definitely recommend and would return to the hotel for future stays.
Great location 10 mins walk from the main square - we had a great stay. Would have loved a kettle in room - only thing missing for us. Ate in restaurant on first night and food was good. Beautiful clean room, spacious and modern. All in all great stay.

A great location, with attentive staff, clean, with a good breakfast. Rooms are small but manageable. The only challenge we had at the hotel is the noise. Other than lack of hot water for a shower the hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was the best buffet I've ever had. Lots of choices. Writing in context of a 3* hotel. The service was amazing from start to finish. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Wonderful place to stay! The staff made you feel like you were part of the family! We really enjoyed our stay. Our room had a balcony which was a nice feature. There are a set of stairs from the lobby to the second floor where the elevator is, so if you have heavy luggage, be warned, you will need to take your bags up the stairs.
Excellent location, great service, friendly & attentive staff! Room was clean, AC worked great, and the bed was comfortable. Loved the balcony! Great, clean centrally based hotel. Perfectly situated for exploring Sorrento. The staff were helpful and breakfast was ample. Would recommend.
Pros: Great location; walkable distance to restaurants and Pizza Tasso. Cons: 3 stars because: 1. Shower was leaking water badly. 2. Sink was pretty clogged 3. Every time when the AC was starting the electricity was going off for 1-2 seconds.

We love the hotel. It's like a home. It was clean and comfortable. But what we love most about it is the location. It is convenient. Shops and restaurants just outside the hotel. We will stay in this hotel again.
While spending 2 weeks in Italy, this was the best hotel we stayed at compared to the ones in Florence and Rome. It is quaint and cozy, the staff know who you are and are like family while you’re there. It was a comfortable stay. Thanks to all staff! :)
This hotel is perfectly situated on the main street, making it super convenient to explore the city. However, the downside is the noise from the street below, which can be loud until late at night. On the plus side, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The front of the hotel isn't particularly outstanding and the roads are a danger due to erratic scooter riders but once you go in, the lounge, patio and pool areas are really nice...
It was ok. Top tip: make sure you ask for a room with a sea view otherwise you will be on the road side which is most unpleasant, dirty and smelly from all the cars, scooters and motorbikes. They charge €150 for that "upgrade" but if you want any sleep, it's a must. Cheeky to charge that, but a week without sleep wasn't an option. Other friends staying there had ants on the lower floors so we opted...
It's hard not to love this place. We were on a package our, as I suspect most guests are. First impressions weren't great - the rooms were small and very dated, bathroom tiny. Dinner was from a set menu chosen at breakfast time and only served between 7 -8 pm. Location is on THE main road, it's a good 20-30 mins walk from town and it's not a pleasant walk - apparently pavements and pedestrian priority...
A lovely family run hotel where all staff make you feel welcome & special. Very clean everywhere. Great location for trains, buses, shops & bars. Excellent prices for food & drink in the hotel. 100% recommend this hotel. The young barman remembers your drink ;-).

We had a warm and home feel stay at Hotel Savoia this summer, which is run by the kind and caring Rosa, who took care of every single request and added the icing on the cake to our experience in Sorrento. I missed the start of our days with their home made pancakes and the aroma of authentic Italian coffee.. what sum it up for us is that the management even went the extra mile by returning one of our...
Just come back from here after a short holiday with my daughter. Lovely little hotel with old fashioned charm. We loved it. It was clean and only a short walk to the town, beach club and rail station. Air conditioning was amazing at night and not really being breakfast people there was a great selection of fruits as well as traditional breakfast items which for us was amazing. I don't like lifts so...
Travelling through Italy for 2 weeks now and this has been the best experience and stay we’ve had ! The refood restaurant was divine too, hotel is ran very clean, going above and beyond to make sure you’re happy ! This hotel deserves more than to only be a 3 star hotel. 🤍🤍🤍🤍
What a delightful place! It's a charming smallish hotel. The staff are really great. The room was lovely and having a comfortable balcony to spend our evenings sipping wine was so nice. It's also centrally located without being in the middle of everything. The staff were all so lovely - very personable and attentive. We really enjoyed the room and vibe of the hotel. If I had one minor criticism...
Good hotel , decent service getting there from station is bit of a walk and has some stairs so could be a bit challenging with luggage
