The hotel - there are better places as a venue for conferences, great. Conference for 500 people was perfectly organized, with no queues and delays. Rooms are comfortable.

Very nice hotel as you would expect from Hilton. The people were friendly and the accomodations were 1st

Good location, just a short walk into town especially if you take the hidden ally behind the gate at the end of the street. The only minor issue was there was some noise during the day from renovations at the hotel

It's a minor trade off to have properly maintained accomodations

We loved hanging out in the bar/lounge area. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options for anyone to choose. The rooms are a little on the smaller size, but with a beautiful view if you are on the ocean side

Then a nice bottle of Prosecco was delivered once we were in our room. The bartender Giovanni was so nice and helpful. Great man to talk to and made absolutely wonderful cocktails

It’s a mere 7 minute walk to the main square the hotel is beautiful. It’s not far from bus loop But would say 15 minute walk with suitcases. Definitely a great place to stay

The multiple pools & amenities included took it to another level! Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Sorrento!

One of our favorites parts of the hotel is taking in the view, sitting by the pool, and ordering drinks from their excellent bar. Can't recommend this place enough

The town square is a short 5-7 minute walk. Room service and anything you needed was delivered asap. The staff are so polite and helpful. Eggs your way, fruits cereals , baked goods. Room 338 , private great view

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding in Sorrento and loved Grand Hotel Capodimonte. Their rooms are stunning, comfortable, and modern. Their AC works extremely well (shoutout all Americans)

My room had one of the most beatiful views ever. Shutter trip to Sorrento were very convenient and on time. Service at the front desk did everything possible to facilitate day trips to several places

Hotel provided an upgrade with a balcony of all of Sorrento, Naples, and Mt. Vesuvius. Loved and appreciated it.

The rooms could have been cleaner - found some small hairs around that could have been easily vacuumed. Outside of that, loved the room. The hotel breakfast is OK decent variety and a pretty robust juice jar

Beautiful view of the bay of Naples from the Hotel. The shuttle to and from town was excellent allowed us to visit town for ahopping/dinner without the addrd expense of a cab fare each way. Pool and service was excellent

Shuttle bus service was very good always on time Swimming pool was lovely, nice and spacious a good siz to do some morning lengths. A lovely hotel to stay in and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Sorrento

Lovely hotel in quiet part of town, lovely staff, great breakfast buffet, nice large pool on the main floor. Within walking distance to the town. Lots of nearby restaurants.

Our room was beautiful! Highly recommend room #143 with 2 balconies overlooking the pool and garden, beautiful view of the Mediterranean in the distance and direct access to the lemon garden, pool and restaurant

The dinner options were not appealing to us given the amazing food we had nearby. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room when requested so we had dirty towels, unmade beds foe 2 days

The include breakfast buffet has everything (even for picky American eaters like my spouse) and it’s around the corner from the main shopping street in sorrento with all the stores and restaurants

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Do yourself a favor and get a room with a balcony, the view is incredible

It’s in the original villa and are two rooms combined into a guest suite. Generously sized bedroom and living room with a dining table that could accommodate 6 easily. The armoires and fireplace were a beautiful touch

We’ve just finished a week here and it was great, was clean & presentable hotel, maintained well, small pool. Absolute prime location , great value for the location too

Such friendly and welcoming staff who are more than happy to share their knowledge of the area. Hotel is in a great central location and has a lovely cold, deep pool

The only downside was breakfast was a bit lacking, and the coffee machine needs throwing out - this is Italy, serve me espresso in the morning! The only option is to go off site for a breakfast coffee as I was not allowed to get a cappuccino/espresso from the bar when breakfast was being served

Overall fantastic stay at Eden, staff very friendly, grounds lovely, rooms spacious and beds nice and big. Staff most welcome on arrival even bringing our bags up to us. Gardens made you feel in the heart of Italy

Staff friendly and breakfast was okay, nothing special by any means but it was sufficiently okay. We had a balcony view out to sea, was great view in the morning being on the top floor! Bellissimo

The garden is a little dated but still a gorgeous little space to relax and unwind on an evening. The pool is bigger than I'd expected, plenty of room to swim off a few calories

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was our favorite hotel from the trip. The room was very nice, high end features and staff was great. We used the rooftop pool quite a bit with drink and food service it was very good

