Toilet was right next to the bed in the same room- no cubicle. It smelled bad all day and worse at night. Even with the window open the smell was lingering!

Needs a little TLC
The bedroom was superb, the bed was enormous and one of the best I've slept on ever.

Unfortunately there were maintenance issues with the bathroom, toilet unfixed to the ground, sink not draining properly etc. A damp musty smell in that room. Shower cubicle a bit past it's best.

I was there a short time and to be fair I don't think the proprietor was even aware of the bathroom issues.

It wouldn't take much to fix those bathroom problems and it would be excellent as the bedroom was a gem.

The location was good too, easy walk into town past the university.

Good location to old town
Family vacation. Online check-in was not very clear if submission of information required by hotel is completed, as there is no other reply from hotel. On day of arrival, unable to gain access into the building. Has waited for someone to come out of the building to be able to let myself in.

Very well located, clean, basic but there is everything you need for a few nights.

The check in is done remotely through whatsapp, which could be advertised a bit better because you have to wait at the door for someone to answer on the phone. But that's ok.

Unfortunately it’s tough to leave a good review. The lack of a front desk caused a delay checking in. The AC unit was not working so we had to wait for it to be fixed. On a positive note the property manager came to fix it and did so after about 30 minutes. The apartment is a good size and looked clean but we did see 3 bugs which was a bit disturbing. Probably needs to be exterminated. It’s a 20 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the historic center which is convenient. It’s affordable but I don’t think we would stay there again

Worst please where you can stay 😔
On description of the B & B is stated Full Breakfast, and on arrival you get card for a coffee and Croissant from the bistro downstairs .
No one change our rubbish for 4 days.
No one to welcome you on arrival 🙂

No accommodation was provided, we were never given access. Do not book here it is a scam. They do not contact you/reply to allow access, there is no response by email or telephone. Do not chance it. The Google reviews say it all.

First , the positives. The location is excellent being only a 12 minute walk from the railway station and also near to shops and a cafe / bar. In addition, the room was very clean and had everything I needed as a solo traveller. In addition, the owner was very courteous and made a lot of contact prior to my stay by WhatsApp. However there was nobody on site which was a problem. Some of the other residents were very noisy , including the person in the room next to mine. She made a lot of phone calls and spoke loudly with her phone on speaker so I got the full conversation. This happening well after midnight and prevented me sleeping - until I shouted some well chosen comments asking her to ‘be quiet’. Although this place is called BB Elegance, I had no breakfast option although I believe they are available, however this was not a problem for me as there were options available nearby. Wi-Fi was good, so was the shower and the bed was comfortable but the place needs thicker walls or quieter guests.