Service and wait staff at on the rooftop was great constantly bringing towels, adjusting our umbrella, etc

The reception staff could have been move attentive, however the waiters around the pool/cocktail bar were particularly good and very friendly. Everything you could want is within walking distance from the hotel

The location is good, right next to the bus station. The rooftop pool is beautiful, but you have to go early to watch the sunset in the evening. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony in the room

We stayed here three nights and had an excellent experience. The staff were extremely accomodating helping us with a booking error we had made, as well as transportation back to Rome

I spent one night with my family. We really enjoyed the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast variety was good and the location of the hotel is great

the bar is open in to the evening for drinks by the pool. It is worth considering that the walk back from Sorrento is on narrow roads and up hill

Pool bar: I thought the pool bar was great (find the photos of the menu and the pizza attached to this review). Very affordable and the staff were very helpful. The food was very good and perfect for a snack by the pool

Pool area was a nice and relaxating environmental and well maintained with a little pool bar on entrance. The only downside about our stay was the amount of mosquitos, but that cannot be helped

If you want a relaxed holiday with a warm friendly welcome ,set away from the main hustle and bustle but within a short walking distance of the main square in Sorrento, then this place is for you! Set in a mix of Olive, Lemon and Lime trees, Villagio Verde is a little gem

They showed us to our chalet, showed us around the site and helped us book our tickets to local attractions as well as any trips we wanted to go on at a much cheaper rate than the holiday companies were offering

The chalets are simple, yet clean and tidy and are cleaned daily for you. Any problems are dealt with very quickly with little to no fuss

But at the same time, because of the location it doesn’t have great views. It has 2 pools, they close at around 6 pm, which is early

The full service breakfast is wonderful and the staff are all so kind and attentive. The rooftop bar and views are really nice we enjoyed the beautiful views of the water and Mount Vesuvius with a class of wine many time

What a place! 5 minute walk to the piazza and 2 minute walk to the station. The facilities are excellent and everywhere is spotlessly clean. We're half board and the evening meals are superb as are the breakfasts

Great location in the centre of Sorrento the hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful the rooms are a good size but appear a little dated but you're not there for the rooms

You can’t get any closer to the sorrento train terminal and the walk down to the marina is so beautiful and a peaceful walk that we enjoyed every day

We were pleasantly upgraded from a deluxe room to a suite with breathtaking views of the volcano and ocean. The staff were friendly, though service could be a bit more polished

Watch out for the traffic! They may or may not stop for you in the crosswalk!! We enjoyed our experience! Ciao!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Flora. The hotel is modern, accessible, and in a great location—just a short 7–10 minute walk to the center of Sorrento

Staff are extremely helpful. Food was good with decent portions. Rooms could do with a little upgrade though. Location is excellent and the swimming pool was large with plenty of sun lounges.

Overall, a wonderful property with stunning views and an ideal location

The hotel has beautiful scenery, the sea view is amazing, the food is delicious, I like breakfast and ordering, the most important thing is that there is a free shuttle bus, I booked several nights, it is very convenient to go back and forth to the hotel every day, which is suitable for us Chinese, there are singers singing in the hotel at night, the price is similar to that outside, it is good

The hotel is situated on the cliffs above Sorrento but there is an hourly shuttle bus service into town that takes about 15 minutes, or a paved footpath for the more energetic guests! We are looking forward to the next visit

I love watching the sunrise here! The hotel is right on the cliff and you need to drive yourself or take the hotel shuttle bus to get up. You need to pay attention to the hotel shuttle bus, which is very punctual

If you miss it, transportation will be troublesome if you don't drive. The downside is that the soundproofing in the room is not very good, and it is easy to hear the conversations of the neighbors

The staff at the restaurant were attentive and friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I also have to mention the cleanliness of the hotel, which was impeccable throughout

The menu had a separate vegetarian section, and every dish I tried was delicious. The quality of the ingredients and the presentation were top-notch

The views are truly amazing, and with drinks and food being served from the pool bar, it is a relaxing place to enjoy the sun

Fantastic, just about perfect. The staff were friendly, appeared interested in us. They helped my wife who is learning Italian.

We had an issue with the drain in the shower being blocked, but this was quickly fixed after it was reported. The breakfast was disappointing as it was basic, with little variation over the course of the week

Had lunch here and one night for dinner - the food was good but not exceptional. There are much better places in the town for food. The big plus point of the hotel is the pool area

The hotel interior, however, has a budget feel to it and the so called “Superior” Room we had was tiny, poorly furnished (with no bedside tables, no chest of drawers & only a single wardrobe each with no shelves in it

The artwork in the room was creased paper posters fixed to the wall with drawing pins. No coffee/tea making facilities and very poor finish in the Bathroom. The room balcony, however, was spacious with a sea view

The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the city center, which is very convenient. If the rooms are renovated, this hotel could easily be considered a 5-star property

There is also a rooftop with an amazing view and live music, which adds to the overall experience. We had a one-night à la carte dinner, and the quality was amazing

Quite frankly I've never been treated better in my life, they genuinely can't do enough for you! Across the board fantastic service. Wild rabbits by the jacuzzis aren't for everyone but I loved them!

The hotel has a great swimming pool with a nice bar, and the garden offers a beautiful atmosphere. There is live music along with a buffet that includes many options at a reasonable price—unfortunately, we missed it

Our Italian adventure started at Hotel Capri in September 2025 and let me tell you, it was an absolute dream come true! The staff was absolutely fantastic, they welcomed us with open arms and made sure we felt like royalty

Daily breakfast was plentiful and some gluten free options. Shower curtain was a dislike, but that's personal taste. Pool area is an attraction especially in summer months I imagine. Alot of space, deck chairs and a bar

We have just enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Ara Maris, staff friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel positioned in the centre of Sorrento but provided a quiet calm space away from the many tourists in town.

They even picked up on aspects that we completely forgot about! I was amazed at the service provided by the entire venue. From the doormen staff to the valletting service, reception, kitchen staff and servers

We didn’t stay or eat here but just had drinks on the terrace. What an absolutely astounding place. Great service, bit expensive as you would expect but not prohibitively so

Additionally we did a cooking class at the hotel’s villa Capo Santa Fortunata with our host Teresa and a wonderful chef

In American ratings, I would likely give it 4 star as things were a bit sparse in the room in terms of a warm and cozy feel. But it was very lovely, clean and the staff was awesome

We walked into town every day - may be a little bit of a walk (with a hill) for people who have a hard time walking, but we liked getting the exercise before and after our meals

The SITA bus stop is just a 1 min walk if needed. The restaurant has a full spread breakfast that is perfect for fueling up for the day, Overall great value! Can’t say enough about the impressive personalized service

I stayed for 2 weeks, and absolutely loved my stay! The staff is extremely friendly, delicious food, parking available + shuttle pick up and drop off right in front of the hotel

Quite high up from Sorrento, the views of Sorrento, Mount Vesuvius and Naples is second to none! There is a free shuttle service every hour transporting guests to and from Sorrento. The pool area is also really nice

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel la Vue D'Or. Although the room and bathroom were smaller than we anticipated, we had a beautiful view off the balcony. The outdoor terrace/restaurant also has beautiful views

We literally could not fault anyone or anything during our stay. We will definitely be returning with extended family next time. A truly special place, nestled in the beautiful Italian mountains

Lunch ,salads ,pasta dishes ,pizza , mini desserts We ate out in the evening as were out touring but other guests said evening food/meals were good. Good choice of drinks throughout the day and in the evening

some areas of the hotel /decor are a little dated but it poses no real problem Food had a good selection bearing in mind this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel food was plentiful

The breakfast and the view is one of my favourite things here but there are so many more; the pool is never overcrowded and it is so clean, the terrace and gardens are so beautiful and well maintained, the rooms are clean, fresh and the beds and bedding aid an excellent nights sleep and the beach is the perfect place to relax! My husband and I celebrated our silver wedding anniversary here in June...

Couldn’t fault this hotel at all, staff were very helpful and rooms were very clean and cleaned everyday, breakfast was great with lots of food verity, the view from the dining room was amazing. Would definitely go back.

Just close enough to be quick trip but far enough away to not be in the crowds. With pool, beach, multiple food options, elegance and to top it off incredible staff. We cannot say enough good things about our stay
